New Jersey: Where the Morally Deficient Dispense The Rights of the Lawful

Royce begins with a warning about leftist violence, then makes correlations to leftists in elected positions, especially in New Jersey, where mayors, assemblymen and other Democrats have found themselves on the wrong side of the law. The worst example of this lawlessness in high places can be found in New Bergen, New Jersey, where the police chief, who decides if NJ residents in his city are morally qualified to own and carry guns, has repeatedly committed foul deeds against the officers under him, including defecating on the floor in front of the entire office staff, scraping fluids from his undergarments onto other, shaving his hair all over the lunches of other officers (as well as on them), and even assaulting one officer with a hypodermic syringe....in the man's penis.

get into the meat and taters of it I'm gonna be referencing New Jersey again in
this episode big shout out to Henry out there in Tom's River. Yeah, I'm giving
definitely talking about you guys. I'm really thinking about y 'all. You guys are
having your rights run through a Cuisinart for some of you that don't know what
that is. It's a food processor. Yeah, I know I probably referenced something from
several decades ago, but they your rights are being run through a meat grinder.
And I hope y 'all just stand up and make a stand soon. I don't mean bloodshed, but
I do mean something along the lines of a resolution of non -compliance and a
resolution of condemnation towards all the elected officials in your state.
And all those in law enforcement who willfully assail your rights and enforce rights
that they should know, enforce laws that violate your rights, that they should know
violate your rights, and they should refuse to enforce them. But unfortunately,
that's a very rare thing to happen these days. So you may have to stand up and
start your own counter propaganda campaign against all the built the bull fertilizer
being spread about you and guns and the right to carry and everything else.
I also want to issue what I would like to call a call to be armed. And I'm gonna
go ahead and go on record here and now say that I believe we can easily find
ourselves again in a hot civil war. And the reason for that is if you just take a
look at all the violent tendencies of all the leftists and all the leftist states.
And yes, I will get back to New Jersey. I'm making a little roundabout detour.
The leftists or Marxist, the Communists, Bolsheviks, whatever you want to call them.
They're not going to stop until they're in total authority, and we've seen this play
out in California, Oregon, Washington, New York, Illinois, and also New Jersey.
And when they begin their juggernaut, they always pick up steam, and when they pass
a few gun control laws, they'll pass even more and even more and even more because
it's all part of their playbook, which I'm going to show you in a minute, they
they believe it's okay for them to assault and batter and burn and loot and
defensive a cause that they can't even articulate. I'm talking about these little
leftist pukes. Uh, matter of fact, even recently, like yesterday, I believe it was,
some anti -Trump, anti -Maga protester, when he was asked why he was protesting,
he couldn't, he had nothing. He couldn't, he was speechless. He couldn't articulate
why he was protesting. So you know what he did? He reached into his pocket and
pulled out his communist leader's talking points basically that was handed to him
with a free sign and he was out there protesting along with all the other little
communists. And these people are unhinged, very unhinged and all of you in the state
of New Jersey, I dare say you're probably going to be feeling the brunt of some of
this too. I think most of the violence is going to be in blue areas and blue
cities. So all of you in New Jersey, you might want to, you might want to start
pooling your resources and finding out, you know, what you can do. And of course,
trying to stay within the confines of the law so you don't It treated like all
those little scumbags, but you need to take this seriously. This is kind of out of
the same playbook they waged in 2020 and not 2020, 20,
oh no, 2019 I think when Trump was president the first time around and where they
were burning, smashing, looting and everything and cause an all manner of chaos
across the country and the police were standing by watching it happen. These people
are emotionally unhinged, they're mentally unstable, they're very hateful, they,
I mean, just look at some of the, the diatribe that they've issued against Trump
and his own family and his young son and everything like that. These people are
lawless, they, uh, looting, assaulting, battering, raping, robbing, and I, I'm starting
to believe that the reason crime is always so high in Democrat -controlled territories
like New Jersey is because birds of a feather flock together and criminals naturally
gravitate towards their own kind even if their kind occupies public office.
They're very vindictive. They would kill you without a second thought if they thought
they could do so without consequences and they always think that the consequences
should never applied to them, only to you. Now, the reason I've said all that is
because these people are the same kind that are in public office. Yeah,
Democrats are the same whether they're in or out of office. The ones in office are
not more dignified than the other Democrat communists and they're just as evil and
hateful and violent. And they want complete and total dominion over us, over
everything, our First Amendment, Second Amendment, everything. They want to shred our
rights and have total lawless dominion over us. You got instances like a story in
Kansas where a man vandalized a disabled teenager's Tesla.
Then you've got another tick -tocker who was urging people to shoot ICE agents on
site. And then you got a terrorist, well, a Democrat, same thing almost, who ran
over a Elon Musk supporter outside of a Tesla dealership, got charged with a felony
aggravated battery and use of a deadly weapon, which was his car. And then there
was a story of a man, a man who was driving, who boxed in, obviously an anti -Musk
person, boxed in this woman and then through the window brutally beat her in Arizona
while she was sitting in her Tesla. Are you grasping what these people are all
about? I also saw another where an interviewer, a conservative interviewer, had his
face slapped in his head, his hat snapped off his head by some guy who thought it
was funny, reached up and I guess he just meant to knock the guys had off, but he
slapped his face with the back of his hand in, so doing. And the conservatives that
hauled off and slapped him back. And that's when the leftist attacked him again. And
that's when the leftist found out that the conservative interviewer knows Jiu Jitsu.
It was glorious to watch. Then you got a Florida woman who shattered a Tesla
windshield. And then when The EMTs showed up to bandage her hands after that she
cut them badly, smashing the windshield. She spit all over them. And then you got
the protest from, I guess, I think it was yesterday, Saturday,
police stood around. They watched and they did nothing as a bunch of mashed and
Tifa pukes attacked a bunch of turning point USA students at UC Davis.
Then also I watched a video where a pro -life activist, a nice young lady was
brutally attacked by a very radical pro -abortion extremist during a street interview
there in Harlem in New York city. Um, this, these are the kind of people that
we're dealing with here and I'm going to reiterate this, these kind of people,
their fellow Democrats, are in Democrat office.
There is no difference. Again, I'm going to tell you, there is no difference between
the violent little Democrat communists on the street and the ones in public office.
All right? You better keep that in mind. You better hang on to that because it's
true. I'm going to show you that in a few minutes Because these elected officials,
in my opinion, are traitors to America and they're actively goading their useful
idiots into violence against conservatives. And this is part of their playbook. And
yes, this is going on in New Jersey also. New Jersey is being conquered by the
same kind of communists that conquered New York, Washington, California, Oregon,
Illinois, And also recently, Colorado. I would be talking about Colorado probably in
the next episode or the one after that. But with all that being said and done,
you tell me, do you think it's a good idea to hand over our guns to people like
that?
Do you think for a second that you would still be safe that your enemies who now
would hold a monopoly on violence over you, you think they're going to be benevolent
and gracious in that monopoly of force over you. If you think that,

You follow what I'm saying. You think it's a good idea when these people say y 'all
need to be disarmed because you're dangerous and then turn around and act like the,
you know, like they are accusing us of being. They're the ones that are violent.
These are the ones, especially the ones that elected office, especially in New
Jersey, that will tell you, we have to control the free exercise of your right to
keep and bear arms. Uh, uh, you don't have that right. And definitely you're not
morally qualified. Any of you Democrat communists and, uh, dispensing to us our
rights or curtailing them in any way, shape, or form. Nobody in their right mind
wants to cede their God -given lot rights to frothing little murderous communists who
think that they're smarter than everybody else who doesn't think like them and also
feels completely justified in attacking people like you and I, burning and looting
our businesses and property and threatening to kill us and stuff us into camps. When
these lefties are in authority, they ruin everything. You already knew that, though,
if you got half a brain and even the mental acumen of a cantaloupe.
You already know this. When they're an authority, they ruin things. They ruin
complete societies, entire cities, entire states, and when they're in charge of
enforcing civilian disarmament and dispensing carry permits and other rights, you can
count on everything being tightly controlled and infringed and few rights granted,
if at all, and you can count on yourself and your fellow citizens in your state
count on being abused. Now, I referenced my buddy, Henry.
Henry, Hank, sorry, if I messed your name up out there in Tom's River, New Jersey,
but you guys, I know you've been experiencing this. I mean, these people are
audacious.
This Marxist audacity has been on display since 1934 in this country. And what's
worse is the compliance of too many Americans with their disarmament demands have led
to advances of these leftists in the area of and disarmament for lack of a better
way to put it. We've rowed over too often and now they're emboldened and they're
going to become even worse. This is why I say there needs to be an article or a
resolution of non -compliance sent to these people and not just a resolution, include
in that resolution a listing of your grievances against them and your intent to sue
them under 18 18 US 242 deprivation of rights under color of authority.
A matter of fact, get all your money together, band together, hire some high powered
attorneys and go after each state at each municipality and go after them for those
violations. It's easy to prove, I guarantee you. The strategy in all of the
Democrat, Communist by territories. It's the same idiotic notions that the NFA and
the GCA were illegally founded upon. And that is, they propagate this false notion
that governments are able to control crime by controlling who has access to weapons.
And this is a farce, but unfortunately, people believe them. And that's what's going
on in New Jersey. I know I keep heavily referencing New Jersey but you'll see why
in a minute some of these stores are going to bring out from New Jersey and about
New Jersey and people in positions of power in New Jersey. They also propagate the
false notion that the government has the right to control access to guns and other
weapons and
governments say that they have to know who has weapons And this is also a farce
and demonstrably untrue, but that's what they will say in order to demand the next
step, which is the requirement of registration of all legal firearms within the
state. That's going to be going on soon if it isn't already in New Jersey. I don't
know how about you out there in Tom's River? Is that already a, I didn't check up
on that particular portion before I formatted the show. So correct me if I'm wrong,
but any weapons which are then not registered are declared illegal.
And again, that started with the NFA and the Gun Control Act too. After that,
they will either slowly or even abruptly, you know, such as during times of
emergency. And of course, that emergencies more often or not are manufactured by the
government to power grab. Okay. Yeah. Uh, and they will confiscate weapons using
government registration lists. There is never a time where registration has been
implemented, where confiscation did not soon follow. It is a worldwide constant.
And then what they try to do is, Oh, indoctrinate future generations against firearms
and teaching them that owning guns is bad and you wouldn't wanna own a gun. What,
are you a criminal? Only criminals carry guns and then you become shamed into not
freely exercising your God -given rights. Now,
this brings us to New Jersey. Finally, I know if you guys in New Jersey, come on,
man, get to New Jersey, but y 'all's rights, um, they're in New Jersey as citizens
have been mauled and slowly devoured, sometimes piecemeal and sometimes enlarged chunks
by a bunch of despotic Democrat communists and that's been going on there for
decades and true to form their tyranny and more gun control and more gun control
and more propaganda and indoctrination is being increased as they eat up more of y
'all's power and rights because when they gobble up your rights they gobble up your
power, okay? Now they can't really take your rights but they can scare you into not
exercising them with a show of force and that's why they pass laws. Nobody wants to
go shoot police officers, at least I hope that we conservatives don't have that kind
of a mindset to go on, you know, go to battle against the police. We like to
think that the police profession is at least somewhat honorable and we recognize
their necessity. So most of us don't want to gunfight with police. So they take
advantage of that, knowing that most of us law -abiding citizens have no desire at
all to gunfight with police, and they use that against us, and they're using it
against you there in New Jersey. The next steps toward total civilian disarmament in
the garden state are being proposed in the New Jersey state legislature, and this,
I'm going to give you a little taste of that right now from an article from
Amoland posted on March 26th entitled New Jersey doubles down on gutting gun rights.
Anti -gun bills pass assembly. And in it, we find out that on Monday,
March 24th, 2025, the New Jersey legislative assembly passed several more incremental
civilian disarmament bills, and that's what I'm calling them. I'm tired of using the
term gun control. This is about civilian control, and that control can only be had
through disarmament. Now, most of the bills addressed issues which were already
illegal under state and federal law, but for people that don't understand the reason
they do that, and it's not because they care, They don't care about infringing the
double jeopardy, you know, principles. What they want is just one more chance to try
somebody. So in case somebody skates on a federal gun charge, they can come after
you again on the state level, or even redundantly, if you skirt the charges on
under one law, if they have an almost duplicate law, they can come after you again
with that. But the idea behind this is to continue to prosecute lawful gun owners
until the free exercise of keeping and bearing arms has been, let's just say,
dissuaded. All right? So here's a list of the bills that are going to be sent over
to the Senate now for further consideration in the State of New Jersey. In A 4974,
there are penalties prescribed for the sale and possession of machine gun conversion
devices.
Okay, well, those devices are already banned at both the state and federal level.
There's never been a satisfactory explanation as to why this bill is necessary when
the authors were asked. And that's probably because it's really not about saving
lives or public safety, as we all know. But my guess is because those proposing it,
want to be able to, again, create just one more statute that they can bring against
lawful concealed carriers. All right. Now, also the definitions in these new laws
that seem redundant are a little bit different. So it's going to make things even
muddier. And guess how they're going to figure things when they have to peer through
the mud to make it clear. It will always come down in favor of the state. Never
forget that. A 4975 makes it a crime for the mere possession of digital instructions
to manufacture firearms or components. And this legislation basically creates a crime
even if someone never even makes a gun or a component with this knowledge,
with this information, just simply possessing the information on on how to do it
would be a crime in the eyes of the state of New Jersey. Just possessing the
information. Now, wow, I could really run a rabbit trail here, but I'm afraid I get
off track. Just having that digital file on your computer can subject you to
criminal penalties. My say my my thoughts are if there's no victim then there's no
stinking crime and the state does not get to enjoy victim status.
But New Jersey doesn't see it that way because this is a power grab. Remember all
gun control laws are power grabs. That's all they are. In a 4976 it establishes the
crime of reckless discharge. Discharging a gun in New Jersey is already a crime
unless it's done for lawful purpose, which is an affirmative defense, but you look
for it soon for them to take away self -defense from the lawful purposes list.
Okay? So, given as the author of the article says,
given the lack of exceptions in both existing New Jersey law. And this legislation
successfully raising such a defense would be exceedingly difficult. This is nothing
more than a swipe at lawful concealed carry because now every time a firearm is
used, even in legitimate situations, rogue prosecutors will have even more ability to
bring charges. That's exactly what this is all about. Make no mistake in a 1389
that requires confiscation of ammunition and certain firearm components in response to
domestic violence restraining orders or convictions. And of course, New Jersey already
has a harsh gun confiscation red flag laws and especially as they restrained to
restraining or come on Royce as they pertain to restraining It's tripping over my
tongue, but this bill is absolutely absurd because it will also include components
and accessories like spare grips, choke tubes, holsters, and slings.
Why? What possible damage could you-- okay, you could choke somebody to death with a
sling, but why don't you take all the belts out of the House 2 then. Choke tubes?
What are you going to do with them? What about spare grips? How are those a
weapon? There's a lot more weapons in the kitchen than in the accessory drawer,
okay? Keep in mind this bill also applies to mere convictions, not mere accusations
and not just convictions. Even in cases of false Then the surrender of your firearms
is going to be ordered in New Jersey. Now, yes,
I understand that convicted abusers should be punished, but there's got to be due
process. Well, Royce, what about the safety of the abusers, victim and everything
like that? They need that restraining order. Well, the restraining order is a piece
of paper that is absolutely worthless when it comes to actually restraining people.
But if you wanna keep the victim safe, you need to arm the victim and train the
victim. But that's not gonna fly in New Jersey because the victim would then have
to go through the maze of hoops and fees associated with purchasing and carrying a
firearm. And it could take months for that to happen.
Domestic abuse victims don't have months, okay? A -5 -3 -4 A5345 mandates the use of
merchant consumer category codes on for credit cards, credit card processors on
firearm purchases. We knew that was coming too. Well, let me explain something to
you about current New Jersey gun licensing process, okay? There are two types, two
distinct types of firearm purchasing permits in New Jersey. You got the New Jersey
permit to purchase a handgun, which applies only to the purchase of handguns and the
New Jersey firearms purchaser identification card, which is necessary to purchase
shotguns and /or rifles. The application for firearms purchaser application card or
permit to purchase a handgun is the same for both types of purchase permits.
You go If our FARS website, you have to provide your name, your current address,
listen to all this, your phone number, your SBI number, if you have one,
you have to pay the requisite filing fee. You have to pay just to file. And then,
listen, you have to sign a HIPAA waiver. Think about that.
If you don't know what HIPAA, H -I -P -P -A, That's your Privacy of Medical Records
Act. You have to sign that away just to purchase a firearm, just to freely exercise
your God -given rights. And you have to provide a list of your addresses from the
last 10 years and how long you lived at each previous address. And don't forget
this step, because if you provide inaccurate information on your address history,
Not only can you be denied for falsification but you can be criminally charged as
well. And you can be criminally charged just from not knowing the exact dates of
your moving in and moving out of your last addresses during a 10 year period.
Okay, who put these laws in place in New Jersey? The same kind of filthy Democrat
communists who are attacking a bunch of people out there on the street right now.
In addition to your application, you're going to need to provide a government issued
ID, driver's license, passport, whatever, and a list of three other references from
what they call reputable citizens who can attest to your mental health and good
standing. Some of us would be in dearth there. Anyway,
application, uh, the permit application process also involves a complete background
check with New Jersey state police and FBI mental health record search investigation
by the local police and fingerprinting. And now in order for the police to complete
a mental health record search, you're going to need to complete the consent for
mental health record search and not sign away your HIPAA rights and then provide
that to the police department with your application form. You also have to provide
two sets of fingerprints and the fees associated with the fingerprinting, and the fee
for just to apply for the permit to purchase a handgun, $25. After your completed
application has been submitted, the local or the state police will have 30 days to
issue a response in the form of either a denial or an approval. The New Jersey
application process for a permit to carry a handgun is similar to the firearm
purchase permit. And anybody that wants to get a carry permit has to submit an
application for permit to carry a handgun to the chief of police of their local
police department. You keep that in mind because at the towards the end of the
program, you're going to find out why it's applicable. Or to the superintendent of
the New Jersey State Police. You must also provide four endorsements from reputable
citizens who have known you for at least three years and can attest to your good
character. Wow, I think I'd be out of luck there. Probably a lot of us would.
And not only that, the police will interview all of those endorsers that you list
on your application. And in order to get your carry permit, you have to,
excuse me, I'm tripping over my tongue, you have to provide documentation that
validates your familiarity with safe handling and use of firearms.
And you have to complete the necessary training and the instruction requirements on
top of that. And you have to pay all the fees associated with that. And then you
had to go, uh, the requisite qualification training with the handgun that you wish
to carry. And though you were previously also required to,
uh, submit a formal letter explaining your justifiable need for a handgun. Well,
that's still in play. New Jersey no longer requires, I'm sorry, that's no longer in
play. New Jersey no longer requires justifiable need for carry permits and my
justifiable need is it's my right to get your stinking hands off of it. So you can
find a lot more about these things online,
just simply Google it and find out what the laws for purchasing firearms in New
Jersey and such are all about and carrying firearms. And again, these laws are
crafted, they are passed, they are signed into law,
and they are enforced heavily, mostly and overwhelmingly, by the members of one
political party. And that is the party that stands for domestic enemies of the
United States of America. They are communists, they are willfully attacking the fiber
of this country and the foundations thereof, and they should be looked upon as the
enemies that they are. Now, what kind of people are in charge of crafting these?
Well, I've already explained that. And if we come back after this brief time out,
we're gonna answer that question with some pretty outlandish examples of official
abuse. Don't go anywhere you really do want to hear this. Be right back with more

we've been talking about the people who want us dead, the people that don't like
us, the people that would gladly wage war against us. And now we're already doing
so. I read a list of just a smattering, really, of articles, contemporary articles
talking about the violence of the left against people they don't like. They are
unhinged, they're lawless, they're self -absorbable communists, they're woefully
narcissistic in the application of their ideology that they borrowed from someone else
because they really can't articulate what they actually believe but that doesn't
matter. They're rebels without a clue and these Democrat communists,
they are entitled bunch. They really are. They think that they are smarter than you
and therefore they have privileges that you just simply don't merit.
You merit. You are not qualified. Now we're near as qualified as they are to do
the things that they do. There it was an article and it contained a video of a
mayor in New Jersey as we've been talking about New Jersey. She was one of the
Brady Group's beloved champions of civilian disarmament. She was caught driving while
utterly inebriated and she endangered the life of her own son in the vehicle,
not to mention everybody else in her path as she drove through the city of
Lumberton, New Jersey. There's an article out, you can find it on Fox News, Democrat
mayor arrested for DUI seen on body cam, demanding officers call police chief.
Of course, Probably a police chief that thinks just like she does and assumes that
birds of a feather will flock together. She failed a sobriety test. Very, very bad.
But I want you to listen to this first because this was a press, a press release
from the civilian disarmament cartel known as the Brady group.
This says Brady endorses gun safety champions for New Jersey General Assembly.
These Brady endorsed gun violence prevention champions will create an even stronger
majority in the General Assembly, ensuring a safer future for New Jerseyans.
Well, their champion was reported and also captured on witness video,
driving very badly. Her car had been scratched real bad. The passenger side view
mirror had been, was hanging by the wires. And when one of the responding officers
asked her what she had hit, she said she didn't know apparently didn't even realize
she had done any damage to her car. Her young son was in the backseat the whole
time. Okay. Well, I like what David Godrea, who authored the article said,
he said, why is it that we see time and again, those who demand control over us,
over the rest of us, cannot or won't control themselves. That's exactly what this
episode is all about. These people cannot control themselves. They are lawless.
They're morally dyslexic, which makes them, of course, constitutionally dyslexic, but
she was the darling, and is the darling of the Brady group. They have not renounced
her since being caught on video being a complete brain jackass.
It's a great question asked by Dave Cordrea there. "Why is it?" he said. "We see
time and again those who demand control over the rest of us cannot or will not
control themselves." That's a great question. "Could any sane person really believe
that we should trust these kind of people to behave benevolently and magnanimous to
a magnanimously toward us if we give up our guns to them. I mean, think about
this. I mean, it's kind of like the, you know, given the fox the key to the
henhouse. Then we have this gun range lieutenant in New Jersey, an article by Dana
DeFilippo, I'm sorry, from March 12th.
This gun range lieutenant police officer was accused of stealing ammunition to the
tune of a matter of fact stealing it for personal use and selling it reselling it
all total pocketing four hundred and seventy five thousand dollars it was paid for
by taxpayers in New Jersey he would buy extra ammo that was not needed and then
take that off to the side and take it to himself and sell it. And the
investigators found out about that back in 2019 when they started doing an audit and
their comment was as the allegations in this case show corruption is an expensive
drain on public resources and victimizes taxpayers. Democrats don't care.
My office refuses to accept that as business as usual and that was a comment from
Attorney General Matt Platkin, and he finished by saying, "The defendant allegedly
abused his law enforcement position." Catch that. Why would he do that?
Because he thinks it's okay. He thought it was okay. And he did so to steal from
the public, and he tried to conceal it with financial transaction designed to fly
under the radar, but he was released without bond. Okay. He faces up to 25 years
in prison. He could get up to $315 ,000 in fines. Well,
that's great. As long as he pays back to $475 ,000 first, the taxpayers paid for
all that ammo. Yeah, he joined the Department of Corrections in April of 1996.
He was a lieutenant since July
uh, and his annual salary last year was almost $139 ,000,
but over time and other payments boosted his 2024 pay to $178 ,000.
But still in spite of such a fine salary, such a great pension and everything else,
he's got a golden parachute. He thought the laws did
taxpayer dollars by stealing ammunition that was paid for by the taxpayer.
Then we've got a New Jersey borough councilman, a Democrat communist named Theodore
D. Holloway, the second he went on a profanity lace tirade after he got pulled over
by the police for running a stop sign. He turns his nose up towards the cop and
he says, you actually pulled over an elected official, You're not pulling over get
this. You're not pulling over a random. Oh Hey Henry out there in Tom's River,
New Jersey How do you like being nothing but a merely just a some peon random?
Hmm. How do you like being talked about by this city official? Well, I'm above
everybody else You're pulling over an elected official. Oh,
you mean a glorified public servant? That's all you are, punk. You're not pulling
over a random. Oh, well, I think I speak for all us randoms out there that you
can grab yourself a hammer and head down to the beach and pound you all the sand
you want. He said, you're pulling over your boss. I am literally your boss.
And don't think I ain't going to talk to police to Gary about this. That's police
chief Gary Hill, uh, K -I -L -L -E Kille, or so I think it is. Don't think that I
ain't going to talk to Gary about this. I'm the one that hired you. Yeah,
these are the people that think they have the right to disarm you and I and just
roll over us, run rough shot over us time they want. They want you to think that
you should be under their directives at all time and their ideas and adopt their
ideology and submit to their rule. Well this last story is gonna blow your mind.
This last example of Democrat -Communist lawlessness comes from a city employee in the
county of Hudson, New Jersey. Some of the things that he did to his coworkers and
around some of his coworkers. Well, just listen and tell me how you'd like to work
around someone like this. Because this city employee who was in a management position
in Hudson County is now being accused of assaulting and harassing his co -workers in
a very long, lengthy list of complaints, which concludes defecating on the floor,
exposing himself to his co -workers, attempting to drug co -workers and even sticking
a hypodermic needle into a co -worker's penis.
Yeah, this guy, well, I'll tell you who he is in just a minute.
His name is Bob Farley. He's a city employee. He's accused of retaliating against
some of his co -workers who attempted to report him to the proper authorities after
all this garbage that he's been doing to them. Five of this man's co -workers said
they plan to sue the city over Mr. Farley's alleged behavior, which also includes
claims of discrimination, sexual misconduct, harassment, retaliation,
and the list goes on, ranges from complaints about pranks, like putting ink on door
handles, and setting off the car alarms of his co -workers, leaving crumbs all over
the desks of other employees, and it goes up to even more serious allegations of
racial slurs against fellow employees of different race and spiking the office coffee
pot with Adderall and Viagra and even sending sex toys to a co -worker's home.
The victims in this complaint and they plan on suing the city over it, they say
that Mr. Farley's toxic and abusive behavior had been ongoing since soon after he
was given a management position there for the city. And one of the complainants, age
59, a man named Michael F. Darron, D -E -R -I -N, he worked under Farley in his
office since 2023, according to the court documents. And Mr.
Darron and Mr. Farley once were friends. They actually had been friends. They had
even traveled together with other city officials in December 2023 to St. Bartholomew
and the Caribbean, and were once all buddy -buddy piles and travel buds, but now,
due to Mr. Farley's bad behavior, Mr. Daren is one of the complainants against him.
And Daren noticed in August of 2024 that Bob Farley's attitude towards him began to
change. And at one point, Farley chased Mr. Darron around the office with a
hypodermic needle in his hand. He cornered him in the filing area of the office
they worked in and stuck a hypodermic needle through the man's jeans and down into
the tip of his penis. I know this is sickening, but I don't know how us to
delicately put this, okay? It drew blood and the man had to go explain to his wife
why that injury was there, which was very humiliating for him. Another co -worker
filed a note of intent to sue the city there. And that pissed off Artie even more
at Mr. Darren because he assumed that Mr. Darren was the title tale that was
volunteering information that could be used against him. And Mr. Darren even wrote in
his notes that from that point on, Mr. Farley created a very hostile work
environment. What Mr. Farley would also do would be to shave his body hair all over
people's property, all over other people, and even on their food. And he was also
very fond of scraping fluids from his underwear onto people seated in his office.
Okay. Yes. This is the Democrat Communist in position of authority.
I'm going to tell you he is in a minute. He also witnessed or actually multiple
witnesses saw Mr. Farley dump a handful of Viagra and Adderall into the coffee pot
and stir until they were dissolved and then sit back and wait for someone to drink
it. And after that, Mr. Darren said he would only use the K -Cup machine because he
couldn't trust the coffee pot anymore and I don't think I could either.
He exposed himself coming out of the restroom on multiple occasions. He often walked
out of the restroom with his pants pulled down to expose himself to everybody there
in the office over which he managed. He would pull his pants down and defecate on
the floor in front of his entire staff. He also would leave piles of human feces
on the bathroom floor with the intent, of course, of having somebody unknowingly step
in it. He was also fond of clogging the toilet with paper so it would overflow.
And He sent sex toys to the homes of Mr. Darren,
I believe with Mr. Darren, and sent gay pride
memorabilia and other things, and then, you know, they were forced to explain why
those things arrived at their home. So he was trying to cause family trouble at
home with these people. He caused great distress. He would also put hot sauce in
the microwave and then crank it up and let it just literally turn the entire office
space into a gas chamber and I know that happens because I make my own pepper
sauce and one time I remember usually I will cook it outside on a burner I've got
out there because you really need to cook it outside but I open the windows
thinking that would be sufficient and the the the waves of capsaicin went through
the AC system and turned the entire house into a gas chamber. And my poor wife and
son went running out into the front yard because they couldn't breathe in there
anymore. And so I know what this can do. Well, that's what Mr. Farley was doing to
all of his fellow city employees there. He would put firecrackers Underneath coworkers
chairs, he got mad one day and ripped a television monitor off a wall and smashed
it into pieces. A doorbell outside on the office wall was yanked off because he was
tired of people visiting the office. Now, you went on who this guy was?
That was none other than Police Chief Robert Farley of the North Bergen,
New Jersey Police Department, and his victims were his officers under his command.
Let that sink in, because as of this episode, he's still chief. This man is tasked
with dispensing your right to carry there in New Bergen. Do you understand that?
In New Bergen, New Jersey, this coprophiliac who has an obsession with human feces,
namely his own, and other body fluids, is the one in charge of telling you whether
you are morally fit enough to freely exercise a right that you were born with.
How does that feel? How does that feel to you guys there in New Bergen, New
Jersey, or any portion of New Jersey that people like this are above you in
positions of authority and in charge of dispensing your rights, yeah,
because he's in charge of dispensing those rights and approving a carry permit or a
purchase permit for you people there in New Bergen. This is what I was talking
about when I said at the beginning of the program. These people think that they
have the right to tell you which rights you can and cannot freely exercise.
They want to have complete authority over the free exercise of those rights.
People, like all the examples I gave you here, people in positions of authority in
New Jersey, and y 'all want to dictate to the law abiding public, a public that is
far more law abiding than anybody else They're in New Jersey and that is documented.
They are the most law abiding demographic of society in New Jersey, but yet this
litany and long list of criminals we've already talked about thus far want to be in
charge of dispensing your permits to you. Again, I say people like Mr.
Farley and all these other high ranking, highfalutin officials, they're no different
than Then the people reread about at the beginning of this program who would
violently attack you beat you shoot you Whatever they felt like doing to you if
they felt like they could get away with it because if they feel like they can
already Infringe upon your rights willy -nilly. What more do you think they could do
to you? The answer is whatever their corrupt little imaginations come up with I'll
be praying for you people people out there in New Jersey. And I want y 'all to
consider putting together a resolution of non -compliance and also a resolution, a
declaration of condemnation of those in authority above you with your intent to sue
them under 18 U .S. 242 deprivation of rights under color of authority because every
gun control law proposed, Everyone passed, everyone enforced is nothing but a power
grab, and it's a power grab made possible by their infringement of your God -given
rights. They wouldn't be able to do this to you if they hadn't already walked all
over your rights. These people want to tell you whether you're moral enough to carry
and own a firearm. "Doesn't that just make you sick?" It certainly does me.
