Welcome to Shooting Straight Radio podcast!! This program (formerly known as "Shooting Straight Radio Show" on WMMB and iHeartRADIO) is all about firearms, the 2nd Amendment, and all things pertaining thereto. It is hosted by Royce, a veritable super-spreader of Constitutional propriety as well as a firearms instructor with multiple certifications, including endorsement by the National Association of Chiefs of Police as a defensive pistol instructor. It has been said that he is saturated with gunshot residue, toxic masculinity, and a faint, yet wildly tantalizing whiff of the cologne of his people (Hoppe's #9) as he delivers his unexpurgated commentary on all things firearm and 2nd Amendment-related with 100% felt recoil and no suppressor. As an Ultra-Type-A personality, he is exceedingly generous (and sometimes comically brutal) with his opinions and doesn't mince words. A staunch Constitutionalist, he calls out infringements when and where he sees them. Royce is often joined on the program by special guests like Dale Comstock (DELTA Force), John Rea (SEAL Team 6), Max Mullen (Army Ranger), Quentin Carter (a.k.a. "Q"), Gary O'Neal (American Warrior), Boon Benton (USMC, Benghazi warrior), Sarah "Superbad" Adams (CIA targeter), Col. Danny McKnight (Black Hawk Down), Izzy Matos (USMC combat vet), Ash Hess (U.S. Army combat veteran and instructor extraordinaire), Massad Ayoob, Hank Hayes (Professor Emeritus of Badassology), Spike Cohen (spikecohen.com), ATF whistleblower Peter Forcelli, Erich Pratt and Luis Valdes of GOA, and many more. So tune in to Shooting Straight (a.k.a. 2nd Amendment University) and share it around with your fellow Constitutionalists. Keep your head on a swivel, keep a loaded gun on your person (and spare mags), and never forget that incoming rounds always have the right-of-way.

I assure you with that. Let's dive on into things because as anticipated the morally
weak and politically, where should I say politically motivated governor of Colorado
decided to yield to the will of the civilian disarmament cartels and has signed into
law a very egregious bill that even many sheriffs within the state are taking issue
with. And I believe lawsuits are gonna drop any minute now probably against this.
And it's gonna be a Bruin challenge, but speaking of Bruin, first let me ask this
one really big freaking question here. Why is not the Supreme Court intervening
whenever any post -Bruan anti -Second Amendment laws are passed by several states like
New York and others and the Illinois for that matter and now Colorado?
Why is not the Supreme Court stepping in and saying you cannot pass that law?
It flies in the face of the Bruin or now I'm not sure if that'd be the the
proper way to go about things with by the Supreme Court. But I think if this thing
is challenged, it should be automatically shot down. The Supreme Court should
unanimously say, we already told you you can't do this crap. Back in the Bruin
decision, it violates text and history and you can't do that. So this law is null
and void, pound sand. Now, I'd love to be on the Supreme Court and be able to say
that, but how about whenever these lower courts defy the Bruin standard in their
unconstitutional rulings, like has been happening all over the place? Or in this
case, when some governor decides it's in the best interest of his political career
to lick the boots of the civilian disarmament cartels? Yes, Mr. Jared Polis,
Governor of Colorado, is who I'm referring to. I'm gonna be referencing an article
by Mark Chestnut. And the title is Colorado Governor Signs Sweeping Ban into Law.
Now, first of all, let me make just an astute observation here, isn't the timing of
this law and the signing of it immediately suspect Due to the recent Colorado law
that illegally grants the state the power to seize people's children if their parent
deadnames them or misgenders them. Did I have you heard about this?
Well, it's law in Colorado. Funny how it happens in conjunction with an assault
weapons ban. Look, just like Colorado, I mean, just like California did,
just like Washington state did, just like Oregon did, commie see, commie do.
So I'm not surprised that they would want to strip these weapons from the hands of
law abiding Colorado citizens, conservatives in particular, because they want to be
able to come to your house and take your kids, if your kid gets so brainwashed at
school that he comes home or he comes to school and says, my mommy dead named me,
she called me by my birth name and I don't like that. I want to be named
something else. Or my daddy misgendered me, he knows I want to be a girl,
he keeps calling me son, I don't like that. And the steak can come and take the
kids.
Are you grasping this? Now I will tell you right now. Um,
yeah, this, this is not false face bravado. You can ask my wife that there is
nothing in the world that would keep me from firing upon people who came to take
my children away. I don't care if they're wearing badges or carrying clip clipboards
and official IDs from the child department, department services, whatever, of the
state. You would not do that to me without a gunfight. I'm serious, that's just
bottom line.
I've still got a 16 year old minor at home. If it happens, I guarantee you there's
going to be a gunfight and he might be one of the ones, you know, picking up a
pistol himself or a rifle. He's getting pretty trained and he's going to be taking
the class with me soon anyway. Yeah, that would not happen. We're not required to
accept that kind of filthy abuse. We're not required to let the state come take our
kids over some kind of crap like that. That's them giving themselves an excuse to
come and wreck your family. Isn't it amazing how all these Democrat communist laws
always assault the family, assault our freedom, they assault our security of our free
state by wanting to strip our arms from our hands. The article from Mark Chestnut
goes like this, "Democrat Colorado Governor Jared Polis on Thursday signed into law
one of the most sweeping, arguably unconstitutional," well, you mean arguably, it's
not arguable at all, it is flagrantly unconstitutional, the gun bans in the nation's
history. the measure bans the sale of the most modern, I'm sorry,
of the most popular selling rifle in America, the modern sporting rifle, I hate that
term. I hate that term. That term was designed as a reflex against some of the
crafted verbiage of the left. Oh, it's not a weapon of war,
it's a modern sport. It can become a weapon of war real freaking quick. I can tell
you that right now. So can my 12 gauge pumps. So can my long range guns. Anything
can become a weapon of war. And I guarantee you, you come to take my kids. You'd
see just the war like capabilities of that weapon. I assure you that don't call it
a modern sporting rifle. That is that fries my bacon something awful.
Under the law, the sale of semi -automatic firearms capable of accepting a detachable
magazine will be banned unless those purchasing the firearms are vetted by the local
sheriff and complete a firearm certification course. Okay, it's law already and none
of these courses exist. Oh, how can you make requirements and demand compliance with
something that doesn't of the necessary machinations to implement it,
huh? The share of approval to apply for a permit to purchase is based on subjective
criteria, which was very profoundly and resoundly rejected by the U .S.
Supreme Court and back in their Bruin decision in 2022. But then again,
don't expect the Supreme Court to actually enforce their Bruin standard of text and
history anytime soon, unless there's some major lawsuits going on and I do believe
they're going to drop soon. The county sheriffs, they can deny your application for
anything, really. I mean, all they have to say is I have a reasonable belief that
previous behavior by the applicant here makes them a present danger,
a clear and present danger to themselves and or others. And therefore I'm not gonna
give them the privilege to purchase one of these evil weapons of war.
Of course, the pro -rights groups like National Shooting Sports Foundation were very
quick to speak up and speak out against this action by Governor Polis. And they
said blamely that this law is unconstitutional on its face. Well, again, because it
is, it's a gun control group spurred attack on the Second Amendment rights of those
who follow the law. And that's exactly what this is. You remember,
I think I said in the last episode that these civilian disarmament cartels need to
be be sued for under -reco -statutes or prosecuted under -reco -statutes because they
live and breathe and exist for the sole purpose of denying Americans their God -given
rights. Those actions by them and their groups assault the security of our free
late. That's an act of treason. But of course, don't expect anybody to try to hold
their feet to that fire. Larry Keene from NSSF said Colorado lawmakers who claim
Governor Polis' gunband will make their state safer have yet to offer legislation
that would hold criminals accountable for the criminal misuse of firearms. Instead,
they violate the rights of those who obey the law. Well, that's what this is all
about. This has nothing to do with public safety. That's a lie that they craft,
and that's their excuse for doing what they do, but it has nothing to do with
public safety. They can never point to any of these laws passed throughout the
nation that actually enhanced public safety, because it won't. When you disarm the
good people, the bad people will come worse. And that's what you're going to see in
Colorado very soon. The bill, of course, when Governor Polis signed it,
he didn't invite any of the pro -gun people to the signing for some reason. Yeah,
I wonder why. It was an invitation only ceremony with all the gun control civilian
disarmament cartels present. And now you understand whose pockets Governor Polis is
in. The NRA also released a statement. They said behind closed doors,
Governor Polis cowardly signed into law the most anti -gun, anti -freedom bill in
Colorado's history. Instead of respecting the individual liberties of gun owners and
hunters in his state, he bent the knee to the radical gun control element of his
party. In Jared's Colorado, you need a polis permission slip to exercise your
constitutional rights. If this proposal was actually popular with his citizens,
it wouldn't need to be enacted in secret. Amen. And amen.
Good statement NRA. Good statement. Larry Keen with NSSF, both of them profoundly
true. This is, Democrats love to do things in secret anyway.
They've always had us all on double secret probation in some way, shape, or form
for a long time. And if they could pass everything in secret under color of night,
they would do it because they've already done that a lot. So on the other
uh, the civilian disarmament cartels, including every town for gun safety,
they were absolutely overjoyed with the governor and his signature of this bill.
Uh, they said Colorado's new law is the definition of common sense. How?
I don't think you understand what the word common sense, the phrase common sense
means. This is not common sense. It's not common sense to disarm the law abiding
and hoping it's going to have an effect on the bad people. Because that's
essentially what you're proposing, even though I know good and stinking well that
that's not your motive and you know it's not your motive too. But you're trying to
sell us this pig in a poke under the guise of public safety. So you don't get to
tell me that this is common sense because it's not. Nothing that you people speak
even remotely resembles common sense because the truth is not in you. The truth has
no business being within a 10 mile radius of any of you. It's not.
How is it common sense to force lawful, peaceable citizens with no criminal
inclinations or records to grovel for permission from their local sheriff to freely
exercise rights they were born with? Please explain to me the common sense involved
there. John Fineblatt, a filthy, godless little communist Bolshevik pig,
he's the president of Every Town for Gun Safety. He said, if you wanna buy a
military -style rifle that can kill dozens without needing to reload, you need to get
a permit that requires passing a background check and taking a safety course. Well,
Johnny Blatt, if it is indeed a military -style rifle,
then you understand that those are exactly the weapons protected by the Second
Amendment, huh? This proves that your pet law here that the governor signed for you
is flagrantly unconstitutional. Again, military arms are what is primarily protected by
the Second Amendment. I know none of y 'all know that because you are willfully
ignorant of America and its history and our supreme law. You're welcome He said this
innovative approach to keep weapons of war out of dangerous hands You know who he's
talking about there, right? No, no, not criminals Conservatives Mm -hmm.
Conservatives. You notice that none of these people came out and spoke about these
trend a ragua gangsters in Colorado taken over entire apartment complexes with a semi
automatic assault rifles. Yeah, y 'all didn't say a dad gum thing about that.
Matter of fact, when they got ready to deport them, a lot of y 'all were talking
about hiding them and defending them against our enforcement agents. You,
you are some some sick twisted people. I tell you what, y 'all had your way,
those gangsters would still be there in Colorado, but now the people would be
helpless in the face of them and the threats they represent. Wow. He said this
establishes a model for other states. Of course it does. Comey see, comey do when
it comes to gun control. And we applaud Governor Polis and the legislature for
coming together to address the threat of mass shootings which Conor Rodin's know all
too well.
Again, why are you only trying to disarm one segment of society then? Because that's
really all you're trying to do and you know it. Now I said before that Sheriff's
have spoken up about this, matter of fact they spoke against this law before Mr.
Polis signed it into law and I think I referenced this several episodes back but
just in case you missed that the there's an article by Tyler Dumas he says southern
Colorado sheriffs share strong words and response to new gun control bill I'm glad
to see this I'm glad to see the chief the law enforcement officials there in that
state standing up and going, "Hey, this is crap." Now, I think they should take it
further and say, "We're not going to enforce this. We're not going to implement this
because we don't want to lose our qualified immunity by depriving people of rights
under color of law and authority. And so you're going to face all those lawsuits.
We're not because that's what they're trying to do." So, the article says,
"Several sheriffs in Southern Colorado are making their feelings known about a new
gun control bill, SB 25 -003, that was signed into law this week by Governor Jared
Polis. The El Paso County Sheriff's Office called the bill the most atrocious anti
-second amendment bill in Colorado history. Amen." In a release, Sheriff Joseph Roybal
said he was deeply disappointed in the governor's decision to not veto the bill and
he added quote "public safety experts across the state opposed this legislation as it
will be burdensome on law -abiding citizens and might I add only and have no adverse
effects on criminals." Okay, this is a law enforcement professional.
I think he knows a little bit what he's talking about. I mean, you don't just get
to be sheriff within a year or two, you had to be pretty seasoned in order to
gain that seat and that position. And he is saying, this is crap. It is not going
to have any kind of adverse effect on the criminals, it's only gonna burden law
-abiding citizens and therefore it's useless. He also said,
"It's clear that those who hold the power in our state legislature are more
interested in carrying out a political agenda rather than sponsoring and voting for
legislation which actually enhances public safety and preserves the constitutional
rights of law -abiding citizens." Well, this is indeed part of their political agenda,
but more than that, it's a naked, illegal power grab and all the state perhaps, and
the governor who signed it should be jailed as far as I'm concerned for treason and
a willful attempted deprivation of rights under color of law. I'm happy to see these
sheriffs standing up against this and hopefully they'll also refuse to implement any
of the measures therein. I really do hope they do.
Teller County Sheriff Jason Mikesell, he also recorded a video statement in response
to Governor Polis's signing and said that he called this bill the most restrictive
gun rights bill in the United States history. That's some pretty strong words.
Local sheriff's offices will be responsible for issuing course eligibility cards, which
will be given to applicants before they can even take the course. that we're going
to get into the requirements of this idiotic law and have been it in just a bit
and you're going to be surprised and like, "Are you kidding me?" It's designed for
failure. It sets up everybody for failure, but that's what they like to do after
all. State Democrats explain within the bill that they assume,
like rats do, that 50 ,000 people per year will contact a sheriff to apply for a
course eligibility card, that is, get a card that makes you eligible to take a
course.
Generating, they assume, an estimated $2 million in revenue. Well, first of all,
projections based on assumption are just as worthless as a Democrat on fair.
This is also, I believe, part of their scheme because communists just love to force
everybody whose rights are being violated to actually pay their infringers to assault
their rights. So this doesn't shock me at all. And it's almost as if they want the
citizens of Colorado to say, but oh, look at all the revenue it's going to generate
is if that's going to be a plus. It's not generate for Who for Democrat pockets
within the state legislature? That's what's for. I'm gonna continue the article.
Conversely, the law has faced scrutiny by sheriff's offices across the state, some
pointing to the lack of resources designated to sheriff's offices who will be
required to handle work associated with licensing permissions. While the eligibility
cards will come with a fee, the law stipulates that sheriff's offices will then send
the money to Colorado Parks and Wildlife. In other words, the sheriff's will become
de facto tax collectors for the state. How do you like that? Now we're gonna take
a brief commercial time out and we come back. We're gonna continue beating the
living snot out of what happened in Colorado and rightfully so and bombarding it
with some real common sense. So don't go anywhere. The The Listener retention squads

We are still locked and looted and we've been talking about Governor Polis' signature
being applied to an anti -rights bill in Colorado. It's not anti -gun rights,
it's anti -human rights. We the people have the rights, not our weapons. And this is
setting up all manner of idiotic roadblocks in the path only of conservative law
abiding people. That's the only people this law is aimed at. I don't care who says
what, how many times they say it or how loudly it's a bunch of crap. So I'm gonna
tell you right now that this law is more insidious than people think because it is
in a very real sense, a de facto registration scheme. Now,
I've said before, if you think that
registering firearms is the end all to their scheme, no, no, no. The final goal is
to register people, you know, like Hitler did. First he registered guns and then he
got rid of them and then he registered people and then he got rid of them because
that's what socialists and communists do. So, there's a carve -out for people who
happened to pass this state -sanctioned firearm safety course, which nobody has seen
anything of yet. I doubt it even exists yet, but this is law.
People who pass this state -sanctioned firearm safety course will receive a firearm
safety course eligibility card, which must be renewed every five years,
but only with the sheriff's authorization. So everybody who gets an eligibility card
will have their information put into a state database, which of course has to be
creating the law mandates its creation in a very real sense and created through
Colorado Parks and Wildlife in consultation with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.
investigation. So, Colorado may be, yeah, they may not be keeping track of the sales
of these now otherwise banned firearms, but they will be tracking everybody who
applies for and receives their also vaunted permission to purchase them,
which in a very real sense accomplishes the same end. It really does.
It's a gun registry in practice and it sets the stage for future government violence
against the people of Colorado. The original bill did not include the possibility of
a safety training program and an eligibility card, so that tells you what they're
really all about right off the bat there. Anyway, this goes directly, as I said, to
the end game of gun registries, which is the eventual registration of people and
then the extermination thereof. Now with the law in effect,
if you want to purchase a semi -automatic rifle shotgun or a gas -operated handgun,
which all semi -automatic weapons are in a very real sense gas -operated, you're gonna
have to jump through the following hoops. Number one, you're gonna have to scheduled
an appointment with Colorado Parks and Wildlife and you're gonna have to subject
yourself to a third -party background check, then you're gonna have to go and locate
a certified instructor. Well, the instructor certification doesn't even exist in this
law yet. What's the criteria for being an instructor? Hmm?
So you have to locate a certified instructor and complete the required training
course and that's a 12 -hour class by the way and they won't let you teach it in
just one day. No, it's required to be a two -day course. Why?
Why is it required to be two -day when they can get it all out of the way in
one? I'll tell you why. They want it to be arduous. They want it to be very
difficult for you to get this also vaunted permission slip to own an assault weapon
of war. That's what this is about. They want to fatigue you into just simply giving
up the free exercise of your guns, of keeping and bearing arms.
Then you have to pass a test with a score of at least 90%. Then you got to be
able to demonstrate that you can use the firearm safely but at the same time it's
really not clear what firearm is going to be used for these for these tests because
the students are not allowed to purchase a gun before the class to bring with them
and even if the instructor has a rifle it's there's a very good chance that it
won't be the same style as the one they plan to purchase because there are, you
know, there are quite a few thousands of variations of AR -15s, Mini -14s,
Springfield M1A1s, and the list goes on and on. Then you've got to schedule another
appointment with the local sheriff's office for final approval, and if you get that
approval when you purchase the firearm, you have to complete another background check
and comply with a three -day waiting period on top of that, so you can go cool off
and make sure that you're not a danger to your fellow citizens. The people that
wrote this law are far more dangerous to the citizenry than the people they're
trying to affect with it, okay? Each step of this process has fees that amount to
probably well over and all total to get an eligibility card that's only valid for
five years. And if you can't afford the time and money required for this process,
your options of purchasing a semi -automatic rifle, a shotgun or a handgun with a
permanently fixed magazine is absolutely nil. What do you mean,
Royce? Oh, you're not gonna be able to find one. Because that's what this, they
want you to not have a gun that you could detach the magazine from. That's the
thrust of this bill. Well, there's no manufacturer in America that makes such a
firearm because it is way too dangerous to do that. This law is designed,
as I said, to fatigue gun owners and to forsake the free exercise of their rights,
nothing less.
Under this law, it will now take literally weeks of appointments,
classes, and a minimum of 300 bucks, plus getting the local sheriff's permission,
however much time that takes, and you better pray you have one who's pro -second
amendment. You may not receive the permission, and if you don't, well, then you're
stuck. Then he has the right to revoke his permission for any number of reasons.
It's going to be pretty subjective and arbitrary. And that's just to cut, to buy
the most common rifle in America today. Colorado is, I'm going to tell you this
right now. It's time for some open defiance. First try the lawsuit.
If the lawsuit doesn't work, then you need to start sending nasty grams to the
people above you and and tell them we're not gonna follow this law, we will violate
this law with impunity and with extreme prejudice because it assaults our rights.
You are not going to enforce this and we reserve the right to defend ourselves
against any enforcement thereof. Royce, come on, man, you're talking about a clash
between the people and the, well, you know what? At what point do we stand up and
dig our heels in and straighten back up and let our testicles drop and say no no
further. Too many states within the union have already fallen to the communists and
they did it via gun control. That's why it needs to be resisted badly.
It needs to be resisted hard. It needs to be resisted if necessary by putting the
fear of God into the people who put this law onto people and make them suffer
under the lash thereof. This is getting ridiculous. I'm not gonna put up with any
of this crap. There's a reason I would never live in Illinois or New York or
California or Washington, Oregon, New Jersey at all, because I don't go anywhere
where my rights are not recognized and protected for that matter. This is why the
Second Amendment was penned right here. This is the time to stand up and let those
people in authority know that you will not be disarmed. Not now, not ever,
that none of you will be taking any state sanctioned firearm safety classes, exams
or extra background checks just to freely exercise rights you're born with. You need
to let them know that none of you will be giving up or registering any of your
guns and you are totally lawful if necessary to go across state lines to purchase
these kind of long guns without any of your stinking permission in the first place.
And yes, I am advocating that. Oh, I don't care if you like it or not. You're
advocating them violate the law. It's not violating the law. It's not a violation of
federal law. No, You can go to a neighboring state and purchase a long gun. I work
in the industry. I know these things. Yeah, I would. None of your stinking business
that I own any kind of rifle that you don't like. You're not required to allow
your rights to be abused and infringed. There's been too much blood, life, and limb
that's been sacrificed to secure our rights for us to relinquish them to this false
faced naked act of aggression against us. You Colorado's, I'm talking to you.
You are not required to roll over and accept this trash simply because it was
passed by your state legislature and therefore has their required sanction or
whatever, sanctity. Yeah, just because it has the sanctity of being passed through
democratic processes doesn't mean It's lawful. Doesn't mean it's constitutionally
correct. So all you sheriffs in Colorado, it's time to call the Second Amendment
Task Force in Washington, D .C.
That's the Second Amendment Enforcement Task Force, I believe. And I want you to go
ahead and demand the right to arrest every legislator that voted aye on this bill.
Matter of fact, I think the governor himself should be But that was set a great
precedent. It charged them all with deprivation of rights under color of law, 18 USC
242. To all you neighboring states, Wyoming,
Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, get ready to start selling lots
of ARs and other rifles and handguns to residents from Colorado. They're going to be
coming to see you. All right. To emphasize this point, you Coloradans,
your declaration of defiance against these might have a better chance of getting
through to them if you bring the response right to the lawn of the governor's
mansion. Better yet, make it the state capitol. Don't just single out the governor.
Right there on the state capitol lawn, go ahead and warm up some kettles of tar
And cut a few pillows open and let the flat the feathers blow around a little bit
let them get the hint Royce you're talking about towering infant now. I'm talking
about scaring them a little bit Alright, maybe that's not a good idea It might be
threatening violence against your state officials and I know I would not advocate for
that unless they're of course there They're in person trying to Assail your rights
at gunpoint. Yeah, absolutely. it's time to fight then. To all of you commie
mommies, every town, Brady, and the rest of you, you people are swine.
We gun owners, we the people, we who every day prove that we are peaceable
citizens, you people better listen up.
We are peaceable citizens. We've proven to be peaceable citizens. We prove it every
day We prove it in the fact that we have not picked up our arms and overwhelmed
you for the many Transgressions you've already committed against our rights and the
supreme law Yes, we are dangerous But only the evil people I Guess you know that
you're evil, don't you because you're the one trying to disarm us so we can be
weaker than you. You people would strip us of our arms. You people constantly
slander us. You constantly script libelous comments. You constantly defame us.
You vilify us in every facet of the gun industry. And I'm telling you here right
now, that's not going to continue. We're going to start pulling resources that are
coming after you on the legal side of things, and if that don't work, we will line
up on that Lexington Green one more dag gum time, believe me. We prove every day
that we're the most lawful, moral demographic of society, even over and above police
officers. We're not even remotely the cause of any gun violence, and any assertions
to the contrary are absolutely slanderous and defamatory, but you,
Vermin, already knew that, didn't you? Because you don't care who you slander, as
long as the end justifies the means. Our rights have been trampled under color of
law since 1934, and I don't know about y 'all, but I'm done with it. Every gun
control law is nothing but an insulting affront to we the people, and we're told by
those in authority and stupid communists in the civilian Armament cartels that we're
not to be trusted with the same guns as our government when in fact We're literally
the only segment of society that can truly be trusted with such armaments These
democrat communists Have helped pass laws that jeopardize our children daily like the
gun -free zones act and others And when the inevitable mass killing happens, which I
if you were waiting for it anticipating 'cause you wanted more dead kids to sell
more gun control, you turn around and tell us it's our fault and that the free
exercise of our rights is to blame and we must allow the government to curtail the
free exercise of our rights for public safety and you say it as if that's the only
answer and it's a commonly held belief,
but it's not. It's not at all.
The anti -gun groups, Brady and the rest of you pigs, you exist for the sole
purpose of depriving people of their constitutional rights. That's what you do. That's
a federal crime. You all should be prosecuted under the RICO statute. You should be
imprisoned and all of your assets should be seized. Y 'all attempt to influence
elected officials into crafting, proposing and passing laws that weaken the security
of our free state by stripping arms from peaceable hands and all of the disguise of
public safety concerns. Y 'all have run countless campaigns against our rights.
You've painted peaceable gun owners as criminals by making no distinction between us
and armed thugs. You have made an untold number of false claims against us.
You've asserted that we're the problem and the primary cause of all the gun violence
in America today. You've assailed the firearms industry in an attempt to cut off the
supply of arms to the people and that is an act of treason. Your purposeful
assaults against the Constitution in the Second Amendment has led to a major
weakening of our national security and a strengthening of tyranny on the state and
federal levels, and this needs to be addressed ASAP. Now, what about Pam Bondi's
Second Amendment Enforcement Task Force? Well, good question. I'm going to see just
how resolved they are in actually doing something to protect the second amendment.
I see an article, the title of which is gun owners in embattled states beg for
Bondi's to a task force attention. Okay, that's good. And that's an article by Dave
workman. And I'm not trying, I'm not going to impugn him with what I'm about to
say. I'm going to say this to the people there in Colorado and the people in
Washington who are begging for Pam Bondi's also gracious countenance to shine upon
them. How about instead y 'all make a show of force and stand up to the communist
in your state legislature and you tell them all in strongly worded, no uncertain
terms, we're not complying. And if you don't like that, feel free to come and
implement these things yourselves instead of putting law enforcement in jeopardy. Yeah,
y 'all don't mind putting police officers' lives in jeopardy to do crap like this,
but none of you would ever line up to help them come confiscate guns because you
know dad gum well it would happen to you. We'd turn you into a colander real
quick. How about instead of begging for help for Washington, y 'all start the ball
rolling with open defiance. Hmm? Why don't you go ahead and expound the 2nd and
14th Amendment to all of those people there in authority in Washington State and now
in Colorado. And go ahead and inform them that their unconstitutional laws are,
as far as you're concerned, null and void. And if they attempt to enforce them,
that you're going to be sued, that they're going to be sued, possibly arrested, or
if they really want to make things forceful, they could be shot. shot. Oh, no,
you're talking about hunting. No, I'm talking that they want to bring the force and
try to force people at gunpoint to surrender their rights. It is at that point that
the citizens of that state have every right to pick up arms and fight back. Again,
I'm going to say this very plainly for all of you federal agents monitoring the
program. I will never advocate for aggressive violence. In other words,
I will never advocate for us to be the aggressors. We have every right,
though, to be the defenders and use defensive violence if you bring aggressive
violence in your attempts to take guns from our hands. We have that right whether
you like it or not. I hope that all of you law enforcement officers involved in
this will stand down and tell the governor we're not going to enforce this. But if
you do stand up and you do decide to use your power that the people gave you and
use it against them, well, you should lose your qualified immunity and you should
end up in prison. You should also lose your certifications. That's where we're at
now, people. I'm going to say this again. They're not going to stop. They're not
going to stop. They're not going to stop. They're not going to stop. And at some
point, we need to let them know the potential life altering ramifications of their
decisions. They need to understand that we can and we We will take up arms if
necessary to defend ourselves against government violence against our rights. That's
what the people of Colorado need to do, the people of Washington state, the people
of Oregon, California, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island,
Massachusetts, Illinois, et al. Every one of them. Y 'all need to do that. Y 'all
need to stand up and say, "We're tired of this crap." Yeah, things might get rough.
But you know what? How many people shed life and limb and blood on distant
battlefields to protect our rights? And we think we're not gonna have to do that
here? Oh yes, we will. I think we will for sure. And I think it's not too far
down the road. I hope I'm really wrong. I hope I feel like an idiot later, but I
don't think I am because I said before they're gonna keep pressing and keep pressing
and keep pressing until things devolve into violence, and then they're gonna stand
up, in spite of being the violent ones, turn and point their fingers to us, and
say, "You look at you guys, you're all violent."
We're not the violent ones, and we prove it every stinking day, but y 'all already
knew that, didn't you? Yeah. Stay in contact with your reps,
stay armed up, stay trained up, and make sure that you're involved in this process.
Let your government hear your voice. If you don't, well, you're shirking your duty.
That's what you're doing. You're shirking your duty as an American. This is the
government of buying for the people and that means you. So you get involved, you
get active because if you sit there on your butt, you better think about your sons
and your sons sons and your children's children living under the tyranny of filthy
communists who think it's okay to disarm parents and then come take their kids from
them just for misgendering them or dead naming them. Stay in contact with them at
all times. Stay trained up, make sure you aren't when you walk outside your door
and never forget, incoming rounds always have the right of way. Voice out.
