it. We're talking about civilian disarmament, which is one of the running themes in
this program, on this program. And as most of you already realize, the leftist
civilian disarmament cartels simply do not have a message that really resonates with
sensible conservative American voters, even though they attempt to claim that most
conservatives agree with their lie -saturated messages? Yeah, we don't.
But therefore, they've been forced to rely on funding from the useful idiots in this
country who actually believe that gun control decreases crime and enhances public
safety. They found very quickly that the useful idiot coffers did Well,
let's put it this way. They were an unreliable source of income. But then they got
a boost from a bunch of billionaires who are elitist, probably part of the large
cabal that's trying to run the entire world and enslave the entire world like Satan,
and like Soros and Nanny Boy Bloomberg. Bloomberg actually wanted to take away things
from people, soft drinks and things like that. And while I agree, soft drinks are
the worst.
and I ain't drinking it. But if you want to, help yourself, okay? But billionaires
like Soros and Bloomberg don't really believe in personal freedom, so they feel with
their deity complex that they are qualified to rule the masses and to dictate our
thought processes and our way of life. They've been doing that for a while. So the
civilian disarmament cartels know that they cannot possibly win on the debate stage.
I mean, they just, the facts don't support them. And I think they know that,
really. I have invited Shannon Watts of Kami Mami's and Gabby Giffords and her
equally deceitful husband and all the other gun control cartels. I've invited them on
the program. I tell you, you'll be treated fairly politely. I will not say mean
things to you and hurt your feelings and you can come on the program and articulate
your message. The problem is they know they don't have a message that actually
resonates with free -thinking people and that's why they have not caught, well I
don't know if that's the real reason, they may just think I'm some peon and don't
deserve the glory of their presence and countenance on my program, I don't know,
but They don't have a message that resonates with the people,
and I think they know that. I really do. They can't win on the debate stage. The
facts don't support them, and this directly impacts their funding. So what happens?
Along come the elitist swine, like the aforementioned billionaires, and begin funding
them, first from their own coffers at first, to make it look like they were just
benevolent philanthropists, that's a big word, philanthropists, you know, big money
guys, and they began funding them eventually through CIA -esque schemes that
essentially funneled tax dollars, yes, my dollars and your dollars, into the civilian
disarmament cartels coffers, indirectly of course, through multiple sub -channels,
if you would, all of it coming directly from the taxpayer's pocket and then
indirectly from an agency called USAID. That is the US Agency for International
Development. My first initial comment on that is until you fully developed America
with good schools and good veterans programs. And when we take care of the people
here, then we can worry about developing other countries. We don't need such an
organization. It was hijacked during the Biden years and it was turned into a
funding organism for everything anti -American. Yes,
the enemies of America began to basically siphon our tax dollars.
And I'm going to put the link up to this article I'm about to reference by tread
law in the episode page. So if you scroll down a little bit, you should see the
link right there. But here's the article by tread law. And the title is the anti
gun shell game. How your tax dollars were used against you.
And this is indeed insidious people and And just the premise of this stinks of the
CIA because the CIA was expert at starting revolutions and having it funded by the
very people that the revolution was aimed to overthrow. And so that's what's going
on here in the U .S. And here's the article by Treadlaw generously interspersed with
some of my commentary. He As you work hard, you pay your taxes and expect that
money to serve American interests. What if I told you it's been used secretly to
bankroll the very people trying to strip you of your Second Amendment rights? This
is not a conspiracy theory. It's the conclusion of deep -dive reporting from America's
First Freedom, AMO Land News, and the hard receipts uncovered by watchdogs like Lee
Williams and datarepublican .com. Now you've heard Lee Williams on this program.
He's a fireball. I love that man. Great guy. And he is a bulldog indeed.
And he has uncovered a lot of crap, especially in regards to ATF abuse. So if you
don't follow Lee Williams on his sub stack or at amoland .com, well, you should
start ASAP. Plus, he's a Florida boy, and that's why I have a special affinity for
him, of course.
The article continues, "The truth is finally out. A complicated web of nonprofits,
government agencies, and billionaire -backed activist groups has been using U .S.
taxpayer money, your money, to quietly fund anti -Second Amendment propaganda and
legislation. They called it aid, but it was really nothing more than political
activism. At the center of this scandal is the U .S. Agency for International
Development, U .S. Aid. A federal agency originally designed to help other countries
with economic development and humanitarian aid. But during the Biden administration,
U .S. aid got hijacked. Instead of helping nations helping nations in need,
USAID began funneling American tax dollars into leftist non -profits and activist
groups, many of which are hell bent on pushing gun control, not just overseas,
but right here at home. Well, I'll tell you something else the USAID was used for,
and that was to fund the invasion by illegal aliens into this country under the
Biden regime. I'll just leave that right there. The article continues, "We're talking
about millions of dollars funneled into gun control powerhouses like every town for
gun safety, Giffords and Sandy Hook Promise, using a maze of shell organizations to
hide the source of the money. The money trail was complicated on purpose," he said,
"Let's be real. They didn't want you to find this out. They used a financial tactic
straight from the political playbook. Money laundering through philanthropy.
Yep, and that's exactly what this was. This was not just trees and it was money
laundering. Groups like Neofillanthropy and the Tides Center act it as middlemen,
nonprofits that take government grants and then redistribute the money to activist
causes. And so in other words, it was tax -free money too. Our tax dollars,
yeah. According to datarepublican .com, and you should check this out by the way,
there's a lot of stuff on that website that will boil you up one side and down
another. According to datarepublican .com, here's how some of your money was used.
Every town received over $6 .7 million via charitable funds,
quote unquote, from sources like Fidelity Investments Donor Advice Fund,
but the origin traces back to government money via USAID. Giffords was linked to
over $8 million in similar funding. Now, remember people, these people will now take
that money that was taken from us under the guise of helping the federal government
help economic aid in foreign countries,
blah, blah, blah. And they're taking that and funneling it to these gun control who
are now going to take that and dump it into the coffers of anti -gun politicians
and elected representatives. This is what they do. They know money helps win
elections and that money was not just headed for the gun control cartels. It was
headed right back from the people who directed it away from USAID. Yeah,
the ones that are running for office are the ones that have been in office way too
long up there who consistently and constantly attack our rights. The Brady Center
march for our lives in Sandy Hook Promise were also in the pipeline,
indirectly but undeniably benefiting from taxpayer -funded grant networks.
I'm sorry. Most of these groups want to gut the Second amendment under the guise of
safety. Yes, public safety is always the dodge, it's always the excuse,
it's a false front, we all know that. This has nothing to do with public safety
and everything with the disarming conservatives here in the United States,
you know this, I know this, anybody with the brain and function of an avocado knows
this, Okay. Now Soros and Bloomberg, and they were used in conjunction with a lot
of these things, basically creating a revolving door of finances. They said the
article says this isn't just some random money ending up in activist hands. Many of
the players running these non -profits that's also used to work In government,
or now work for George Soros's Open Society Foundations, or Michael Bloomberg's
Empire. Again, both of these men are evil as Satan himself, and they think they
have the right to rule humanity, simply by reason of their riches, I guess.
There's, excuse me, there's even a pattern of meetings between Biden's USAID
leadership, like Samantha Power, and leftist megadoner foundations. This is not
coincidence, it's a strategy. Use the government as an ATM for activism with zero
accountability, and that is their strategy. Isn't that something? Well,
when do you think we might have found this if it hadn't been for America First and
Lee Williams and others like that, who dug in and got the receipts to show us
these things. Hats off to all you guys out there. I can't thank you enough. Even
media outlets were not safe. USAID paid Politico $44 ,000 in 2023 through 2024.
That sounds small. But what is the total across federal agencies since 2014?
You want the number? Here it is, 34 million.
$34 million over the last 10 years, and that's just what they're able to find.
I think it's a lot higher. That money supports quote unquote news coverage that
constantly argues for stricter gun laws while pretending to be neutral, of course. Do
you know how much they give to organizations like AMO Land News that fight for your
rights every day? He asked rhetorically, zero. I know that's just shocking.
That's just shocking. So what brought about this change now? What brought us to this
point where we can now see the receipts and we can now see what they've been doing
all this time? Well, you can thank President Donald J. Trump and Elon Musk and
Doge, DOGE, Department of Government Efficiency. President Donald J.
Trump put a stop to this. One of his most impactful moves was launching the
Department of Government Efficiency, or Doge, which finally pulled back the curtain on
this spending. When the staff at Biden's Office of Gun violence prevention,
which was also, by the way,
vacuuming up taxpayer dollars. And your taxpayer dollars funded the entirety of this
department and the work that they did. And when the office of gun violence
prevention stacked with ex -Bloomberg lobbyists realized what was coming,
they jumped ship before Trump's team could investigate. Now, why would you just jump
ship? I mean, if your cause was so righteous, if your efforts and everything were
sprang from your actual benevolence and care for public safety,
why would you dive? Why would you jump ship like that? Well,
the Bible is always true. And the Bible says, in the words of Solomon,
"The wicked flee when no one pursues them." I paraphrase that from the Old English.
Yes, wicked people flee when no one's chasing them. Why? Because their guilt chases
them. That's why. The article continues. Now the audits are rolling in.
Doge and citizen -led efforts like Republican .com are exposing how deep this rabbit
hole goes. The numbers are shocking. The structure is deceptive.
The intent is crystal clear. Fund the anti -gun left using your tax money without
your knowledge or consent. Now I'm gonna go ahead and make a prediction right here
now. I'm gonna predict that eventually Doge finds out that just violent leftist
groups like Antifa were funded. And I do believe soon we'll find out that they have
been arming them with our tax dollars. Stay tuned for that. I think it's right
around the corner.
The cover up in the outrage is the next title of the next subsection. It says
naturally the people caught red -handed are playing the victim, typical narcissist,
Senator Chris Murphy called Trump's investigation corrupt. Yes,
everything that exposes them is corrupt, of course. They're trying to nullify the
fruit of what they are going to proclaim is the poisonous tree. Jamie Raskin,
that filthy godless Bolshevik who needs to be arrested, tried convicted and hanged
for his treason, he claimed that Doge threatens lives.
Well, yeah, like armed civilians do, huh?
But if there's nothing to hide, why are 19 Democrat state attorneys general,
including Letitia James, trying to block Doge's access to government records?
Well, that's a rhetorical question for sure. The louder they protest, the guiltier
they sound. And this is why this matters. This isn't just about money. It's about
trust, accountability, and the weaponization of government against its own citizens.
That's what it is. When people who claim to serve the public and its interest begin
to use federal agencies and fake charities to bankroll efforts to disarm the public,
they crossed a red line. Amen and amen. This is the kind of corruption we expect
in Banana Republics, not the United States. It shows why transparency, oversight,
and a strong Second Amendment community are more important now than ever.
What can you do? Well, he lays out four points here. First, visit datarepublican
.com. All one word. The link is on the show page. Learn how these grants were
hidden, because they're going to use the same playbook again. Use the graphs and
share them around widely. Secondly, support pro -second amendment journalism.
Well, not just pro -second amendment journalism, support pro -second amendment groups
like a National Association of Gun Rights, Firearms Policy Coalition and Gun Owners
of America, people who dedicate the entirety of their function to the protection and
preservation of the Second Amendment. Demand accountability is number three, contact
your reps, ask why your money was used to attack your rights and tell them we're
gonna be watching you. Number four, vote accordingly. Politicians who supported this
nonsense need to go. And by the way, we also need to tell them how pissed off we
are about all of this and remind them that what they did there was treasonous. They
were aiding and abetting in the disarmament of the United States citizenry, which is
an act of treason because it violates the security of our free state. This is
fraud, it's treason, it's embezzlement even, and it's all rolled into one big
civilian disarmament package. That's what this is all about. Indirect funding for
direct assaults on our freedom. We're gonna take a brief commercial time out. When

In the first portion, we were talking about how Doge has uncovered funding of
taxpayer dollars, taxpayer dollars being funneled through USAID and other so -called
non -profits and charitables being funneled right back into the gun control groups
here at home and using them against your right to keep and bear arms.
Now whatever it takes to seize guns from conservative hands, they're going to do it.
And I'm going to remind you, it is just conservatives they want to take the guns
from, not the radical communists and their ilk. Okay, they will do whatever it
takes. Now, they'll do it via subterfuse, as we referenced in the first part of the
program, you know, like through USAID and the money laundering going on there, or
they'll do it via legislation, because nothing impacts your rights quite like the
power of law, and they're good, they're good with that for now, but eventually when
they feel that they're able to do so without getting wiped out by angry armed
citizens, they'll do it literally at gunpoint. Now, come on, Royce, you really think
that's ever going to happen here in America? It already has. I guess you didn't
hear about Wounded Knee. Well, maybe you didn't hear about post Katrina, but do some
research on that. They went around with National Guard troops and literally at
gunpoints took people's guns from them and they never got them back.
That happened here in the United States. Don't think it cannot happen or will not
happen again if we don't remain vigilant and remain a force to be reckoned with.
Now, back in 2018, when I was still live on WMMB, I stated then that red flag
laws would soon be issued against entire groups of people,
and I believe that's already here, and unfortunately it's being done indirectly.
And I'm gonna explain that in just a minute. Now, red flag laws have already been
employed to abuse people who've committed no crime. That's been happening even down
here in sunny Florida by a sheriff that way too many people love and adore but who
in my opinion is a man who is in love with his own media image and is thoroughly
drunken on power and that would be the sheriff of Polk County, Grady Judd.
Now I'm sorry if what I just said ticked you off but when you hear what this man
has been doing and has been doing since 2018 you may second guess your adoration of
this man if you have any at all. He's been filing these ex parte or ERPO or red
flag orders against school -aged children as young as eight years old knowing good
and stinking well that those kids had no firearms. What they did then was the
deputies would go show up in force in decent size numbers and then unlawfully extend
that red flag law to the parents too, even though their names were not on the
ERPO. They would do that. Yeah. And they've been doing that since 2018.
You understand that? Yes, eight years. Let's see. Yes, almost eight years now.
Unfortunately, this little totalitarian wannabe set an example in a precedent for the
Democrat communists in this country, and they have begun to follow it.
Well, here it is, because everybody thinks Brady Judd is some sort of a great
conservative. I know, I don't think so. I think the
was doing. He used, you understand, a threat made by an underage child or words
used by an underage child as the catalyst for an ERPO to go to their parents'
house to take their guns. Are you hearing me? Michigan is now doing exactly that.
They have followed his lead and as a matter of fact, one of the Democrat communists
up there referenced Grady Judd when they proposed this.
Here's the article by Beth LeBlanc, the Detroit News. Michigan's red flag law used
to confiscate firearms on campus from minors as young as six.
Now That's a very misleading headline there. Firearms on campus?
No, firearms from homes, from parents. Yeah, that's what this really, it's all,
if a six -year -old brings a gun to school, of course the gun's gonna be
confiscated. They don't need a red flag law for this. The title itself is ignorant
beyond measure. Michigan's red flag law has been used in select cases over the past
year against individuals on college campuses and within the K through 12 system.
Including cases in which guns have been seized from homes. Why? Because elementary
age children were deemed a threat to themselves or others according to state records.
If there's such a threat to themselves, backeract them. If there's such a threat to
others, remove them from society. This has nothing to do with public safety.
It has everything to do with gun confiscation, illegal gun confiscation.
If this is allowed to become status quo, people, I will tell you what, it sets a
very insidious precedent. Now, all somebody would have to do in order to disarm you
is to say that your school -aged child made some comments that contained all the
right buzzwords and what -a! An ex parte order is issued against you indirectly via
your child. Are you grasping this now?
The article continues, a Northville township, six -year -old appears to be the youngest
individual subjected to an extreme risk protection order since the law went into
effect February 13th, 2024, barely a year -old, according to Michigan State Police
Records obtained by the Detroit News through a public records request. The next
youngest child was an eight -year -old who threatened school staff in an upper
peninsula's Alger, A -L -G -E -R county state record show. Well, I'm gonna go ahead
and say right here publicly that the real issue is not six -year -olds and eight
-year -olds threatening school staff. It's the lack of godliness in America,
the lack of morality in America. Yeah, if an eight -year -old or a six -year -old
makes threats and the parents have not done something to address that,
then there's an issue there of morality and lack of parenting. My younger son,
when he was in elementary school, threatened one of his classmates with a good old
Florida beaten, and I was called to the principal's office because that's where he
was with the school resource officer. And I took the matter into my hand and I
ensured the principal that I would talk to him and speak to him in the area of
discretion and being careful what he said because he did make some comments that
were a little bit, well, probably should not have made. He had a little bit of a
temper at the time that he got from his mama. He got it from me. I'm kidding. And
he went a little overboard with it and I in front of the principal and the school
resource officer corrected him and let them know that I was with them on this issue
because it was right that I did. And so I did the right thing and took him home
that day. He had a one -day suspension and not to mention all of the electronics
taken away for a while. But the issue is ungodly public education.
That plays a large part. A lack of parental guidance is the main part. And more
than that, it's a lack of application of biblical principles which work very well in
any society. I mean, I don't understand what people have against the Ten
Commandments. Really, I mean, the Ten Commandments or, I mean, do you want somebody
to steal from you? No, then you don't steal from them. Do you want someone to kill
you? Well, then you don't murder them. In other words, do unto them as you would
have them do unto you, and that's the crux of the entire Ten Commandments. Okay?
What do you have against those laws? Thou shalt not steal, thou shalt not kill,
thou shalt not covet, thou shalt not commit adultery, other than elected officials,
not like in those particular principles and statutes, of course, but you see, these
laws,
they,
those 10 commandments are vital to any society and any legal system in the world
from time immemorial is literally founded on those principles,
whether they were done so wittingly or not. And laws are still pretty much,
you know, based on that. But these red flag laws now,
they help cement the false narrative that guns are the problem and if we just
remove them, everybody will be safe. No, When someone is murdered with a gun,
they don't arrest the gun. They arrest the person that pressed the trigger Okay,
that's the way to when people someone stab someone to death. They don't arrest the
blade. They arrest the Person doing the stabbing. They arrest the person who
assaulted the other person with an edged weapon Well guns are the problem if we
just remove them everybody will be safe That's a false narrative, and you know that.
And the proof of that is in these gun -free zones where all these shootings take
place. The article continues, and the issuance of an Extreme Risk Protection Order,
or ERPO, on Michigan State University's campus in July, came about 18 months after a
shooting on the East Lansing campus took the lives of three students and wounded
five Others, the shootings served as a catalyst for lawmakers to change state gun
regulations and within weeks led to the passage of Michigan's red flag law.
Now it didn't just serve as a catalyst, it served as a catalyst because Democrat
-Communist always sees upon tragedy to drive home legislation that violates the
Constitution and the rights of the people enshrined therein. Now, so let me assist
with the proper wording.
and allows police officers, some medical professionals and family to petition a judge
to confiscate the firearms of individuals believed to be a risk to themselves or
others. Well, the problem is the Constitution allows no such thing without due
process, and they know this. During legislative hearings and the debate over the red
flag law and an accompanying safe Storage Law, which is another disarmament law,
by the way, both the 2023 MSU shooting and the November 30th, 2021 Oxford High
School shooting served as backdrops, no, not backdrops, excuses for the law's
development. In the Oxford shooting, a 15 -year -old gunman took an unsecured firearm
registered to his father to the high school and killed four students and wounded
seven individuals. Well, let me ask you something rhetorical. What if he'd have taken
his dad's car and driven through a crowd of students?
ERPO on the car? Of course not, of course not. Michigan's red flag law,
one lawmaker said, is unique from other states. No, it's not because it specifically
addresses situations involving minors and allows officers to confiscate unsecured
firearms from parents or guardians, even though the actual order is in the child's
name and people, this is constitutionally illegal.
State Senator Mallory McMorrow, a Royal Oak Democrat communist, made this comment.
"That aspect, particularly related to juveniles, was something we were very intentional
about. Oh, I know that. And sets Michigan's law apart from other states.
I don't think mental health issues or violence issues judge by age.
Okay, really. All right. So what you're saying is the only way to address issues of
mental health and violence in school -aged kids is to disarm their parents.
People, I'm telling you, that's exactly what the intention of this law was and is.
I guarantee you, they're always gonna try to craft the law to confiscate our guns.
The next logical quote unquote step is to issue these ERPOs against a person's
friends also mark my words people it's going to happen and it will probably be
propagated by leftist as a solution to gang violence. Oh, don't you doubt me on
this they're going to do it. And they're not going to aim this at actual gang
members. No. Oh, it'll be aimed at people like me and my friends because we are
staunch Second Amendment advocates and avid shooters. The criteria for these ERPOs
will probably include common statements conservatives use like, you know,
come and take them. Now, when it comes to confiscating our guns, you need to come
and take it. In other words, you'll get a fight. Oh, you're violent. Or how about
this one. The Second Amendment defends the rest. Oh, that sounds violent to me.
Or, like the term Second Amendment solution, as in fixing the government when they
become despotic and violent against us. Oh, that's a violent statement.
ERPO for you. Oh, and you're his friends? Well, you hang around them all the time.
We're taking your guns, too, because you might supply him with a gun after we take
all of his. Don't doubt me on this, people. It's coming. It is only a matter of
time. I assure you.
Back to the article. But it's also that part of the law that worries Second
Amendment advocates. No, that doesn't worry us. It enrages us, who have long voiced
opposition to the law on several fronts, including the state, the statute's effects
on gun owners who are not the subject of the actual order such as the parents of
a six -year -old named in an ERPO. Tom Lambert who was a legislative director for
Michigan Open Carey said, "One of the issues with this law isn't just the rights of
the respondents of these orders, but it's also the rights of the individuals they
live with. Amen, amen, Tom. And it's soon going to be a matter of the issue.
It's going to be an issue against friends, not just family.
Yeah, by the way, if you want proof of this, red flag laws have already been used
to confiscate firearms from four Detroit police officers by targeting their kids.
Data obtained from the Michigan State Police indicate the law was used to secure 321
emergency risk protection orders to seize weapons in Michigan between February 13,
2024 and February 6, 2025. That is almost one per day,
okay? By the way, people always talk about, "Oh, these days, they're only good for
a year." Okay, 303 of those 321 remain active as of February 6th.
Hmm. Yeah. Of the 321 petitions in the first year,
212 or about 66 % referenced past or current medical issues as one of the reasons
for the firearms confiscation. According to a Detroit news review of the data and 96
petitions about 30 % of the total 321 mentioned current or past threats of self -harm
or suicide in the petition for an extreme risk protection order.
Well how do you like that up there you Michiganders y 'all got some work on your
hands up there you got a fight on your hands and you need to basically stand up
and tell the people up there if you come to our house to take our guns you will
be shot. That's how you deal with that. This is unconstitutional and we're not
waiting for the attorneys and the elected officials to iron this out 20 years down
the road. We're not required to suffer governmental abuse in those 20 years until y
'all fix this crap. We have this right and We have the right to fight, to secure,
and maintain the free exercise of our rights. And we're not putting up with this
crap from you anymore. People, it's time for all of us gun owners to put up a
united front and yes, a front of force. I'm not talking about going on the attack.
I'm simply standing out there armed and saying, this is what you're contending with.
Yeah, we know y 'all in the government got guns. We got guns too. and we outnumber
you and we outgun you. That's what they need to hear because that's the only thing
they understand is force. Now, you compare that to a Montana bill recently that
outlaws local red flag laws and it's just waiting for the governor's signature.
They're a pretty pro -gun state already, but they have preemption laws and basically
what they're doing is writing this to keep local municipalities from creating their
own gun confiscation orders and such in direct violation of the state of Montana and
the constitutionally recognized legislature there. What a diametric opposite from
Michigan, isn't that amazing? People, you got to stay in contact with your reps.
You got to tell them, "Look, if we have to stand up under arms, we're going to do
it, but we're tired of this crap. We're not going to wait for the courts to sort
this out and then just glibly accept whatever they say. We're going to defend our
rights with whatever force is necessary. If right now that force is only legislative
force or court battles, okay, I'm good with that. If it and wax hot and get
bloody, I'm all for that. But we need to understand people, if our posterity,
if our children and our children's children wish to enjoy these same freedoms,
it might call for us to muster on that proverbial Lexington Green and look those
bippity blankers in the eye across that field and tell If you want to fight, you're
gonna have it here. That's exactly what they did that day, and that day is coming
back around again soon. So yeah, stay in contact with your reps. People get some
training. Stock up on canned goods, ammo, trauma supplies, and more guns if
necessary. And never forget, in coming rounds, always have the right of way.
