From elected officials to the street cops, we the People are being betrayed on every side, and the noose is tightening around our blood-bought freedoms. The relevance of the 2nd Amendment is becoming clearer each day. A quick update, Mrs. Malinowski in Little Rock, Arkansas, whose husband was murdered
before her eyes by a pack of rogue ATF agents who felt that they could murder a
man in his own home and get away with it. She has filed suit against those
scumbags. I'm sorry, I'm not gonna be nice about these people anymore. Just because
they happen to hold the lofty title of federal officer doesn't mean Jack Diddley
crap squat to me. When you are willfully violating our supreme law every day,
day in, day out, you don't get my respect because you don't respect the law.
You don't respect the supreme law, Also know ATF agents, the overwhelming majority of
you are scumbags. You're welcome. I'm not feeling too charitable towards you guys,
especially what you did to Mrs. Malinowski's husband. I pray that she does prevail
and I think she's got a good chance if they don't do their usual routine of
obfuscation and hiding things and sending redacted info and me while there's ongoing
investigation so we can't release all the information, especially the information that
makes our agents look like the murdering scumbags they are, and especially the
information that might exonerate Mr. Malinowski post -mortem. So I'm not sure I put a
lot of faith in anything federal anymore. I tell you what, that this program,
this episode right now. And next episode are all about betrayal,
the betrayal of the American people, not just what has gone on. I mean, we know
about most of that. I'm talking about what's going on right now here in America.
We are being betrayed on every side. And it seems to me the only people that we
can really trust up there in Washington DC is Donald J. Trump, Rand Paul,
Thomas Massey, and a very scant few others, but I don't trust the majority of them
anymore. You can't. I just can't trust them. They betray us all the time.
So I hope the courts do not fail Mrs. Malinowski and betray her and her trust by
ruling along political lines and trying to protect the protectors Because again,
I'm sick of this, I'm sick of the betrayal. I really am, I'm sick of reading about
it, I'm sick of hearing about it, I'm sick of having to talk about it here on
this program. So this is Betrayal Part One, and the next episode is Betrayal Part
Two. And we'll be dealing with the flagrant betrayal of Illinois citizens by the
current DOJ, among other things. So make sure you tuned in for that. Now,
just, you know, it's, we call this thing the gun debate, or we don't call it that.
The left calls it that. They talk about the gun debate, but really there's no
actual debating going on. There's only a clash of our truth against their lies,
that is, those who are seeking to disarm us. And they only want to do, you know,
to do that, to disarm us for one reason, and that's to make us weaker than them
and the federal government. I mean, this we all know, and our elected Republican
officials claim to know this too, but we can understand people like that,
our enemies, wishing to overpower us, disarm us, and eventually kill us, because,
I mean, that's what enemies do. I expect that from the Democrat Communist Party. I
would expect them to kill me if they had the chance and my entire family, probably
right in front of me before they kill me because they are that kind of people. But
when people who have presented themselves to us as our allies,
especially those in elected positions like so -called Republicans, when they turn on
us and we come to realize that they really never were allies, but rather enemies
with a smile. We view them as one thing and one thing only, and that's traitors,
turncoats, Benedict Arnold's, Judas's, or in today's vernacular,
Rhino Republicans. And the following is a very solemn warning about things to come
in this country, because Listen, people, we put too much faith in our government
anymore. We put too much faith in the executive branch. And I'm not referring to
Donald J. Trump. I'm talking about general terms. We put too much confidence in the
Supreme court. We put too much confidence in the judicial system and, uh,
the, uh, the house and Senate. How many times do they have to betray us before
before we finally go, "Okay, we need to start making ourselves very self -sufficient
very soon, and we need to start stocking up goods, start stocking up arms, start
doing our own gardens and farming and whatever in our small little plots of land."
But I can't trust these people anymore. This entire program today and in the next
episode is a stark warning to us all, because how much more betrayal do we have to
witness, or do we have to be victimized by, not that I like calling myself a
victim, how much more of that do we have to endure before we finally go, okay,
we need to present ourselves as a front, a hard front, an armed front,
and I don't mean taking up arms and attacking the government. So all of my FBI
handlers out there shut your piehole, but we, they need to understand and they need
to fear us again.
The government should fear the people and not vice versa.
I mean, I see the rampant betrayal of the American people all the time. I mean,
Again, I said in the judicial branch, look at Obama, look at Clinton, Bill Clinton,
and look at Biden, look at their betrayal of the United States. Look at the recent
betrayals by the Supreme Court, even. And matter of fact, in the next episode, we're
gonna show how they have basically been betraying the people right and left post
-Bruin.
Or how about Congress, That's what they do. We expect them almost to betray us
anymore, but what's really sad is even local law enforcement is now getting sucked
into this. And we find ourselves betrayed by these elected public servants on every
side, it seems like. And eventually, if we allow them, they'll sign that last gun
control law, they'll confiscate that last gun, and shortly thereafter, they'll start
rounding us up into the boxcars and running us off to the camps. And if you think
I'm speaking hyperbolically, I don't think you know and understand the enemy you're
dealing with here. And yes, they're in this country. They're in our government.
They're in our judicial branch and our house and Senate. And they have been sitting
in the White House at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
There's already plenty of people in this country, you know, speaking of betrayal and
also how law enforcement has become infiltrated with this. There's already plenty of
people in this country who have proven that they'll torture and kill their fellow
citizens if the government grants them license. You understand that? You understand
Oklahoma City and that investigation after that bombing, which is very suspect, by
the way. Anyway, I don't want to take that sidebar because that's not where I'm
going. Do you understand the FBI beat a man to death while they were interrogating
him and torturing him? They tortured him to death in his cell in jail.
They treated him. They thought he was a suspect. They were wrong. They were mistaken
and they tortured the man to death. There were empty Coca -Cola bottles in cans
laying around soft drink because that's what a, uh, an experienced torturer will do
to his victims. Oh, you want something to drink here? Here's a Coke. Well, because
the caffeine now enhances your pain receptors. That's why they do that. They beat
that man to death and then tried to get the local, uh, uh, medical examiner to
sign off on it as a natural causes. the family figured it out when they saw some
of the makeup peel off his face and saw the wounds beneath and now they filed suit
now where it has gone I have no idea but the point is there are people in this
country that will do this to you and I right now these are not people in the
Russian government or in the Chinese government or the North Korean or Cuban
government this people in our government they're enforcers Look at the beatings that
were given by federal officials of the J6 defendants while they were being held
without trial and without charge, sometimes for three years,
which is a rank flagrant violation of our supreme law. And look at the betrayal
that kept them there and caused them to be beaten and tortured.
Now, I said earlier about the traders of foot and how the worst ones these days
are the Rhino Republicans. And our ability to trust them, I don't know about you,
but mine's been quite jaded. And again, I'm going to say this is why we all need
to start arming ourselves to the teeth because we're not going to be able to trust
our elected officials if things go south in this country. We're not going to be
able to trust the Supreme Court or any of the court systems. We won't be able to
trust law enforcement people. Nope. Not one bit. Might I reference post Katrina,
which I'll reference again in a few minutes. If you think you could trust law
enforcement in the wake of a tragedy or a major upheaval in society, you have no
idea what evil lays in the hearts of men. So one of the recent betrayals by GOP
rhinos is they've had the opportunity to literally lay waste to the NFA,
the National Firearms Act and destroy the gun control act. And they, we gave them a
majority in the House and Senate. And what have they done with it? What? Oh,
but Royster probably still trying. No, no, no, no, no, no. Some of them were
actively, some of the ones that we helped put in office are actively fighting
against President Trump and the agenda that we mandated upon his administration with
our vote.
So this is an article by Michael Hinsley from May 12th. And it says GOP,
a way, the gun owners of America blasts House Ways and Means Committee for betraying
gun owners with unacceptable suppressor tax compromise.
Gun owners of America today slammed the House Ways and Means Committee for choosing
to protect unconstitutional gun registrations rather than ending an archaic infringement
of the Second Amendment by advancing a so -called compromise provision that falls
short of fully repealing the unconstitutional tax on suppressors and other firearms
regulated, I should say illegally, under the National Firearms Act.
The newly released language, part of the broader tax package, reduces the transfer
taxed on suppressors to $0, but maintains that $200 tax on every other NFA item and
it codifies a reduced $5 tax on others. How generous?
Oh, how freaking generous. But we still have to register it, which is illegal,
especially by federal law and definitely by the Supreme Law. Back to the article,
GOA has been working for months to ensure The regulation of suppressors and the
protection of pistol braces through reconciliation, providing detailed legal analysis to
prove such reforms, would pass bird rule scrutiny. Now I'm not entirely sure what
bird rule scrutiny is, but we'll just keep rolling with the article. GOA will
continue to push for the full repeal of all NFA taxes and regulations, including the
unjust $200 transfer tax on lawfully owned firearms and suppressors and accessories.
I'm sorry. I think you should go more than that. But anyway, Eric Pratt, you've
heard him on the program before. He's a senior vice president of GOA and he issued
the following statement. He said, "This is not a compromise. It's a betrayal."
Exactly. The House Ways and Means Committee chose to leave unconstitutional
registration and taxes in place, even though they had a clear path to repeal them.
Ask yourself why, people. Ask yourself why they did not push through because they
have been compromised and that's why they now compromise our rights.
You understand that? Now, I know you do because you listen to this program. That's
what they do. They had a clear path to repeal these taxes on everything and shut
down the NFA, which by the way would immediately nullify the ATF,
and shut down the GCA, which would put the last nail in their coffin.
But they didn't do it. They compromised and and they betrayed us.
The article continues, "G .O .A. made it crystal clear that full deregulation of
suppressors and protection for brace owners was achievable under reconciliation.
Lawmakers knew it and they chose political convenience over principle." Well, that's
what they do, brother. We know that already. Gun owners will not forget this.
Amen, brother. Aidan Johnson, the Director of Federal Affairs for Gun Owners of
America, issued the following statement. He said, "Congress has a clear path to
dismantle the National Firearms Act through budget reconciliations because it is a
$200 tax, plain and simple. Republicans have no excuse to not gut this
unconstitutional law to the fullest extent the Senate parliamentarian allows.
Anything less is cowardice and a direct compromise on our Second Amendment rights.
I tell you what else it is, brother. That compromise includes betrayal, because a
lot of times that's what compromise does indeed include. Now, file this next one
under "Are you freaking kidding me?" Because this next one, I tell you what, it's,
you know, the gall of our elected officials is amazing sometimes.
It really is.
The irony of some of their comments, and I'm going to explain as we go through
this article by Tom Nighton, an excellent writer for BearingArms .com. The title is
"Whoever Runs House GOP X Account Needs a Reality Check." And where do you hear
this?
It's galling. He said in a semi -ideal world, House Republicans would be on the side
of gun owners. They'd pushed pro -gun bills while anti -gun Democrats work against
them. There would probably be the odd exceptions on either side, but the
generalization would hold up for the most part. But unfortunately, as I often say,
we don't live in an ideal world. We live in this one. In this one, Republicans
took two significant pieces of pro -gun legislation and decided to just reduce the
NFA tax stamp on suppressors to zero and nothing else, which we re -referenced in
the last article. But in light of that,
he brings out here how the the whoever's running the X account for the Republican
party needs to, what should I say,
pour yourself a big tall glass of shut your pie hole. How about that? I can't
believe the gall of this next statement. Now listen to this. This was posted on X
from a Republican. And let's see account. It was, um,
the GOP X account. Okay. This person said, we need to get Americans off the
sidelines.
Excuse me, Jackasses. What did you just? Oh, are you kidding me?
Are you freaking kidding me? We handed you control of the house and Senate.
We didn't do that sitting on the sidelines. We turned the cumulative landmass of the
entire 2024 election map red. We didn't do that sitting on the sidelines,
sirs, ma 'ams. We are the ones pumping untold billions of dollars into Washington,
D .C. and into allegedly Republican campaign coffers and we're not doing that sitting
on the sidelines. And we are the ones who have been pumping untold billions of
dollars into Washington, D .C. and into allegedly Republican campaign coffers.
Like I said, we're the ones who voted you worthless pack of Benedict Arnold's into
your respective offices. We demand that you do your dad gum jobs and you have the
gall to say y 'all need to get off the sidelines.
That's one of those things where, you know, I would have to, if I was standing in
their presence and they said that my wife would probably have to talk me out of
walking up to them and literally giving them a good old Florida be a slap if you
know what I mean because that's what they need to knock some sense into them. Now
of course I wouldn't want to go to jail for assault and battery but it certainly
feel good for the moment. So Tom Knight says you want Americans off the sidelines
but you do absolutely nothing that you were elected to do. President Donald Trump
won both the electoral vote and the popular vote, something Republican candidates
haven't done in quite some time. And he guided you all to control over the both
chambers of Congress. And what did you do? Nothing. Obviously that was a rhetorical
question. What did they do? They did nothing. You rhinos, you rode Trump's coattails
into your offices, but now you stab us all In the back, our trust for you is gone
because we all know that once a trader, always a trader. How are we supposed to
trust you to reform yourselves? And go ahead and tell me why we're supposed to wait
around for that to happen, huh? You could have handed us legitimate second amendment
wins here, but you didn't do a cotton pickin' stinking thing. Tom Knighton says They
are not our masters who simply decide what should be important to us or what we
should care about. They're supposed to listen to us and not dictate, and they
haven't. If they want Americans off the sidelines, then they need to give Americans
either something to rally around or something to oppose. Those are the options. You
can't just will activism into existence. And I'm going to go ahead and out here.
What's the sense of being active when those who claim to represent us are sedentary?
We send them there to do a job and they are lazy. They don't do a dead gum
thing.
So, yeah, I tell you, the betrayal is thick here.
I tell you what, we need to make elected officials afraid of the people again. They
need to fear prison. They need to fear for more than just their jobs. They need to
fear more than being primaried. And there needs to be some sort of an enforcement
mechanism that says you're not allowed to make more than your annual salary while in
office. And if you do, we're going to be investigating you with a microscope. How
about that? There needs to be some severe consequences for elected officials who
betray their oath and the Supreme law, it needs to be enforced, but good luck with
that at this point. Good luck finding somebody to arrest them because elected
officials on both sides via legislation have pretty much made law enforcement
officers, both state and federal, not only the protector class, but the protect dead
class. And this, my friends, creates nothing but police states and the enforcers will
never turn their power against their masters, but they'll have no trouble turning it
against you and I. And again, I'm going to reference post -Katrina, where law
enforcement officers and soldiers went door -to -door, boat -to -boat,
house -to -house, everything, and collected, at gunpoint, people's fire arms. Guess what
happened after that? The rape gang started going through the neighborhoods. Many of
the men in those gangs were police officers. You wanna tell me that we're supposed
to and the people are supposed to put up with that kind of abuse? Nope, if you
come to take my gun, you're gonna have to kill me. And I'll tell you what, I
probably gonna get one or two of you before I go down.
Yeah, it's gonna happen, sorry. Hate to break it to you. You come to the disarmy
to me. That's an act of war and your next step is to basically wipe out me and
my family and my neighborhood and my city my state and the people all conservatives
That's how I'm gonna be viewing you at that point. You're an enemy and you need to
be shot You might shoot me, but I guarantee you if everybody has this same attitude
They're gonna run out of people real quick to enforce this crap. Royce, man,
you've beaten up on law enforcement. Up, you know, not all of them, but in too
many places, in too many states, they have become a police state.
Not expound on that further. When we come back after this brief commercial timeout,
don't go anywhere, because all the listener retention squads in Maryland, Texas,
Tennessee, Indiana, Georgia, and Florida are all on standby.
Don't go anywhere.

Before the break, I was talking about betrayal, betrayal by elected officials and the
judicial and the executive and the House and Senate and Congress,
that is their betrayal of us and how they have done much damage trying to make the
protected class, the protector class and that's the law enforcement class. Yes, the
enforcers. I tell you what, the more corrupt the government becomes,
the more enforcers it gets, the more it, the more enforcers they hire because they
know they're corrupt and they don't want the people being able to get to them if
necessary. They will offer all kinds of incentives to these enforcers and eventually
they'll make the enforcers as corrupt as themselves. Whenever those in power distrust
the people, and usually that's because they know the people know that they're
corrupt, they begin to grant special privileges and bounties and bonuses to a state's
nations and enforcers. This is something that corrupt kings and governors and even
local feudal lords have employed for, shoot, millennia for the sake of keeping their
enforcers loyal to them, because of course they don't want the enforcers turning
against them, and also for the sake of establishing a monopoly of force over the
general population. And I'm afraid that's where we are at now in many states within
the union. I'll explain about that in just a minute, but I'm sadly seeing such a
slow but steady cancer sweep through the law enforcement profession. It is obviously
polluted the FBI, the ATF, DEA, IRS and all of them and every other federal agency,
but I am just sadly seeing it more in local municipality agencies later,
lately I mean, and that's disturbing me. Now let's go ahead and say this. If you
can't trust elected officials to do the right thing and not betray us, then you
should not allow those that enforce the laws who have been compromised by these same
people, you should not allow them to fool you into thinking that they're for you,
that they are your protector. They're not your protector. They protect the state.
When the state begins to pour benefits out to them and extra privileges that you
and I don't have and more of that, more, uh, uh, constitutional rights for them,
but inhibit ours, you know, like, uh, given police officer special rights for special
guns and things that the citizen are not allowed to have and such. Yeah, that's
just one example. When that starts to happen, the enforcers are not thinking about
keeping the people safe anymore. Now they'll claim that's what they're doing, but
they're keeping the people safe by protecting and serving the living crap out of
them in some instances and violating their rights wholesale, but because those above
them are corrupt and they pay them the enforcers. Well, who's, who,
who are they going to be loyal to? The law, the people, or the people paying them?
The answer is found in the first chapter of the book of duh. They'll be, you know,
they'll go with who's paying them. Again, post Katrina, who did the police protect?
selves, and the military guys there. Now, creating a protected class,
as I said before the break, out of the protector class creates police states, and
police states create state sponsored disarmament, state sponsored terror,
violence, and eventually, if left unchecked, by an armed populace, genocide.
Now, if you want examples of that, examples of current American police states,
just look at New York, New Jersey, California, Oregon, Washington, Illinois,
Massachusetts, Maryland, Rhode Island, et cetera, et cetera, and you will see examples
of exactly that. And it all began with their disarmament. Now Louis Valdez,
who you've also heard on this program, and he is the Florida Director of GOA. He
wrote a great article recently in The Daily Caller, and congratulations, Luis. I'm
glad to see that your comment sense is getting into better publications, and the
title is "Police Should Not Get Special Gun Rights." Amen, brother. Amen.
And it goes like this. He said, "Like all public officials, police officers swear to
protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. "I," said Louise, like
countless other men and women in blue, "took that oath. We raised our hand and
swore to uphold the Constitution in its entirety." Unfortunately,
many politicians today, or of the opinion that certain constitutional rights, or the
exercising of them in particular situations should only be reserved to some.
For police officers, this is manifested in laws that routinely afford them greater
Second Amendment rights than the general public, and this is wrong. This week is
National Police Week, a noble and somber time to reflect on the courage and
sacrifice of so many peace officers. Tens of thousands will gather in the nation's
capital to commemorate the occasion which will culminate with Peace Officers Memorial
Day on May 15th. The U .S. House of Representatives is expected to move a slate of
bills with law enforcement tie -ins, one of which would further expand Second
Amendment rights to carry concealed firearms to off -duty and retired police. While "I
personally," said Louise, "would benefit from this legislation, I cannot support a
bill, that would create special privileges for some when they should,
in fact, be afforded to all citizens," and amen to that. When you create special
privileges for one group of people, you are, wittingly or unwittingly, creating a
special class. That's correct. and that's illegal, that's constitutionally repugnant.
Louise continues, the Second Amendment does not say the right of the duly sworn
police to keep in bare arms shall not be infringed. This right is afforded to the
people, the general public. Those who wear the badge or have in times past are
undoubtedly part of the people. And you've heard me say that here too. I try to
remind officers that y 'all are citizens. Yeah, you don't look at us like we're
civilians in your military because I've heard cops call the citizenry civilians and I
remind them, hey, you're one too. You're not military. They don't like that when I
do that, but I don't care. I will correct them on that. We're not a lower class
than the police. And that's what Luis is bringing out here. He said, those who wear
the badge or have in times past are undoubtedly part of the people. But our nation
was founded on principles of equality, not classes, nobility, or aristocracy.
Our rights are unedientable, and legislation like this violates that basic principle.
All Americans deserve the full access and restoration of their rights, not just those
who carry a piece of tin in their wallet. I know many in law enforcement feel the
same way, but often they are silenced by their political overlords with the threat
of career blacklisting. And gee, why would their overlords do such a thing other
than to control them and make them loyal to the overlords and not the people?
And that was a rhetorical question. He said, "Furthermore, I know they, like me,
Don't believe that only a select class of citizens should be empowered to carry
nationwide. Why should an officer's spouse, friend, or loved one be stripped of their
Second Amendment rights when they cross an imaginary line? For example, when my wife
and I travel from Florida to New York to visit family, I, said Louise,
can carry without fear of persecution. But my wife, my partner in life, is disarmed
when we make that trip. What makes her a lesser person in the eyes of the
lawmakers? Amen, brother. Why are her rights stripped away? Well,
most will quickly respond without thinking, without thinking through the deeper point.
Well, they have training. Yeah, I've heard that before too. Well, so do I. And I
will tell you right now, my training far exponentially exceeds out of the average
police officer. Hmm. You're welcome. They, and I regularly train far more than the
average police officer, far more than even the above average police officers. I might
even say, oh yeah, but cops know how to handle these weapons. Really?
I got video. I can show you a federal officer in front of an entire class, uh,
didn't know how to clear a weapon properly and shot his own dumb self right through
the top of his foot with a 40 cowl.
And still thinks people should trust him to be an instructor. Also, they will say
we should trust them more than the average person. And my response would be, why?
What makes them cut from a higher moral fabric than the rest of us? Nothing.
Nothing, that's what. Louise continues the Constitution does not grant rights based on
who the government trusts, amen, brother. Imagine the public outcry if a law were
enacted to require mandatory wait periods or special training to make a post on
social media or to author a column such as this. Couple that with a parallel law
that empowered credentialed journalists to bypass such restrictions, and one can begin
to understand the deeper philosophical frustration I am trying to convey. Countless
honorable men and women have worn the badge, and they know it didn't come with
special privileges beyond the authority to arrest and execute warrants. While this
legislation is well -intentioned, the onus is on us, the men and women in blue to
speak out, creating special classes of citizens based on government decision -making,
I'm sorry, based on government decision -making, dilutes the purposefully robust nature
of our Second Amendment rights. What Congress should advance this week is national
reciprocity for all, or better yet, just enforce the Second Amendment, rather than
merely extending rights to a select few individuals whom lawmakers choose to
politically knight with their proverbial swords. Excellent article, Brother Louise. I
appreciate you. If you don't follow Louise, he writes regularity for Ammo Land.
He is an author for the GOA publications also.
And follow him on Facebook and the other social medias, it's L -U -I -S,
last name, V -A -L -D -E -S. And you can follow him there. He makes some great
points. His parents escaped communist Cuba. And so he understands what totalitarianism
there and what disarmament leads to. Now, when we come, when we do the next
segment, the next episode, not next segment, the next
We're going to talk about betrayal by Bondi, almost called her Blondie.
Pam Bondi should not be in that position. I've already voiced my consternation about
her and her lack of constitutional acuity.
And she, I've told you before, I don't think I trust her at all when it comes to
the Second Amendment, because she's already got a track record down here in Florida
that is not good. Well, she absolutely took a giant dump on the people of Illinois,
and we'll tell you about that in the next episode of the Shooting Straight Radio
podcast. So stay in contact with your reps, and even though they're not listening,
pour it to them anyway because while they may be betraying us they're being forced
to listen to us and I'll probably bring that out in the next episode too because
GEOA is pointing out how us pouring our opinions into the office up the office is
up there does have an effect and we'll talk about that probably in the next episode
but we will continue the subject of Betrayal. Betrayal by our elected officials,
by our three branches of government, and slowly, creepingly, even our law enforcement.
Stay in contact with your reps, stay stocked up on beans, bullets, and band -aids,
and never forget, incoming rounds always have the right of way. Royce out.
