Shooting Straight Radio
Welcome to Shooting Straight Radio podcast!! This program (formerly known as "Shooting Straight Radio Show" on WMMB and iHeartRADIO) is all about firearms, the 2nd Amendment, and all things pertaining thereto. It is hosted by Royce, a veritable super-spreader of Constitutional propriety as well as a firearms instructor with multiple certifications, including endorsement by the National Association of Chiefs of Police as a defensive pistol instructor. It has been said that he is saturated with gunshot residue, toxic masculinity, and a faint, yet wildly tantalizing whiff of the cologne of his people (Hoppe's #9) as he delivers his unexpurgated commentary on all things firearm and 2nd Amendment-related with 100% felt recoil and no suppressor. As an Ultra-Type-A personality, he is exceedingly generous (and sometimes comically brutal) with his opinions and doesn't mince words. A staunch Constitutionalist, he calls out infringements when and where he sees them. Royce is often joined on the program by special guests like Dale Comstock (DELTA Force), John Rea (SEAL Team 6), Max Mullen (Army Ranger), Quentin Carter (a.k.a. "Q"), Gary O'Neal (American Warrior), Boon Benton (USMC, Benghazi warrior), Sarah "Superbad" Adams (CIA targeter), Col. Danny McKnight (Black Hawk Down), Izzy Matos (USMC combat vet), Ash Hess (U.S. Army combat veteran and instructor extraordinaire), Massad Ayoob, Hank Hayes (Professor Emeritus of Badassology), Spike Cohen (spikecohen.com), ATF whistleblower Peter Forcelli, Erich Pratt and Luis Valdes of GOA, and many more. So tune in to Shooting Straight (a.k.a. 2nd Amendment University) and share it around with your fellow Constitutionalists. Keep your head on a swivel, keep a loaded gun on your person (and spare mags), and never forget that incoming rounds always have the right-of-way.

We the Betrayed, Part Two
After Attorney General Pam Bondi issued such a fiery memo to all DOJ personnel proclaiming she was forming a "2nd Amendment Enforcement Task Force", one might actually expect her to honor her word,...but reading the implications within her edict itself shows she has little understanding of the depths and extent of the 2nd Amendment nor its true purpose and function.
What's even more telling is her response to a plaintiff who twice sent her a complaint against his home state of Illinois over their FOID card law, which essentially betrayed of all innocent Illinois gun owners and left them devoid of any protection from Bondi's "2nd Amendment Enforcement Task Force".
Betrayal at every turn,... but then again, our founders never intended for us to trust the government, thus their drafting and institution of the Supreme Law.

description box there on this episode. Now in the last episode we were discussing
the many and manifold betrayals against we the people and in case you're wondering
why I'm highlighting all of this apparent doom and gloom It's really not to spread
doom and gloom or even fear and trepidation amongst the citizenry, but rather to
refocus our thinking and our attitudes along the lines of the spirit of the founders
of this country. We need to have that attitude and spirit again. By the way,
that attitude and spirit begins with a strong faith in God. Yes, the Judeo -Christian
God, not the generic God that people talk about out there today, the real one.
Yes, the one found in the Word of God. And we need to remind ourselves of the
fact that the founders never intended for us to trust the government in the first
place ever, not ever. I mean, in short, we should expect our government to betray
us and become tyrannical, because that's the natural bent and inclination in men,
especially corrupt men, immoral men, men and women who don't have a moral compass,
who are morally dyslexic, you know, like politicians, the Democrat ones especially.
So the reason I'm bringing this out is to hopefully get we the people fired up
enough to start getting more involved with local and national politics,
be involved with local also, and also to transform our thinking away from any
foolish expectations that we may have that may that we might think our government
will somehow correct itself. They'll correct their thinking, they'll correct their
tyrannical ways, and they will turn over a new leaf and promise to uphold and
defend the Constitution and will all live happily ever after joining hands around the
campfire and singing kumbaya. If you believe that I have a some beachfront property
in Montana for you, okay? So no, we are always,
always supposed to be paying attention to our, we're supposed to always keep our
attendance upon our government, always keep a vigilance over them. That's our duty.
And it's our duty to keep them on a constitutional footing. That's not just our
duty, that's our responsibility. All right, that is our responsibility. This government
was never set up for it to run on its own The governments don't run well on their
own without outside input from the citizens. They always wax tyrannical and despotic.
So we need to do that. We need to stay, that's why I always say at the end of
the program, stay in contact with your reps, let your voice be heard, even let your
angry voice be heard. Now don't be belligerent and foolish and insulting and
demeaning and threatening. Be a human being, be a mature human being,
but do be a responsible citizen of the United States and let your voice be heard.
That's your duty, not just your right, okay? We can't let them get out of line.
Look where they're at now, and they're doing this to us now while we're armed. What
do you think they'll do when we're not?
This is one of the many reasons I really appreciate constitutional attorneys like
Eric Friday with, uh, Florida carry. And Eric is unafraid to call things out as
they are. He is very respectful when he puts forth his opinions, much more
respectful than your host has been on a few occasions. Anyway, um,
but he calls things out when he sees things that violate the Second Amendment.
He springs into action. I'm going to go ahead and bet some good money right now
that Eric has probably given up a lot of pro bono services simply because he loves
the Constitution and loves to defend it. Also, men like CJ Grisham out there in
Texas. CJ, I really appreciate everything you do out there, man. I'm glad that we
have men like you that will go out there and stand tall, stand proud and speak the
truth of the Constitution to people who wanna throw you in jail and have thrown you
in jail and arrested you. Brother, I appreciate you. I've been following you for
some time since I met you out there at the rally in Tallahassee when I was out
there with you and Mark Keith Robinson and Hickok 45 and some other people giving
speeches on the Second Amendment on the Capitol steps. I was back in 2018 and CJ,
I've always had a high regard for you since the day I met you there. Now, this is
another reason why we all need to have a very firm understanding of the Supreme Law
because we cannot enforce it against those that we're supposed to keep in line
unless we do know the law. I mean, you ever seen some of these videos where a cop
tries to claim somebody's break of the law and he doesn't know the law? Okay, well,
I don't wanna look like that. If I'm gonna defend the supreme law of the land,
especially the second amendment, I wanna know what the heck I'm talking about and I
hope you would too. But we need to enforce the supreme law.
The first part of that is getting in contact with those in elected official in
elected offices. We need to be in contact with them. You cannot sit back and shirk
your duty and just expect them to uphold and defend the Constitution because they
have proven time and time again they will not do that. I mean quite a few shining
examples as to why this is still just as true as it ever was. Matter of fact,
we're gonna start with one example here in my home state of Florida where there's
been a recent betrayal and we are on the subject of betrayal since the last episode
and this one is about betrayal also. And matter of fact, I think there's gonna be
a third episode in this series of betrayal. But here in Florida,
there's municipalities like to think that they're their own little fiefdoms and their
own little kingdoms and they could pass any law they want and enforce it just as
if it had the power of state and or federal law. But there are preemption laws
here in Florida and there are other laws against certain things like starting a gun
registration. Though a gun registration is not only forbidden in federal law, it's
forbidden here in Florida law. No one's allowed to create a gun registration,
but yet it happened here in a very large metropolis that would be Jacksonville.
And let's look at an article by Cam Edwards, and I'm hoping to have him on the
program soon. I'm still trying to iron out my phone uh, and running them through my
mixer. So, uh, please bear with me. I appreciate your patience in advance. The title
to Cam Edwards article is Florida Congressman says illegal gun registry at
Jacksonville City Hall should lead to firings. I'll take it a step further there,
Mr. Donalds, and I've had the honor of meeting him too. They need to be in jail.
You understand? That's a felony. Yes, a third degree felony. I'll explain that here
in a few minutes, but here's the article. For nearly two years, a policy enacted at
City Hall, don't you love how they enact policy and enforce it as if it's law?
You know, like the ATF. A policy enacted at City Hall in Jacksonville,
Florida recorded the names and other information of gun owners who visited while
lawfully carrying, including the Macon model of their firearm. I'll tell you what,
tyrants are audacious if nothing else, but I want to know who engendered this not
-so -bright idea, and I also want to know why this was allowed to continue unchecked,
unabated for two years, two freaking years, And it would still be going on had
somebody not blown the whistle. The article continues, the use of the list was only
curtailed after a city council member brought it to the attention of the local state
attorney, who is now deep into an investigation into who exactly was responsible for
creating the list and who allowed it to be used in violation of Florida law.
At least nine officials have been subpoenaed as part of the investigation and though
the scandal has not received a lot of coverage outside of Second Amendment circles
and Jacksonville media, a member of Congress who's hoping to become the state's next
governor, that would be Mr. Byron Donalds, whom I referenced a few minutes ago, who
by the he's a solid conservative too, is now talking about the illegal registry and
what should happen to those who put it in place. Jail. On Friday,
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis called for anybody responsible for the creation of the
city's gun owner logs to be held responsible. And he said, doing these secret gun
registries is completely unacceptable. Amen. Based on records obtained through the
Florida court system Action News Jacks has discovered this appears to be the first
case of its kind.
Maybe. In our review of the 42 cases dating back to 2004 that cited the section
containing the prohibition on gun registries, none of those cases involved local
governments or government officials. Tom Byron made this statement.
He said, "Nothing just happens because some low -level staffer did it." So that's why
I feel this needs to be looked into. Very good point. Very astute point. This is
not some low -level secretary. This is not the janitor or the custodian.
This is not a receptionist doing this. This is somebody who had some pull.
They had to have had a little bit of force and oomph and power, political power to
say, we're going to create a list of gun owners who come in here. We're going to
take down all the information about their guns too. Well, I've got a few questions
about that here in a few minutes, but let's finish the article first.
Congressman Donald's spoke explosively with Action News Jacks on Monday.
He argued that this issue needs to be front and center for the legislature, governor
and attorney general. And he said, whoever is responsible for this,
in my view, needs to be removed from office because that's a violation of the
Second Amendment. You're not allowed to do that. Oh, I agree. That's not just a
violation of the Second Amendment. It's a violation of Florida law, as we already
said, it's also a violation of the 14th Amendment, because if no state shall make
or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or amenities of citizens of
the United States, then no municipality within those states may do so either.
And that's why state preemption laws are so vital. Problem is, a lot of these
states with preemption laws also forget that The supreme law of the land supersedes
them and their laws and preempts their gun control.
Unfortunately, states like California, Oregon, Washington, New Jersey and the rest of
the communist occupied territories, they don't seem to remember that there's a supreme
law that they're subject to and they've never been, you and had their feet held to
the fire. So I've got a list. I mean, I've got a list, a list.
I got a host of questions about this list. I've dared it down to like two or
three that are very important, okay? 'Cause I don't want to belabor this too far.
Why was this list created? Who, not just who, but I mean, who thought that,
you know what? We need to do this for X reason, such and such a reason.
What reason was that? What reason prompted some high level person in city hall in
Jacksonville to say, we need to create a registry.
Now, I'm gonna go ahead and bet they didn't call it a registry, of course not. No,
it's probably just some sort of a benign name of some sort of a gun owners list
or whatever or armed visitors list or whatever the case may be. I don't know. But
what prompted the thought process that led to this conclusion? What were you trying
to address exactly? I already know the answer as well as all my listeners know the
answer, what have I said before? Gun control is not about protecting the people.
It's about protecting the state. It's about protecting the government. Even if that
government is a municipal government or a county government, it's always about
protecting the government and their agents. It has nothing to do with the people.
So what was the purpose behind it? What the the creator of that list hoped to
accomplish?
I've already answered it and now those are all rhetorical questions The biggest
question I've got right now Where's that list? Where is that registration list?
Where is that compilation of two years worth of compilation and all the information
about these people. I guarantee Blank and Tee you they had to show ID also. I'd be
willing to bet all the information off of their IDs was also kept on record there.
I think also probably if they had a carry permit that was also copied or something.
Where's the list? I don't know why, but I've got this sneaking, crawling suspicion
that it has already made its way to the ATF. Now, can I prove that yet? No,
I cannot, but I am, dadgum sure going to be looking into it, and if I do find
that y 'all will be the first to know, I guarantee you. We're going to take a
brief commercial timeout, and we're going to continue talking about the betrayal that
had been heaped upon we the people and why we should get used to it. Because Pam
Bondi, I've got some more issues with her. I know that's shocking, but we'll talk
about that when we come back after this brief commercial timeout. Don't go anywhere.

Let's create your musical identity. Thank you. Welcome back to the program of
continuing from the most recent episode prior to this one. We've been talking about
the betrayal of government officials and others who have been, you know,
who'd all took an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, but then they turn on
us and betray us and assault our rights and assault us even.
This is all about why we cannot trust them, but not only that, I said in the
first segment of this program of this particular episode, Our founders never wanted
us to trust them. Everything in the constitution is built on a lack of trust of
government. All right, they created the confines of our government and said these
confines need to be placed around this and you cannot let the government come
outside these confines. Now it's a lot like fire. When you're gonna make a fire you
have to have, you have to build confines around the fire. You have to clear away
dead things that may catch and things like that. And a lot of people will stack
stones up in a circuit or pattern around the proposed campfire site before they even
light a match. And the idea is to keep the fire from getting outside of the
confines and doing great damage. And even the founder said the government is like
fire. It's necessary but it's also very dangerous. Especially when it starts taking
unto itself liberties that it does not have or doesn't understand the confines and
remains willfully ignorant of the confines and the boundaries set around them and
step outside of them and look at us as if what's wrong, what's y 'all's Well,
what are you getting mad about? Where the government step back junior you little
peons. Who do you think you are and that's the idea? Too many again,
I'm gonna say if you're gonna run for public office You should have to take a
grueling at least 20 or 24 hour exam Yeah,
break it up into three eight eight inch eight three eight our sessions,
testing sessions, and you be grilled on the Constitution and especially on the Bill
of Rights so that you don't go in ignorant and you understand what your role is
and what it is not and what you may not do. I told you before about Pam Bondi
that you shouldn't trust her and she has proven exactly that. I don't think it's
maliciousness on her part, but I do believe it's weapons grade ignorance.
She is absolutely ignorant of the Constitution. She's more enamored with the position
that she's in, I believe, and really she's clueless when it comes to the Second
Amendment. Now, if you remember this memorandum for all department employees talking
about the Department of Justice that she sent out and the subject was the Attorney
General Second Amendment Enforcement Task Force. Now that sounds lofty and we talked
about it when they announced this and we said okay good idea well let's see you
put it to work. Well that has remained a challenge apparently. If you have a Second
Amendment Task Forced to me that would mean you are out to enforce the Second
Amendment against the governments of this country Yes,
not against the people. There's no reason to enforce the Second Amendment against the
people. We're not the ones breaking it We're not the ones violating it. We're not
the ones passing laws against ourselves This enforcement has to happen against states
and municipalities like Jacksonville that think that they're too big for the
Constitution's bridges and they can step on out of them if they want to. Well
here's her memo and let's read it again just so we have a clear firm understanding
of how constitutionally dyslexic she is. Okay for too long the Second Amendment which
establishes the fundamental individual right of Americans to keep and bear arms. Did
you catch that already? The Second Amendment did not establish that fundamental right.
It codified it, it enumerated it, but it didn't establish it.
God established that right. God bestowed that right upon each and every one of us,
the right to self -preservation. We have that Right, so right off the bat,
this doesn't go very well.
The Second Amendment, which establishes the fundamental individual right of Americans
to keep and bear arms, has been treated as a second class right. No more.
It is the policy of this Department of Justice to use its full might to protect
the Second Amendment rights of law -abiding citizens. All right, we're gonna hold you
to that, Pammy. President Trump has made protecting the Second Amendment rights a
priority for this administration. As he explained, the Second Amendment is an
indispensable safeguard of security and liberty because it is foundational to
maintaining all other rights held by Americans. Executive Order 14206,
protecting the Second Amendment, executive order that President Trump signed. He said
to that end, she said, to that end, President Trump has directed me to propose a
plan of action designed, quote, "to protect the Second Amendment rights of all
Americans." Okay, that's great. But ma 'am, do you understand actually, at all,
what the Second Amendment is, why it's there, what its this is, what its function
is, and the rights of the people enshrined therein, all the minutiae about those
rights. Do you understand, already, this is a rhetorical question, do you understand
the depths of this law? And it is a law, the Second Amendment is the law.
It's part of the Supreme Law. I'm hereby creating a second amendment task force.
Okay, great. The problem is things that are created always bear the image and
thought patterns of their creator, and you, ma 'am, have no grasp on the second
amendment in the least. She said, continued in the memo, this task force will
continue the department's ongoing work to implement Executive Order 14206 and protect
the fundamental rights secured by the Second Amendment. The task force is principally
charged with developing and executing strategies, listen, to use litigation and policy
to advance, protect, and promote compliance with the second amendment.
All right, so you're gonna use litigation. That means you're gonna use the force of
law. You're gonna file lawsuits against states that hold their citizens in contempt
and refuse to allow them to freely exercise a right they were born with.
You're gonna use litigation, right, and policy. All right, what policies and What
litigation? Have you filed any of this litigation yet? Anybody filed anything against
Jacksonville? It gets worse than that here in a few minutes. You know,
advance, protect, and promote compliance with the Second Amendment.
Really. She said, "I will serve as the chair of the task force and the associate
attorney general will serve as the vice chair. The task force will be further
composed, listen, of representatives from my personal staff, the office of the deputy
attorney general, the office of the associate attorney general, the office of the
solicitor general, the civil division, the Civil Rights Division, the Criminal
Division, listen, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives,
the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and any other components or representatives that
I may, from time to time, designate to assist in the Task Force's labors.
Miss Bondi, please call me. I can assist in the Task forced labor.
I can't. Matter of fact, I will do it pro bono. I will fly to Washington on my
own dime and educate you and the entire Department of Justice. And yes, I want
every last stinking agent of the ATF to be in attendance also. And I will educate
y 'all on the Second Amendment. This old goober from Georgia has a stronger grasp on
it than y 'all do, apparently, because you don't even know what you're enforcing. My
word. Some questions here, Ms. Bondi. Why were no ordinary citizens invited to be
part of your Second Amendment task force, you know, the ones who actually have to
suffer under the lash of gun control laws?
What exactly is the task that is set before your task force or to protect the
Second Amendment. OK, explain to me what the Second Amendment is, what it says, what
its purpose is, what its function is, do it. I know you can't. I'll do it for you
if you want. If you say
your task is to protect the Second Amendment, then may we ask you Why did you only
include government agencies in this task force and members of government agencies?
Why not a single member, not even of the NRA, much less GOA or FPC or NAGR,
any of the other heavy hitters, you know, the ones that really defend your rights
up there on Capitol Hill with the money you give to them. What about them? Why did
you bring none of them aboard? Well, she says she might bring some other people
aboard. She left it open. Why not right off the bat? This does mean something.
This is not insignificant, okay? Why would you choose agents from the FBI and the
ATF to be part of this, especially especially considering their longstanding animus
and hatred of conservatives and the Second Amendment. You understand you still got
people into FBI there, Miss Bondi, who have beaten and tortured American citizens.
You understand that? But you want them to be part of this little peace posse of
yours, the Second Amendment Protection Task Force, enforcement task force.
How will the ATF and the FBI assist in protecting the Second Amendment rights of
the people to keep in their arms when they have been the ones that have been the
most antagonistic towards this right than any other agency? You know with all the
bluster and bravado Miss Bondi is flexing here, one would only assume that she's
gonna take the fight to all the states that infringe the rights of their citizens,
right?
Yeah,
what did I tell you about trusting the government? Did I not already say the
founders never intended for you to trust them, never intended for me to trust them.
We, as a matter of fact, that is a prerequisite for being a citizen of the United
States, matter of fact, these illegal aliens or that come into ones that try to
come in correctly and they take the exam and everything that used to be enforced.
I'm not even sure if they, you know, give that exam anymore. But there were
questions about the Constitution on that exam that even the average American probably
wouldn't understand these days, but they had to know it. So What?
How this next was just going to flower gas me. I'm sorry. It really is because
here's an article by David Codrea and
apparently I'm gonna I'm gonna be referencing this article and pulling little excerpts
out the title of it is DOJ to Illinois gun owners write your Democrat legislators
to repeal infringements because a An activist in Illinois had sent a,
had actually filed a civil rights complaint against the state of Illinois and against
their requirement to obtain an FOID, that's a firearm owner's identification card.
And they had to do that prior and that's a precondition to buying a gun.
You have to have that void card. And so this activist filed this civil rights
complaint with Bondi's DOJ and the reply came from one Hadiza L.
Buge, BUGE, who is the Acting Assistant Deputy Director of Public and Governmental
Affairs. This was the response. We recently received your March 27,
2025 message to the Civil Rights Division of the US Department of Justice regarding
firearms laws and Second Amendment rights. DOJ forwarded your inquiry.
Listen to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives for response.
Excuse
Oh, uh, am I the only one incredulous right now? Uh,
good night. The agency whose sole purpose has been the daily infringement of the
rights of the people to keep and bear arms and the enforcement of illegal
infringements passed in 1934 and 1968. You forwarded his inquiry to the BATFE for
response!
You want clarity on the Second Amendment from the ATF? Are you kidding me?
And you expect them to now be part of your protective task force to enforce the
Second Amendment? Oh my word, honey, what were you were you friends with Nikki Freed
or something? Did she give you some weed? My goodness lady, you're puffing something
up there. Oh, talk about something that's totally disconnected from reality.
Oh, by the way, a little sidebar here. Recently, there were some allegations against
ATF officials who had lined their pockets with literally tens of millions of taxpayer
dollars. Yes, fraudulently, they had done to uh yeah someone someone uh sent this
information to Pam Bondi what has happened with it she
wants to use these same agents who have no problem stealing from people and killing
people and I still beg to do I I'm going to go ahead and say that Brian
Malinowski's coin collection is probably in some ATF agents safe. But these are the
people that she is saying is part of this second amendment enforcement. These people
have been enforcing anti -second amendment laws for decades, lady, but now suddenly
they're going to turn over a new leaf. Really? You mean that same ATF is now
supposedly a defender of the Constitution? You So the same one that gladly sold out
and lent their power to Obama and to Biden and to Eric Holder and happily wreaked
havoc upon the lives of innocent citizens in Mexico and the United States and all
for the love of money. You know, you mean the same ATF that recently killed Brian
Malinowski in front of his wife and purposely rigged evidence to convict Patrick
Adamiak, you know, railroaded him yet like framed him. Oh, but they're the good guys
now, huh? And they're the ones that are going to be handling this complaint about
the state of Illinois.
Wow.
It was actually his second attempt, his activist second attempt to hold Attorney
General Pam Bondi to her word because the Department of Justice had actually,
as David Kodrea put it, punted on his first complaint. And he held her to her word
asking the DOJ to investigate an anti -gun judge's political and financial conflicts
of interest. And it was given in a press release announcing a Second Amendment
pattern or practice investigation into Los Angeles County concealed handgun license
application delays. I'm reading from the article that this department of justice will
not stand idly by while states and localities like Jacksonville infringe on the
Second Amendment rights of ordinary law abiding Americans. The Second Amendment is
second a second class right and under my watch the department will actively enforce
the second amendment just like it actively enforces other fundamental constitutional
rights. Which other constitutional rights are you referring to ma 'am? I haven't heard
about you defending any of them yet. Some of the points that were brought out to
the DOJ in this complaint about the ID cards. The reason for the law originally in
Chicago and Illinois was to dissuade African Americans from seeking police permission
to legally own firearms. I know it's just shocking that any gun control law would
be racist, huh? I mean, other than the fact that the first gun control laws on
this continent were absolutely aimed, nothing but at black people. Listen to this
also. Funding for the Ford cards and for the carry licenses.
Now I've said this before, you've heard me say this, that they're taking that money
and spending it on other things. Funding for Ford cards and carry licenses is now
used as a piggy bank by the Illinois General Assembly to fund other projects leading
to delays in processing FOID cards. And there is like one documented case of a 20
month wait.
We're gonna enforce the second amendment. Oh, not to mention a woman who had no
criminal record there in Illinois was arrested and charged after she was found to be
in possession of a single -shot 22 rifle in her home, but she didn't have a FOID
card. Oh, the state was once again victimized,
and therefore she had to go to jail. Now listen to this. Mr.
Buj's response continued. He said ATF is a law enforcement agency within the DOJ
dedicated to reducing violent crime and protecting the public. Bulfur Lizer!
ATF's mission focuses on administering federal criminal laws and regulating the
firearms and explosives industry. Ah, bite my tongue.
In support of this mission, ATF implements policy and regulations to enforce laws
created by Congress. As such, we encourage you to reach out to your state
congressional delegation with your recommendations regarding firearm laws, and we hope
this information proves helpful to you. Wait a minute, I thought the Second Amendment
Task Force was gonna have no mercy and whip the states and municipalities back into
the confines of the Second Amendment. What happened to that? Oh,
well, contact your legislators there in Illinois, you know, the same ones that have
been passing all these infringements against you in the first place, but maybe if
you appeal to them just right, they'll become benevolent and see the error of their
ways, turn over a new leaf, and y 'all will be singing Kumbaya, just like the good
folks and Jacksonville. How helpful. Yeah.
Uh, Miss Bondi, what about this? You were talking about the wrath of Pam coming
down on all these states that did open down. Well, we suggest you just write your
legislators there, your state legislators, and tell them how you feel. That ought to
fix it. It hadn't fixed it thus far. And the problem is,
those people that pass these stupid laws are the ones they want you to enforce the
Second Amendment against and you won't do it. Yeah.
Translation, Mr. Codrea says, is ATF only deals with federal issues, and your state
complaint is outside of its jurisdiction, so DOJ forwarding it to them can't go
anywhere. If you want relief, contact your state representatives, the Democrat ones
who are passing citizen disarmament edicts and ask them not to because we're washing
our hands of it. Very aptly put, Mr. Kodraya, he says it's not unfair to note that
as far as priorities go, the response and thus official policy was entrusted not to
a director, not even to a deputy director and not even to an assistant deputy
director, but to an acting assistant deputy director who sent this response to this
plaintiff. How many levels of bureaucracy are there there in Illinois?
As many as there is in Jacksonville, maybe? Mr. Godrea says I'll stipulate it
probably is unfair to follow that up by wondering who makes the coffee. Hey,
good question. I tell you what, people, if that's second amendment enforcement,
keep it. Just keep it, lady. Shut your stupid task force down.
Stop the theatrics. We don't trust you anyway. I don't care if you have an R after
your name. That means apps of Blippity Blank and Lutely. Nothing to me. I don't
care about the color of your party,
the blue or the red or the letter after your name. It means nothing if you have
no decency, no character, no morals, and no constitutional sensibility.
It means nothing. My fellow Americans, we cannot trust the government.
This is why we should always always always Be standing by and ready for the in the
event that they wax despotic against us Vigilance is the eternal price of liberty We
have to stay vigilant. We have to stay in contact with them We we have to light a
fire under them I tell you what they when I see your number on the Colorado ID.
They should be going, oh, him again, or her again. Yeah, your dad gum right. It's
us again. Blow 'em up with emails, blow 'em up with mailings.
And now I'm speaking figuratively, when I say blow 'em up, join GOA because they
make contact with your reps exceedingly easy. It couldn't get any easier. You fill
out a pre -written form and it goes right to your congressman. Get in the fight
because that's your job and that's your duty to uphold and defend the constitution.
And why is that? Because the people we elect and put in these positions cannot be
trusted to do so. That's just the bottom line. And you know what? The founders told
us to expect that and that's why they set up this form of government in the first
place. So yes, stay in contact with your reps. I'm not just saying that, I do it,
you do it too. Let your voice be heard, not just your right, it's your duty.
It's also your right to be armed, but I think that's also a duty of every American
who's able to keep and bear arms that they should in defense of themselves, which
is also defense of their family. And it is also defense of their local neighbors
and, ultimately, is defense of the laws of your own state. When you defend yourself
against unlawful assault or attempted murder or whatever the case may be, you are in
a very real sense upholding the laws of your state. Alright,
catch on the next episode, never forget, Incoming rounds always have the right of
way. Voice out.
