Shooting Straight Radio
Welcome to Shooting Straight Radio podcast!! This program (formerly known as "Shooting Straight Radio Show" on WMMB and iHeartRADIO) is all about firearms, the 2nd Amendment, and all things pertaining thereto. It is hosted by Royce, a veritable super-spreader of Constitutional propriety as well as a firearms instructor with multiple certifications, including endorsement by the National Association of Chiefs of Police as a defensive pistol instructor. It has been said that he is saturated with gunshot residue, toxic masculinity, and a faint, yet wildly tantalizing whiff of the cologne of his people (Hoppe's #9) as he delivers his unexpurgated commentary on all things firearm and 2nd Amendment-related with 100% felt recoil and no suppressor. As an Ultra-Type-A personality, he is exceedingly generous (and sometimes comically brutal) with his opinions and doesn't mince words. A staunch Constitutionalist, he calls out infringements when and where he sees them. Royce is often joined on the program by special guests like Dale Comstock (DELTA Force), John Rea (SEAL Team 6), Max Mullen (Army Ranger), Quentin Carter (a.k.a. "Q"), Gary O'Neal (American Warrior), Boon Benton (USMC, Benghazi warrior), Sarah "Superbad" Adams (CIA targeter), Col. Danny McKnight (Black Hawk Down), Izzy Matos (USMC combat vet), Ash Hess (U.S. Army combat veteran and instructor extraordinaire), Massad Ayoob, Hank Hayes (Professor Emeritus of Badassology), Spike Cohen (spikecohen.com), ATF whistleblower Peter Forcelli, Erich Pratt and Luis Valdes of GOA, and many more. So tune in to Shooting Straight (a.k.a. 2nd Amendment University) and share it around with your fellow Constitutionalists. Keep your head on a swivel, keep a loaded gun on your person (and spare mags), and never forget that incoming rounds always have the right-of-way.

Meet the New ATF, Same as the Old ATF
The ATF recently published declarations that they are now the new, improved, kinder, gentler, fairer ATF, and they are now reformed and desirous of a "partnership" with the gun industry, and want to be more trustworthy and transparent.

I think that somebody has either persuaded Trump or Bondi or both and maybe others
and convinced them that the ATF is a necessary agency,
which anybody with half a constitutional sensibility knows knows good and well they're
not. The ATF has only served one purpose since it was spawned and that's to be the
muscle for the state. Yes, the federal state, you know, just like the IRS, the FBI,
the DEA, and so many others. But now in spite of their bloody history,
which most people more than 30 years old has seen in action,
Waco in particular, the ATF has come out,
I'm assuming, at Bondi's direction. They've come out wanting to hit the reset button
and they want to be pals now. They want to be buddies with the gun industry and
buy guns, be buy guns. And while some people may say, Hey, that's great.
Yeah. No, no, no, it isn't enough. No, no, I don't want to be buddies with tyrants
and totalitarians who could just as easily shift their political favors,
depending on who gets into office next. Because that's what they did under Biden,
but it was really Obama. Anybody with the brain knows that. They did his bidding.
Basically, the orders came through Biden from Obama saying, "Start shutting down the
retailers." And they did. They didn't hesitate. They didn't stop and say, "You know,
we can't do this, man. This is finally still law." Nope. They willingly allowed
themselves to be subjugated by a tyranny and became willing agents there,
too. So it's not just enough to hit the reset button. No,
I'm talking about sending a large portion of ATF agents to prison for life at hard
labor, if not death row. Yeah, I'm not feeling very charitable towards them.
I'm sorry, I have a seething hatred for all enemies of freedom and all enemies of
the freedom of the mind of men. I don't like it,
I'm not one who could sit there and go, well, at least I'm not affected by that.
No, if it's affecting someone else, I am the person that will stand up and I will
say something and I hope you are too. I believe the most of you are. But I'm not
ready to hit the reset button and be buddy, buddy with the ATF, but they certainly
are trying to do exactly that. They are trying to play nice with the industry now.
And no, they need to go. It ain't time to play nice. And what Bondi is doing by
keeping the apparatus of tyranny, namely the ATF, keeping it intact is akin to,
let's say, George Washington and the First Continental Congress setting up former
British generals and captains and officers as mayors and governors over the people of
the colonies and hiring British soldiers as police officers. Oh,
come on, Royce, man. You're getting a little harsh there. I mean, the ATF is at
least trying to do the right thing now. Let's give them a chance. Yeah,
I can almost hear the hypothetical situation in the colonies I just mentioned a
second ago, and the colonists going, "Oh, but the British soldiers said they're
sorry, and they promised to not bein' at the citizens anymore, so let's give them a
chance." No, once the British were gone, they weren't missed. And if the British had
tried to say, okay, let's be pals, let's be buddies, we'll all hold hands and sing
kumbaya and down courts of ale down at the local tavern and we'll be buddy,
buddy. No, that would never work. Number one, the British were very haughty and
their haughtiness towards the American troops started well before hostilities erupted
on the Lexington Green. There's a long backstory on that, but they had contempt for
us and they certainly earned ours. There was no chance of reconciliation. By the
same token, the ATF has earned our absolute utter abject contempt and they don't
deserve anything else. I'm not gonna be buddy with them. I'm not going to hold
hands with them and say, well, Bonnie says they're okay now. No, they're not okay
now. They're filled with men and women who gladly will subjugate themselves to the
will of the next tyrant that comes along and turn right around and undo all the
niceness they put together during the Trump administration.
All the, what I say the, I'm trying to think of the big fancy word. All the,
all the making up with the American people and the gun industry, they have been
fighting the constant onslaught of public, what should I say? Abhorrence. Yes. That
was the word I was going to use. Abhorrence. And they deserved to be abhorred with
abject attempt. By the way, follow them on First Book. You might catch a comment or
two of mine on their post.
But they have earned it. They've also earned imminent irrelevance.
Yes, and that needs to be the same level of irrelevance that the British have
enjoyed with America since 1776. There's no reforming them.
There's no making nice with them. I'm not going to be buddies with them. I don't
care if Trump says, "Oh, I spoke to all the agents and they're all good guys." And
they all said, "They're going to protect and uphold and defend the Second Amendment
now." Bull fertilizer.
The leopard cannot change its spots. I do think they're reading the tea leaves.
I do think a lot of them fear a Bruin challenge against the NFA and the GCA
because they know it would kick them out of a job, which is what needs to happen.
But I think these two recent memos from the ATF,
which you can read on their site, you can go there at the atf .gov and see these
memos that these publications that they put out from the ATF website.
And here is the heading of this memo. ATF launches new era of reform.
Oh, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives at really big fires is
ushering in a new chapter. You don't say. They,
this new chapter will be, according to their words, marked by transparency.
Well, you guys are already pretty transparent. You just didn't know it. Your actions
spoke way louder than your words. We know what you are. Yeah, what you are is very
transparent in what you are. But this is also a glaring admission that they've been
doing the exact opposite for decades. in other words, not being transparent,
obfuscating, especially when information has been requested about them,
let's say, killing the manager of an airport in Arkansas.
Yeah, they suddenly couldn't. Oh, that's an open investigation. We can't comment on
that. Oh, but now we're going to be
Oh, oh, this new chapter will also be marked by accountability.
So you're admitting you haven't been accountable thus far. That tells me that they
know for, well, the depths of their criminality and they continued in their
criminality until a new president was elected. selected, and suddenly, oh, we're going
to be nice now. They're admitting that they knew for the longest time that they
would not be held accountable. And how many times have I said that about them here
on this program? They know they'll never be held accountable, and that's why they do
what they do. And they will kill you and your entire freaking family if They felt
like they could get away with it and they could have under Biden and they will if
another communist president takes office.
So they said, we're gonna be this new chapter we're ushering and it can be marked
by transparency and accountability and partnership with the firearms industry.
What? I don't think we want a partnership or need a partnership with a federal
agency, especially one that has proven that it cannot be trusted in the least.
But now you people in ATF not only want you demand, you force us to accept you
into a place of trust, a place that you've already proven yourselves unworthy of and
a status of partnership is going to be forced on us now, which we view with the
same disgust as crawling into a sleeping bag full of rattlesnakes.
We don't want a partnership with you. I don't want to be partnered up with a bunch
of scumbag criminal killers.
A partnership for the ATF is akin to a respectable corporation partnering up with
the local gang lord, the mafia.
We, I tell you what, oh, let's be buddies. We're going to be accountable now. So
you weren't and you admit it. Oh, we're going to be transparent now. We're going to
be buddies. We're going to have a partnership. You are now our partners.
Isn't that great? No, no, it's not. It's kind of like the Florida Department of
Revenue down here in my home state, where as soon as they attach themselves like a
tick to your business and demand that you become a de facto tax collector for them
under penalty of law, of course, they literally refer to you and refer to themselves
as your new business partner. I'm not kidding you, I can show you this in their
bills, where what's your business partner number? Well,
I don't have a business partner and y 'all ain't no business partner. When you start
taking the same risk that I take and you start pumping the same money into the
company that I do, you might have grounds to call yourself my business partner,
but you don't. You're a tick on my backside. That's what you are. And all you do
is siphon money from me that you didn't earn so you can give it to people who
didn't earn it too. Yes, unemployment tax, they call it. You people are disgusting.
Well, that's what that's what this is. We're going to be partners with the firearm
industry. We don't want your partnership. We don't need you. No thank you. Oh,
the ATF may say, give us a chance.
Well, then they say, this is not the same ATF as the last four years.
They really said that. No, I'm not kidding you. Go to ATF .gov and find this.
You'll see it there. As a matter of fact, I'm going to link it up for you on
this episode. So if you're listening, it's already linked up. Scroll down to get it.
This is not the same ATF of the last four years. First of all,
what do you mean just the last four years? You guys were criminals long before
that. You were killing people long before that. You were railroading people with
false accusations, with manufactured evidence long before that. What about the Clinton
years? What about the Obama years? It's been more than four freaking years you
scumbags. Oh, we're not the same. Yes, you are.
You can't change your spots. Oh, then they say, "We are fundamentally changing course
with a renewed focus on rebuilding trust with federal firearms licensees,
or FFLs, gun owners, and the public. Well,
it's impossible to rebuild something that never existed in the first place,
because we FFLs, we gun owners, and our informed public all collectively despise the
ATF. I posted a meme recently on social media where it's a picture of a wolf where
from the center of its head to one side is all white and the center of its head
to the other side is all black. And I typed in the caption, "inside me is a white
wolf and a black wolf." And at the bottom it says, "and they both hate the ATF."
Yeah, that's where we're at. All of us gun owners, FFLs and all of us in the
public who know about you and know what you do and what you are. Yes, we equally
hate you. We don't care who we are. We all hate you. We despise you for what you
have done and for the reputation that you have earned with your actions and with
your assaults on the liberties of the people. That's the only reason you exist is
to enforce infringements and for that you should all be in prison. I don't know how
any of you can sleep with yourself at night, live with yourself, lay your head on
your pillow with a clean conscience when your entire day was spent enforcing an
illegal, a constitutionally repugnant law and you did it with gusto.
But we're supposed to view you with respect. We're supposed to welcome you with open
arms and oh come on let's all be buddies let's sit around the campfire I'll get my
banjo and we'll sing a lively version of kumbaya I'm not sure a lively banjo
version of kumbaya has ever been played but I might work it up oh they say oh
we're fundamentally changing course with a renewed focus of rebuilding trust with
federal firearms licensees, gun owners, and the public by prioritizing public safety.
Oh, I thought of what y 'all said your mission was already. I thought you guys did
everything for the sake of public safety. Oh, but now you're going to prioritize it.
How are you going to do that? What are you going to do different? I'm making these
lofty generalities and say, we're going to do this and we're going to do that. No,
that's great, Well, how are you going to implement that? What are you going to do
differently that actually enhances public safety? Start killing more American citizens?
Oh, they're going to do it by prioritizing public safety and collaboration.
Okay, collaboration between who and for what?
What collaboration?
Explain. Nope, they didn't. No. Public safety and collaboration. That's how we're
gonna do it. Okay.
Well, collaboration is a funny word. I don't mean funny. Ha ha.
Collaboration in a dictionary says, one, the first definition, the action of working
with someone to produce or create something, name something that the ATF has ever
created besides ruined lives. Name something.
What have they ever created? So what are we going to create together? ATF, huh?
More collaboration or public safety, huh? Oh,
the second definition of collaboration is even more interesting, traitorous cooperation
with an enemy. And I fear that's what we would be doing if we got into a
collaboration with the ATF. So who is this collaboration between?
Who and whom?
I guess that's just open -ended like most of their rules are. Under new leadership,
ATF has already taken significant steps including, one, ending the enhanced regulatory
enforcement policy that targeted firearms dealers. What they mean is the zero
tolerance policy, and do you see what they said they admitted that they targeted
firearms dealers? All these admissions of guilt and yet they walk free.
This is an admission of treason, by the way. Well, number two, publishing a new
administrative action policy that emphasizes firearm traceability and public safety.
There's that word again, that phrase again. And de -emphasizes immaterial paperwork
errors. Why were immaterial paperwork errors ever emphasized in the first damn place.
Oh, because you were just following orders. I'm sorry. I shouldn't criticize you ATF
agents until I have goose stepped a mile in your bloody jackboots, huh? Oh, number
three, this is good.
Encouraging any federal firearms licensees that had their licenses revoked or
surrendered under the zero -tolerance policy, those applications will be judged under
the new administrative action policy. Wait a minute. I thought that all of these gun
dealers that you shut down were, according to Obama speaking through Biden,
rogue gun Oh, isn't that what Obama said through the mouth of Biden?
They're rogue gun dealers. They made a clerical error and they did it on purpose
with the express intention of fooling the ATF and minimizing public safety.
If they were really rogue gun dealers, I don't think they'd be re -invited to
reapply. Most of them would be facing federal charges if they actually were rogue
gun dealers, but of course they weren't, and they aren't, and none of them faced
charges, but they did face loss of livelihood to a bunch of jack -booted thugs.
Oh, number four, we're gonna stop posting FFL inspection reports on ATS public
website. We promised to stop employing parental style shaming and scolding and posting
the names of FFLs as if they were criminals. That's what they're saying. Matter of
fact, they don't have to sit in the corner with a dunce cap on anymore.
Then number five, they're gonna institute
NICS alert policy that restricts use of NICS alerts to federal firearms trafficking
violations.
In other words, they're gonna stop spying on Americans using NICS, so they're
admitting that they were doing that as we knew they'd been doing it for a while.
This is, again, referring to their flagrantly illegal use of NICS. Well, number six,
we're establishing a senior industry partnership advisor slash liaison within the
office of the director to address industry concerns and foster productive engagement.
Oh I could so much to unpack there I'm not gonna go in depth in it but we're
gonna have somebody at the top for you that you can reach out to and they're gonna
care about you and everything. Yeah. And you, we want to foster productive
engagement. I guess that being the antithesis of your standard nonproductive or
destructive engagements, you know, like the prohibition poisonings and Randy Weaver and
Waco and Ruby Ridge and Malinowski and a damn ant. "Yeah, yeah,
then they're going to establish a classifications board and require all new firearm
classifications to be reviewed and approved by the office of the director prior to
publication." Well, number one, they already do that. They already have such a
firearms classification. and notice the words there. We are establishing this and
requiring this, like they're still in control somehow. Number eight,
we'll be ensuring that all rules fairly implement congressional statutes rather than
create entirely new laws by administrative order. Another glaring admission.
They are admitting here that they have been dictating law from the Blippity Blanking
Agency, but they want us to think all is well now. We're all buddies.
We're all pals. They repent and we must forgive them and we are now all friends.
Well, how exactly are you going to ensure that all these rules fairly implement
congressional statutes. Matter of fact, why just congressional statutes? How about the
Supreme Blippity Blanking Law, namely the second amendment that you will willfully and
wantonly violate every day, and you still do. Oh,
we're gonna improve response time from the firearms and ammunition technology division
to FFL inquiries. In other words, we promised to do the job we were supposed to be
doing all along. And we really mean it this time. Oh, they're also going to reverse
a ban on the importation of non -lethal training ammunition. Why'd you ban it in the
first place? I already know the answer. You were trying to inhibit the militia from
training force on force. Yeah, but I had to work around on you, so pound sand.
Oh, but wait, there's more? Oh, this ATF infomercial gets even better.
There's more. Additional efforts currently in progress include publishing an updated
commerce report.
Okay. Well, yes, matter of fact, Me and some of my buddies were talking about ATF
and NFA stuff, and one of our main gripes was that y 'all don't publish an updated
commerce report. I had no blippity -blankin' idea what an ATF commerce report was
until I read this. Why do we care about your bloody commerce report? Oh,
they're also gonna update ATF Form 20. That is the authorization to transport
firearms and they're going to do it into a simplified notice -based system Okay,
how how does that stop your treason and your tyranny? We are still enforcing an
unconstitutional law Thirdly they're gonna Foster this new era by updating and
simplifying ATF form 4473 to make it more concise and user friendly for both
purchasers and FFLs. Yeah well we still have to give up our fourth amendment right
very essentially to fill out the daggon form in the first place. Oh number four
gets even better. They're going to publish an open letter on changes to the Brady
chart.
Yeah. Well, why are we supposed to care about that? How does that stop your treason
and your tyranny? I mean, no one sits around going, you know, what's with ATF,
man? They can't even publish an open letter on changes to Brady chart anymore. I
mean, they never did. Why don't they do that? Well, that's why I hate them, as a
matter of fact, 'cause they just refused to publish that.
Hole number five in sharing uniformity and dealer inspections and enforcement across
regions. Now, how are you going to do that?
You're going to have a standardized form that you take people's licenses off the
wall, huh? And how does that stop your treason and your tyranny? Number six,
they're going to be publishing an open letter reversing a ban on the importation of
dual gun barrels. That's great. How does that stop trees and in their tyranny.
Oh, number seven, we're going to publish a ruling to allow electronic signatures on
NFA farms. You already do. That's something we do at our,
where I work with NFA stuff. People can actually sign electronically,
but you're going to publish a ruling allowing it now, oh,
way to throw us a bone. Number eight, reviewing all current regulations to identify
and eliminate outdated and unnecessary rules. Yeah, because all of us gun owners have
all been saying, one thing we hate about the ATF is they never review current
regulations to identify and eliminate outdated and necessary rules. Yeah.
And we hate the ATF because they don't allow electronic signatures on NFA forms.
And the ATF is tyrannical because they haven't published open letters on changes to
the Brady chart. Yeah, that's why we hate you guys.
Essentially, they're saying you're still going to be under our control. We just
promised to be nicer about it. Partners.
Uh -huh.
The new improved ATF. Meet the new boss. Same as the old boss.
And we'll be right back with more shooting straight after this brief commercial
timeout. Don't go anywhere. The listener retention squads are all on standby.

to your friends who are anti -gun, anti -second amendments." Say, "Listen to this,
because Here's a logic trail because they're not going to accept the second
amendment. They're not going to accept an explanation of the second amendment from
anybody like me and you. But let's put it in a self -defense context, because most
of them, well, I don't know about most of them, but a lot of them think, well,
most people have the right to self -defense unless you live in New York and New
Jersey and Illinois and Chicago, blah, blah,
Um, the, the, the people to think that the right to defend yourselves is limited in
capacity, kind of spawn some questions, allow me to walk you down this logic trail
if you ain't scared. Okay. Number one here. Just think about this. Do, do we not
have the unalien, the long word, unalienable right to self -defense or self
-preservation? Yes, we do. We have the right to defend ourselves against unlawful
aggression against our persons. Okay, to what extent? To what extent do we have the
right to defend ourselves? Not only with fists, only with Billy Club,
Pepper Spray, Taser, Jiu Jitsu Chou Cold, or do we have the right to defend
ourselves up to and including the extent of deadly force? Yes,
deadly force. We have the right to use deadly force. I think most people out there
would agree to this. And yes, I'm working my way back to the ATF, standby, don't
go anywhere.
If we have the right to use deadly force in personal defense, and in defense of
our family, and in defense of other people, and yes, even in defense of our
country, okay, against what threats? Only some threats?
Or all threats? What threats can you possibly imagine that might be unlawful threats,
All right, the street -level criminal threat. Yep, you got the right to defend
yourself against that. I don't think anybody would argue that. What about unlawful
violence by government agents?
Oh, come on, Royce, you're pushing the envelope here. No, I'm pushing the envelope
of your thinking ability is what I'm doing. Do you have the right to defend
yourself against full force by federal agents. Yes,
you do. You have the right to defend yourself against them just like the Branch
Davidians defended themselves against the ATF, the ATF thugs,
the Marauders who stormed that compound. And yes, I enjoyed watching you boys get
your butts handed to you in the initial outbreak there. Sorry, I enjoyed that
because you earned it. You earned that with interest.
So you had the right to defend yourself against street level thugs, against federal
thugs, against any law enforcement agent who is
unlawfully assaulting you, battering you, trying to kill you, or disarm you
unlawfully. I'm not talking about if you're a criminal and they're trying to disarm
you so you can't harm anybody or them. I'm talking about the average tax paying
innocent citizen who goes to work every day at whose taxes pay the salaries of law
enforcement, not just on the state level, but also the federal level. You have the
right to defend yourself against them too. With their behaving unlawfully,
if they're unlawful, just like they did at Waco, you have the right to defend
yourselves.
Now, if it's all threats that we have a right to defend ourselves against,
then would that not also include even law enforcement officers and soldiers going
door to door and seizing guns? Do we have the right to defend ourselves against
disarmament? Yes, we do. And What I referenced there is law enforcement officers and
soldiers going door to door and seizing guns. That happened in Louisiana post
Katrina. Look at people Google that. Go on YouTube and look at some of the videos
there. Soldiers pointed guns along with officers pointing guns at people who were not
even armed and took their gun. One was an old lady where a cop tackled her in her
kitchen, injured her by tackling her just to take her little six shot revolver from
her. I think I also reminded you that it was the rape gangs made up a lot of
some of the New Orleans police officers reportedly that went through after all the
disarmament took place. Now,
do we have the right to defend ourselves against disarmament, which is treasonous,
unlawful force? Well, if not, at what point is that right no longer in force?
Ask your neighbors. At what point are you not allowed to defend yourself anymore?
What circumstance or what principle dictates that right being suspended for you.
Come up with one if you can. Are there any circumstances in which we have no right
to defend ourselves against unlawful aggression? Name one. Is the right to keep and
bear arms limited or unlimited? Boy, you know my opinion on that. It's absolutely
unlimited. Well, if it's limited, show me in the text and history of the Second
Amendment and the history of America, and by what or whom it was limited,
and what gives them the right to limit it. Now, do you believe in class, different
classes here in America where one is the ruling class and then there's the middle
class and then there's the labor class and the subservient class? No, we are all
citizens and if you think there are different classes of people, you're probably a
Marxist helping create class warfare or you're steeped in it so bad you can't see
your way out.
So what gives one class of people, of citizens? And we are all citizens,
whether you're law enforcement or elected officials. The only people that can say
they're not civilians are the military. So what, At what point are we not allowed
to defend ourselves? Against what threats are we not allowed to defend ourselves? I
mean, name it. Write it down for me right now. What threat to me and my family am
I totally forbidden from defending myself against? There aren't any.
Are you trying to say that we're only allowed to defend ourselves against other
citizens?
Or also bad people with guns, possibly wearing badges and /or military uniforms?
So the reason I brought all that out is to let everybody know the extent and the
depths of the Second Amendment. It's not just the text of the Second Amendment. It's
not just the history of the Second Amendment. It's the logic of the Second
Amendment. And especially, everything I just said, if you couple that with the
writings of the founders,
especially Federalist Paper Number 46, you will see that they agreed with that,
everything I just said. So, but now, as part of the ATF's repentance.
They are now required to be alleged guardians of the Second Amendment.
I think Pam Bondi has made them that. Did you know that? Because there's another
publication there, and the link is on this page, where the ATF says, "ATF,
Protecting Second Amendment Rights." I almost peed myself laughing.
really, you have never protected and upheld and defended the second amendment.
Even though you scumbags took an oath that you immediately violated saying you would
uphold and defend it, you violated every day. Now you want to say, we're protectors.
Yeah, and we're helping. Here's their statement on February 7,
2025. President Donald J. Trump issued the executive order, quote, "protecting Second
Amendment rights." Pursuant to that order, ATF reviewed the 2021 Enhanced Regulatory
Enforcement Policy, or EREP, sometimes called the Zero Tolerance Policy.
In May 2025, ATF replaced this policy with a new administrative action policy.
All these policies, they love creating classifications and policy, don't they? This
new policy provides a fair frame. Well, you notice they've said fair several times
now. That's a very indirect admission that they know they're not fair. It provides a
fair framework for addressing violations uncovered by a compliance inspection,
particularly when those violations do not impact public safety. Federal firearms
licensees that surrendered their licenses had their licenses revoked or had their
applications denied based on the EREP may reapply. You mean it?
You mean we're gonna be
be partners.
ATF will review new applications and all pending licensing matters under the new
administrative action policy. Individuals who have questions about an earlier decision
or general inquiries are encouraged to contact their local ATF field office or email
industry liaison @atf gov. ATF is committed to fairness and transparency.
In other words, we haven't been fair. We haven't been transparent, but we don't want
to be kicked to the dustbin of history and we need to justify our 2025 and 2026
budget. And so we're going to play nice cause Trump told us to. And so did
Blondie. ATF is committed to fairness and transparency in its regulatory enforcement
program and to protecting American Second Amendment rights while also protecting public
safety. Number one, you have no ability to protect American Second Amendment rights
as long as you or wearing an ATF badge because your mission is to enforce
violations of the Second Amendment. It's a steaming crock of bull fertilizer.
I tell you what, Miss Bondi, listen to me, lady. You want to present to us this
kinder, gentler ATF and all they're reformed and they've repented and now we're all
gonna be partners. Lady, the blood of Brian Matanowski cries out to you for justice.
But the people that killed him are still employed. They still walk free.
And one of them probably has his gold coin collection in his personal safe at home.
Lady, there's an honorably discharged sailor sitting in prison right now with a 20
-year sentence because this ATF that's all now reformed and all railroaded him by
manufacturing evidence against him. Not to mention a very famous special forces
warrior, Larry Vickers, who now sits in prison for victimless crimes,
which the ATF also manufactured. What about the hundreds of FFLs and their family
businesses that were destroyed by these ATF goons for nonsensical clerical errors.
And yes, they were literally over, one of them was abbreviating a county instead of
spelling it out. And they had their license revoked and their business was shut down
because they couldn't continue without their FFL. They lost their livelihoods,
some of which had existed for decades, but you are now presenting to us the kinder,
gentler ATF made up of all the same people, the same scumbags, the same murderers,
the same thieves, the same gun traffickers, and God knows what else.
Your answer to all that has been a kinder, gentler ATF.
It's a façade lady, and we're not falling for it. They haven't been reformed.
Senator Chuck Grassley is still trying to get answers over an illegal scheme within
the ATF where they reclassified certain employees as agents to get them a big jump
in pay. Oh, you know, they love reclassifying things after all. Yeah. Well,
not only that, Senator Rand Paul still wants answers about their ATF surveillance
using NICS. Oh, but we're not doing that anymore, so it's okay. No, there needs to
be a full investigation. People need to go to jail. People need to be in prison
for life. You don't just turn around and say, "Oh, we're all the good guys now.
We've been bad guys, but we're good guys now."
The list goes on and on. Suffice it to say, I don't like this feeling of betrayal.
I feel the same way that the colonists would have had George Washington and the
First Continental Congress said, "Well, General Gage and all these others are going
to now be governors and mayors over certain municipalities and states, and all of
these redcoats are now going to be cops, and they're going to patrol the streets,
but they promise they're going to be nice now. I know they've bayoneted some of y
'all and raped your wives and daughters in the past, but they're the good guys now.
They're the kinder gentler British. That's the same absurdity and the same incredulity
that I view this crap now with, not to mention viewing it with a huge weight of
betrayal laying upon us all. Meet the new boss. Same as the old boss.
Same old ATF, I guarantee you. Stay in contact with your reps.
Let them know you want the ATF abolished. Matter of fact, send letters and emails
to Pam Bondi too, like I have. I haven't got any answers yet either, but keep
going. Keep pressing. Stay in Contact with your reps. You have to let your voice be
heard even if they refuse to listen. Stay trained up, people. Stay stocked up.
Never leave your home without a firearm on your person and never forget, that's
right. Inside you is a white wolf and a black wolf and they both hate the ATF.
Royce out.
