The Immediate 2nd Amendment Relevance in States of Emergency

Royce begins in his home state of Florida where Governor Desantis just signed some good legislation into law, one of which repealed a bad law that cut off gun and ammo sales during states of emergency declarations.

Then, the elephant in the room in L.A., as Royce explains how quickly every state could experience this same violence, because the Democrats, rather than condemning it, are openly supporting it.  Second Amendment relevance is glaringly obvious for every peaceable citizen in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas during their state of emergency.

going on in California and just a little bit. That is going to be the main portion
of the program. We're going to take a little diversion first down to my home state
in Florida to discuss a few things that have happened here recently. But first you

My goodness, I know I'm wound up because otherwise I wouldn't be tripping over my
own tongue here. But Henry, thanks for being in the fight there in New Jersey,
brother. I sincerely appreciate that. I really do. All right. Like I said,
first a brief stop in Florida, my home state where hurricane season is now upon us,
uh, seasoned residents of Florida own a generator and a little window shaker air
unit, knowing what it's like to lose power and knowing what it's like to not have
AC in these brutally sweltering months that we're in. We've already had the mid 90
days here and we're not even really fully into summer yet. So we're,
it's going to be a hot one and a brutal one. All it takes now is a hurricane to
come swooping in and mess everything up and create a state of emergency within our
fine state. And suddenly everybody's lives are upended and it happens a lot.
But one thing's for sure, we've learned how to dig ourselves out from under
hurricanes here in Florida. And we've also learned the value of the second amendment.
And we have a governor who appreciates that value too, Mr. Ron DeSantis.
And he has recently signed a pro -gun bill into law here in Florida with the help
of a friend of mine named Monique Miller. She was recently elected to the Florida
Senate and she put forth a great bill and we'll be talking about out in just a
second, but I'll read the article. This is by, uh, this is from click Orlando .com.
It says on Wednesday, uh, that was last Wednesday, Florida governor Ron DeSantis
signed three bills into law, one of which makes a big change to state emergency
statutes. Two of the bills are slated to set harsher penalties for those who abuse
animals in the state. Good. I'm all for that, buddy, such as by torture or tying
up an abandoned animal during a hurricane. They said, well, why, why do we need
such a law here? Well, if you're not familiar with what happened in the last one,
some low life slime ball stopped along the side of I -95,
I think it was, or one of the major highways, walked his dog down there through
the water and standing in just about chest deep water for the dog, tied his dog to
a barbed wire fence and took off. I don't know how anybody could do that to their
dog. Our dog is family here. You mess with our dog, you mess with every one of us
here. So I don't understand how someone can do that. Well, Governor DeSantis has
signed a law saying that if you do that, you're going to face some very harsh
penalties. But the third portion of HB6025 repeals a provision of state law that
automatically would go into effect and impose restrictions on firearms during local
states of emergency here. And now that might sound like a good preventive policy to
someone who's been drinking liberal Fulade, but it's quite the opposite.
And those of us that actually have a constitutional brain know this, and there's not
a single elected official in the nation that would like to have one of their loved
ones in a state of emergency zone or worse yet in a natural disaster zone,
who is not able to buy a firearm and or ammo to defend themselves during this
upheaval. Now, I don't know if you know what happens on the back ends of some of
these natural disasters, hurricanes especially, but all manner of falllessness breaks
forth in the unprotected areas. I went down for like two weeks after Hurricane
Andrew, and I think it was 19, was that 92? I don't remember. But I remember
working down there with crews, and after about two weeks I decided I didn't want to
be there anymore. It was just, it was post -apocalyptic. I'm not kidding you. We had
to wear guns on our side because bad guys were driving around the streets and
driving to construction projects whenever they would hear a generator and they would
go up and at gunpoint take the generator and drive it down the road and sell it
to somebody for 500 bucks and they ran into one heart armed homeowner there who
blew the head off of one of them with a 44 Magnum with a well -placed right
between the eyes shot. I'm not kidding you and that was the kind the stuff going
on down there? Well, that's the kind of stuff that can happen on any on the tail
end of any natural disaster, especially a hurricane. So previously,
the law in Florida was that you weren't even, if you were a gun dealer, you were
not even allowed to display for sale any firearm or any ammunition.
And if you, if you intentionally possessed a firearm in a public place and you were
not law enforcement, you could be arrested for that. Wow, yeah.
You're, the police are all, you know, pretty much preoccupied with other things,
but they expect everybody out there to not go, you know, you can't go buy ammo,
you can't go buy a firearm. I tell you what, You find yourself in a post
-apocalyptic scene around your home and hometown. I assure you,
one of the first things you're going to be thinking about is how do I protect
myself and my family? Well, most of us Floridians already got that stuff worked out.
Unfortunately, even I've got enough to supply a neighbor or two or four with
something that will help them fend off evil people. So,
and if I am helping them to arm up, then I basically, that's a force multiplier
for me and my neighborhood. Now, am I gonna take those guns back after? Yep, they
ain't keeping 'em. And they're not gonna buy 'em from me either. They can go buy
their own. And I think they will after such an experience.
Well, let's just put it like this. Let's, how would any elected official like their
loved one to be in that kind of place in that kind of position?
Yeah, it makes you realize that you better have a good reserve at home.
You need to have plenty of ammo. And if you don't ever shoot up all the ammo that
you had stored at your home without replenishing it immediately, and literally the
same day. You should never be without a nice storehouse of ammo. All right?
Well, how much, Royce? Well, how much is too much? There's no such thing as far as
I'm concerned. When it comes to defending my family, I don't care if one entire
bedroom of the house is for the ceiling stocked with ammo and loaded magazines and
rifles and tannerite. All right, we'll get anyway. So Monique Miller,
she's a representative representing Palm Bay up in the state legislature. She provided
the following statement as to why she initially filed this bill back in February.
And this bill took effect upon being signed. So it is law right now.
And she made this statement. She says when Floridians most need the ability to
defend themselves, their families and their property, Florida statute strictly prohibits
it. This bill would repeal section 870 .044 of the Florida statutes,
which currently establishes automatic limits on the possession and carrying of firearms
and ammunition when an emergency is declared. By removing these automatic restrictions,
the bill ensures that lawful gun owners are not preemptively barred from exercising
their Second Amendment rights during times of crisis. This legislation is significant,
she said, because it addresses concerns about balancing public safety with
constitutional liberties. Well, I don't want to run that rabbit trail, but I'm
getting sick to death of people thinking that those two things really have to be
balanced. And I'm glad she said that this addresses that concern. But again,
I'm not correcting Monique when I say this. I'm correcting the other people that
have this erroneous conclusion or this erroneous notion, I should
Your ex, the free exercise of your right to bear arms should always be balanced
with public safety. Well, it already is. There's laws against lawlessly using your
firearms. And if you break those laws, you go to prison. Yeah, it's already there,
it's already built in. But what people unfortunately mean too often is that,
well, the free exercise of your right must be somewhat infringed just for the sake
of keeping everybody safe, which makes no sense at all. So I'm kind of incredulous
that anybody actually would believe that the free exercise of any of our God -given
blood -bought rights somehow negatively impacts public safety, because it doesn't.
And For all those who ignorantly believe that public safety is a viable excuse for
the infringement of anybody's rights, but much less second amendment rights, I
cordially invite any and all of you to show me where the free responsible exercise
of the right to keep and bear arms has ever harmed an innocent person. I'll wait.
Yeah, I'll be waiting a long time. You can't show me one. If you can do that
though, I'll actually sit and listen to what you might have to say about public
safety, but you cannot. Monique Miller continued and concluded her statement by saying
during emergencies when personal security may become a heightened issue,
law -abiding citizens may need to rely on their right to their arms more than ever.
While public safety remains essential, HB6025 clarifies that citizens who follow
existing firearms laws should not face automatic prohibitions simply because of an
emergency declaration. Amen, sister. Amen. Emergency declarations should never be a
suspension of our rights. Plain and simple, bottom line for me.
But it also no longer does. What I'm glad is it doesn't penalize gun retailers for
selling guns or ammo during such times. And that was moronic beyond description and
a flagrant infringement if anybody with the brain of a cabbage could see. So I'm
glad Governor DeSantis put his pen to these things. They are good bills and I'm
glad that I'm glad for any bill that takes back power to the and gives it back to
the people. Those are very rare bills. They really rare laws. Very rarely,
once rights have been ceded, are they ever given back. Tyrants don't like you
exercising your rights freely, whether it's the right to free speech or the right to
freely exercise your right to keep and bear arms. They don't care. It means nothing
to them. And I got a feeling that's the way it is out there in California right
now. Do you really think all of those Democrat -Communist legislators out there that
have been passing all this gun control give half a flaming flying flip about anybody
in Los us right now. Any law abiding citizen. No, they care about the rioters.
Yes, of course. Yes, they are. They be brethren. But that right now with the state
of emergency in California and those states of emergency, I think you're going to
blow up in other states also very soon. And I hope I'm wrong, but I'm kind of
being the tea leaves on on this.
Those people out there, I don't, I'm going to be willing to bet you a dollar
against a donut that the only people armed out there in LA right now are Koreans
and they're probably on rooftops going oh we've seen this song and dance and we're
ready again baby and I guarantee you they are. I tell you what they are more
vigorous about exercising their right to keep in bear arms that we are. How do you
like that? Well, I'm glad they came here and I'm glad they became American citizens.
And I'm glad they're on those rooftops with those rifles and doing their part to
defend themselves and their families and their businesses from the violence that is
going on right now. The reports coming out is that literally the entire city is
covered in violence. literally every other city block they are saying is covered with
violent protesters and rioters and attackers and everything else. The LAPD are
overwhelmed and President Trump and Pete Hegseth have been talking about sending the
military in there and well there's an update about that and I'll share that with

We've been talking about states of emergency. And we talked about laws being signed
into law, bills being signed into law here in my home state of Florida that covers
taking the handcuffs off of the citizenry during states of emergency.
And if you miss that part, well, you gotta go back and listen to it, all right?
Because right now we're going to be talking about the state of emergency out in
California. And man, I'm telling you people, this country is in a volatile,
fragile state presently. Really, it is. I don't,
I'm not sure that we all grasp just how quickly this entire country could go up in
smoke. I mean literally there's plenty of bad actors throughout the entire country
that could be ginned up into a hateful frenzy doing exactly what those illegal alien
invaders are doing in Los Angeles, California right now. So keep this in mind.
I mean you think about all the border states. This could flare up very quickly and
not to mention New York City and Chicago and Seattle and Portland and all the other
Democrat communist strongholds. This stuff can spread very quickly,
okay? It's bad enough that we're very badly and thoroughly divided as a people and
that's due to the false propaganda of the communists and all the little the
agitators, but the Democrat Communist Party would love nothing more than to see this
country burned to the ground. They would love to destroy it. And I said decades ago
that they are so intent on doing that,
that they would gladly join forces with other enemies of the Constitution and of
America, and namely the Marxists. because the, I mean, I'm sorry,
the Muslims and the Marxist and the Muslims getting together, they're both violent
little scumbags and they are going to, or actually I've already begun to wage
violence here at home on the home front.
And they have, this has happened, they have joined forces. It very well could be
that this violence in L .A. is simply the beginning of larger scale hostilities.
These are very distinct possibilities. This nation could be awash in,
what should I say, horrific violence very quickly if the match is struck to the
right spot. After all, all it took was the assassination of one key figure to Spark
World War one, and that was Archduke Ferdinand. Just think about what would happen
if the match is lit to the right spot. And I'm not gonna speak much more on that
because I don't wanna give any more of these leftist Marxist squine any ideas.
But this violence we're seeing is not insignificant. It's not just some organic
grassroots flare up. This was orchestrated. These violent people are being paid to do
this. And I hope that they're chasing the money trail back to its source. And when
they find it, that they slap the cuffs on them, slam them into jail, that there's
no bail. And I do mean Mr. Soros and his filthy little son too.
I hope, I hope that they are caught and that they are treated and tried as
domestic enemies of the Constitution and the United States in particular. All of this
orchestrated violence against the ICE agents and the conservative efforts to clean up
our government can be summed up, what should I say, thusly. Illegal aliens in this
country were a major part of the Democrat Communist Party's plan to seize power in
this country.

You worry about, what should I say, due process for them. We know you're really
not, you don't care about them anyway. I mean, you don't care about due process
either because none of you spoke up during the Jan 6th debacle with all those Jan
6th defendants and all of their due process being wrapped on for years.
Oh no, you didn't say nothing then, but an illegal alien who has no citizenship in
this country, suddenly gets deported and you got elected officials flying down to
Nicaragua or wherever it was and visiting the scumbag in prison. You people are
pathetic and I'm speaking to you Democrat communists. Really? I mean, To you people,
these illegal aliens are nothing but your pawns. You know this. And for all you
keepers and bearers in and around LA, I hope y 'all stocked up on ammo as best as
you could. I know you have to go through background checks for every little freaking
box of ammo that you buy, but I hope you stocked up a little bit and you're able
to defend yourself because the police ain't going to be able to help you right now.
They're beleaguered. They're under a major attack hopefully you would you guys need
to form a posse and then get word to the local police hey we're here and use us
as you see fit where we're here to back you up if you need us don't go getting
away just let them give them word hey I'm so -and -so and I've got about 20 guys
here and we're armed we're not going to come over and get involved in none of this
but if you need us and if we see y 'all in trouble we are You're gonna step in
and we've got your six. I think that would go a long way. If that happened here
in Florida, I guarantee you that would happen.
So I feel for y 'all out there in LA. Really, I do. I hope you guys did some
prepping. If not, I hope you're doing some prepping to get the heck out of your
state because your governor is a psycho little communist because he's part of the
And I'm going to explain that here in just a minute.
So this violence is going to continue for days. Okay. No,
it's maybe even weeks, maybe even months for all we know. Look how long that chas
or chop zone there in Portland lasted.
How long did that? How long was that there? You think that can't canter won't
happen here in LA. I got news for you. This is not just going to be a one or
two day thing. It's going to be violent and burning for a while. It's going to be
a, no, not going to be. It already is a war zone. And there were probably be some
major service interruptions to deal with there very likely very soon.
So all of you in and around that LA area, I don't envy you one dang bit right
now. You guys are gonna be facing some major things and some major interruptions of
your lives. Any of you that work in and around LA, you got problems. You may not
be going to work for a few weeks or even a few months. I got a feeling we're
gonna see a major exodus by a bunch of people leaving California too. I mean, We
already are seeing it, and I got a feeling if Newsom thought he could build a wall
around California to keep tax slaves in, he'd have done that a long time ago,
but he would want to build one down on the southern border because he wants more
of these illegal ponds to come in to he can use them. Now, consider this,
is this violence, is it not an act of war against the United States.
It absolutely is. What do you,
what do you call it when foreign invaders who are not citizens that are not
documented, documented as visitors in the country, they're there illegally and they're
waving their nation's flag While committing great acts of violence and looting and
smashing and burning and assaulting and attempted murders, as there have been other
murders by now, what do you call that? What would you think if thousands of
Americans that happen to be living in Mexico decided to do the same thing?
What do you think would happen to us. Yeah, you already know what would happen to
us, but this is an act of war and these illegal aliens,
these alien enemies, are pretty much proving Trump's accusation that they are indeed
alien enemies. And that's why he was invoking the Alien Enemies Act to get them out
of here. Well, here's proof. I mean, here's proof that they are violent. I mean,
there was plenty of proof already, with God knows how many Americans raped and
murdered and everything else. But now look at the wholesale violence going on here
in LA. These people are waging war against this country, and the Second Amendment is
hyper -relevant right now out in that zone, but it's also very prominently relevant
in every state within this union because this stuff could expand overnight.
There's plenty of other bad actors in every single state of the union. So don't you
think for a second that this is gonna stay isolated for very long. I hope that I
have to get back on this program, get behind this mic in the next few weeks to
go, okay, Royce was wrong and I'm dog on glad I was. But for all of you in New
York City and Chicago, and Seattle, and Minneapolis, and Portland, and all the other
communist occupied territories, y 'all are in the hot zones too, you know.
Yes, you guys are in the heavily Democrat -controlled areas, and those are the areas
that always spring up into this kind of violence. And the DEMCOM officials, DEMCOM
meaning Democrat -Communist, and other street level agitators will indeed be stirring
up the stupid and the gullible into violence in all of those cities also. Now how
do I know that? Well because the Democrat Communist in Congress and in LA and in
the state of California in general are not standing by and in wistfully hoping that
their little legal alien pawns are able to overcome, no, these people are actually
on scene overseeing the violence. You understand this part? They are inciting and
fanning the flames of unrest there in LA. I'm talking about elected officials like
Mad Maxine Waters, who made an appearance there on camera,
of course, to urge the violence on by expressing solidarity with the alien enemies
as they wage their violence. Expect the same thing to happen in other red zones
too, especially when you see the mayor of LA come out daring Tom Holman to arrest
him. Well, Tom Holman says, "Game on." Oh, then Gavin Newsom.
Oh, I dare you to arrest me. Oh, he wants to be a martyr so bad.
Give him his wish, Tom, give him his wish because he's out there inciting more
violence by doing this. He's out there saying, yeah, you come arrest me. What he's
saying is I stand with these illegal invaders in my state that I am the governor
over. He's a treasonous little pig, a treasonous communist pig.
He's inciting violence. Yeah. And matter of fact, Trump said, sure, Tom, you know,
I'm all for Tom arresting him. I think so too. I think, I think noose. I'd love
to see noose some perp walked like some sort of New York City thug out of the
governor's mansion, slammed over the hood of a cop car, given a comically brutal
cavity search, tighten them handcuffs down nice and tight just to make sure his
scrawny little wrists don't come out and haul his little butt off to jail and
charge him with treason, because that's exactly what he is committing. Let this sink
in, okay?
These Democrat communists swine like him in high places. They're openly Vocalizing
their support for illegal alien enemies as they riot, smash, burn,
loot, assault cops, and employ all other manner of methods of anarchy, that makes
them complicit. That makes Mad Maxine Waters complicit and equally culpable with the
alien enemies. That also makes Gavin Newsom complicit. The mayor of Los Angeles,
complicit. Every filthy Democrat, communist in Washington, D .C. that has failed to
open their mouth and condemn this violence. Oh, but while condemning Trump's actions
the whole time, you are all complicit. You're all culpable. You are all treasonous
scum. That's what you are. The constitutional definition of treason in the United
States Constitution, you can find that in Article 3, Section 3, it says treason,
the constitutional definition thereof, is one, levying or waging war against the
United States. Well, that's what's happening right now out there in Los Angeles.
That's going on. War is being waged against country. The country that that entire
city is on fire and under violence right now. Oh,
come on. It's just a riot. How is a riot an act of war? Well, once again, what
do you call it when foreign nationals are waving their foreign flags and they start
rioting and obstructing another nation's attempts to remove them and the other illegal
foreign invaders? What do you call that? That's an act of war. Second definition is
adhering to the enemies of the United States, giving them aid and comfort. That is
definitely going on. Mad Maxine Waters, little Chris Smurphy,
little human being. My goodness. What a soy boy.
He made a statement on MSNBC and his statement basically was urging the massive
expansion of these protests. And he said, "My first message is to keep it peaceful."
Oh, fertilizer. Who do you think you're lying to here, you scumbag? You couldn't
Tell the truth, if you wanted to,
like he knows good and well, that when you get a mob of emotionally unstable,
willfully ignorant, useful idiots together that they can and will be easily stirred
up to violence. And they're gonna do that by the always present communist
provocateurs in the crowd. They always have them. They're always there doing the
agitating. And that's what's going on right now out there in LA too. Y 'all sure on
camera, Murphy creates plausible deniability, but be assured he knows what's going on
and what's going to happen. And when it does, he won't utter a peep against it.
Which speaking of which, if you need proof that they do indeed condone this present
violence. Has anyone yet noticed Murphy,
Waters, Newsome, the mayor of L .A. or any other Democrat condemning the violence in
L .A.? Have you heard any of that? Because I have not. I mean, send me, if you've
got some footage or something that says, oh no, some of them did. I'm not seeing
it or hearing it. So That speaks volumes. A lot of times silence speaks volumes.
It really does. So these Communist agitators and their tactics are employed by people
like Murphy and he's on MSNBC. And one of the things that Communist agitators like
to do is they like to declare who the enemy is. That way they can mobilize their
troops by say, Hey, this is your enemy. And I'm going to fight them for you so
you can make yourself a savior because Democrats love being saviors. They just don't
like the real one. Yeah. So they like to say this is your enemy. And this is the,
this is the person or these are the people that you are required to hate right
along with us. And they have no problem doing that because he said, this is his
comment. I mean, obviously this is a moment where we have to be on the streets all
over the country to protest. It's going to be more than protests. Y 'all stuff,
y 'alls protests are always more than protests. The protest, what's happening to our
immigrant community. Oh, yes. They're being assaulted by that evil Trump.
Yes, he's an exenophobe and a misogynistic. Oh, whatever else the word of the day
is.
He's, he is attacking the immigrant community. But more broadly,
he said, Chrissy, to protest what's happening to our democracy.
Okay, one more time for all the Democrat -Communist scumbags. We are not a democracy,
we are a representative republic and a constitutional one at that. One more time,
just like Ben Franklin said, democracy is two wolves and a lamb discussing what's
for dinner. A representative republic or liberty is a well -armed sheep protesting the
vote. Mm Mmm, I like that. But what they're trying to say here by stirring people
up, they're declaring who the enemy is. Trump and his supporters are attacking
harmless immigrants and assaulting our democracy. So we must defend the country from
his fascism. This kind of talk is designed to declare who the enemy is.
And in so doing stir up the little mugwumps. But secondly, after they declare who
the enemy is, they dehumanize their enemy. And Mr.
Smurphy says, this is the most corrupt administration in the history of the country.
No, we just went through that for four years with Biden. And before that,
For Trump's first term, we went through eight years of that with Obama. We went
through eight years with Slick Willie. Yeah, y 'all were the most corrupt
administrations in America's history. But of course,
accusations by Democrats are usually confessions. So anyway, he's dehumanizing.
These guys are corrupt. Trump is corrupt. His supporters are corrupt.
They're dehumanizing us. They're saying these people are less than productive law
-abiding citizens. It's the denigrating of your enemy. And he says we are going to
rise to this moment by being out there on the streets. But ultimately I think the
country sees what Donald Trump is trying to do here. He's looking for a fight.

I've got a little more sense than most people think this old Georgia redneck does.
I can tell not just by what a man says, but by how he says it and in conjunction
with what else he says is what he's really trying to say. And that's exactly what
Chris Murphy is trying to do. These words are of just flagrantly inflammatory.
He said there's nothing in what he is doing that is about peace or restoring order.
In other words, his intentions are violence. Well,
somebody might say, "Christie Poo, Trump isn't the one being violent. The rioters
are." Oh, and that's when he'll begin to diminish the scope of his own guilt and
the guilt of his little ponds. Well, Trump is taking a protest, Mr. Smurphy said,
that has relatively isolated people in Los Angeles over the weekend would tell you
that 99 % of them went about their day and it was pretty normal because this is
not an invasion that has taken over the entire city. Really? As of 1 /36 m this
morning. That is June 9th, 2025. There are reports coming out that violence has
engulfed literally every other city block and that the entire city is engulfed in
chaos.
How about that, Mr. Smurfing? How's that for an isolated situation, an isolated
protests. Yeah, just a small protest. Just people walking around and making noise and
waving signs. That's all they are. Well, those fires must have started themselves.
Yeah. Mr. Chrissy said, "Well, he's trying to turn a protest that is pretty small
into something that involves an even bigger confrontation so that he might actually
be able to invoke the Insurrection Act. One more time, accusations by Democrats are
confessions. He said that would be a defining story of the week if he were to do
it. Oh, wait a minute, Christy boy, wait a minute, Trump isn't the one turning a
small protest into something bigger. I mean, let me remind you of your own comment
here where you said, I mean, obviously this is a moment where we have to be on
the streets all over a country to protest. You are the one that wants this thing
to expand, you little snot wad. By the way, does this not imply that he doesn't
want to just watch LA burn, but literally the entire country? Well, yes, he does.
Well, here's an interesting update that I told you I would share with you. When I
said Pete Hegseth and President Trump were talking about sending in the military
against Newsome's against Newsom's wishes. Well, why would Newsom be against having
the national guard there? Well, he didn't like it that Trump federalized his national
guard without his permission. Oh, you poor little thing. Go put some more process in
your hair, whatever it is you use. And now he has mobilized 500 Marines into
downtown LA. Good. Thank you, Mr. President Trump.
And, of course, Newsom has some things to say about that. He's all upset. Well,
here's the article from the Gateway Pundit by Christina Layla. And she said about
500 U .S. Marines have been mobilized in response to the violent Los Angeles riots,
according to CNN. The Marines based out of Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in
California will work with the deputized National Guard troops. I like that. He
deputized the National Guard troops. California's Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom sued
the Trump administration on Monday for federalizing California National Guard troops,
and he even posted about it on X. Newsom said, "We're suing Donald Trump." Just
listen to the irony of his comments here and the hypocrisy of them. He said, "This
is a manufactured crisis." We know, y 'all manufactured it. Y 'all created this mess.
You are the ones that have stirred this crap up with your inflammatory rhetoric and
all of the lies that you pumped into the ears of your little willing idiot ponds.
This is the manufactured crisis. He's creating fear and terror to take over a state
militia and violate the U .S. Constitution. Well,
coming from one of the most constitutionally dyslexic people on the planet, your
words don't hold any weight, gov. Yeah. And what do you care about a state militia?
You have been doing your best to disarm your people there in California. And Newsom
said the illegal order he signed could allow him to send the military into any
state he wishes. Well that is entirely true. If there is unrest going on in a
state and the governor who's supposed to take care of this stuff by mobilizing
National Guard troops is a communist coward little sissy way. And Trump has to step
up here for the sake of everybody there in LA, the citizens of your state and that
city, Mr. Newsom, he has not only the right to do it, but the obligation to do it
and the duty to do it. Mike, you are just, I'm going to watch myself.
I'm going to say something I'll be repenting from later. They said roughly 500
marines out of the marine. Oh, I already read that part. They were activated,
activated, activated might. They were activated by President Donald Trump over the
weekend without the consent of California's governor or the city's mayor. Well, they
never would have given him consent, but it is the president's duty to maintain law
and order in this country and to faithfully execute the laws of the nation.
It said the deployment of the full Marine battalion marks a significant escalation in
Trump's use of the military as a show of force against protesters. They're not
protesters, but it's still unclear what their task will be once in LA.
The sources said, like the National Guard troops, they are prohibited from conducting
law enforcement activity, like making a rest unless Trump invokes the insurrection
act. That's what Mr.
Chris Murphy was afraid of right there. That's what he was afraid of. He doesn't
want Trump to do his duty and invoke the insurrection act, because then he has,
he has compounded the police forces of the Los Angeles police department and
sheriff's department with a bunch of Marines and they don't like that.
They don't like that at all. They don't want scores upon scores and thousands of
these illegal invaders arrested and kicked back across the border where they belong.
The article continues, "The violent riots in Los Angeles escalated over the weekend
in response to ICE raids. No, they weren't in response to ICE raids. These things
were already planned and they were already started. Uh, they were, I mean, they were
already, uh, incubated because of all the ICE raids that have been successfully going
on throughout the country. Um, let's see what else we've got here.
Uh, yeah, it's a little bit more to the article, but I think, I think it made the
point. So the Marxists have now begun their violence, so Islamophascist could very
easily start their violence soon because the Marxists and the Muslims have teamed up,
as I said earlier, and I wanted to keep in mind all the Islamophascists that
crossed our porous borders during the fraudulent Biden administration.
According to some reports, there are at least 2 ,000 known terrorists in this country
already, but talking with Ms. Sarah Adams, and if you don't know who she is, her
and my friend Boone Benton were on the program. Boone was one of the warriors on
that rooftop in Benghazi back in 2012, and Sarah was one of the targeting analysts
for Boone and his team. So she was a former CIA analyst,
and she said the actual number of terrorist actors in this country is closer to 8
,000, at least 1600 of which are from Afghanistan alone. All right,
8 ,000. Are you chewing on that?
Wow. I mean, there's several hundred operatives you could put in each state with
those numbers. Just just think about that. Imagine the damage they could do,
especially those that are trained in terrorist activities, and I'm not going to name
some of the things that they could do if they wanted to shut down an entire state,
but people, it wouldn't be that darn hard. I promise you that. These jihadis will
gladly expand their scope of violence, And they'll gladly bring in all kinds of car
bombs and suicide shooters and bombers and teams of jihadis attacking all the unarmed
cities in America. So you people up there in New York City, uh, y 'all need to
leave. If when this stuff starts happening, just get on out unless you're armed. Mm
hmm. Bad things are coming to these places. So The level of Marxist Muslim mayhem
that may erupt remains to be seen. But remember, don't put anything past these
people. You think about it. The nation's enemies, both foreign and domestic, staged a
pandemic during Trump's first term that virtually shut down the entire country. It
was a sham. The disease was a sham. The virus was a sham. and the vaccine did
more to kill more people than the dad gum virus did. I lost several close friends
because they went into the hospital, were immediately put on a respirator, and then
pumped full of Ram does of here that killed their kidneys off and then killed them.
Y 'all kill a lot of people. You domestic enemies, you especially Fauci.
These people also fabricated a sham investigation of Trump and his family and his
friends and they persecuted scores of conservatives within his circle. They tried to
kill him twice. By the way, do you notice how quickly the dead shooter in Butler,
Pennsylvania disappeared from the news? There's still a lot of unanswered questions
about him and those vehicles they allegedly said he drove. I'm sorry, that they said
he allegedly drove. So why would we put anything past them at all, especially in
terms of violence? Both sides of their little demonic alliance have shown their
propensity for horrific violence and it could soon be time to give them a return on
their investments when it flares up here. You gotta ask yourself, how prepared are
you? Now, remember, remember the violence that was waged against those Israelis that
fateful October 7th. And I want you to think about that happening here. Think about
mommas, daddies. Think about you being bound on the floor.
Husbands, think about you being bound on the floor as they stick your baby in a
hot oven and then begin to rape your wife while the baby is screaming right in
front of you, that's what they did in Israel. They would be glad to do that here
also. And they would have the blessing of their little Marxist comrades to go along
with it. And they would probably join in the festivities also. So how prepared are
you? What do you got for this state of emergency that may be upon us soon? I
mean, even here in Florida, We're vulnerable to large cities, Miami,
Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville. All of them are big Democrat metropolises.
I tell you what, crap could flare up there real quickly and real easily. They know
where the gun -free zones are. They can walk into all of them and start killing a
lot of kids. Don't think they won't. Do I know that this is going to happen
definitively? No, and I pray to God I'm so wrong, I feel like an idiot later. But
how prepared are you for this? In your home state, whatever state you're in, is
there a Democrat communist metropolis in your state? For all of you out there in
Colorado, it apparently is Boulder. But are you ready? What have you got?
You got plenty of ammo? How much is plenty of ammo? Well, hopefully it's more than
a couple of 50 round boxes, you're going to need more than that. What about other
basic necessities, food and water and clean water source? You got all that?
Is it renewable? Is it replenishable? What about your food source? Is it
replenishable that you have enough to keep you going for a few months or even a
year if necessary? What do you have? What about your neighbors? Can you align with
them to defend your neighborhood? What about communications between you all?
you flat out, this is what could happen. Now, what are you going to do about it?
That's what I'm going to ask all of you out there today. I want to ask you there
in LA in the surrounding area in LA. What are you doing? What are you going to be
doing to get ready? Are you hunkered down? Are you leaving? Are you bugging out?
What you tell me, what are you going to do? Do you have a plan at all?
If you don't have a plan, well, let's put it this way. Who said it? He said he
who fails to plan plans to fail. And I believe that's true also. I've got a plan
in place. Does that mean everything's going to go according to my plan? No, but I
have alternative plans and alternative routes and things like that. I've got backup
contingency plans. What have you got? Again, I say we are literally One incident
away from a civil war in this country, people, don't think it cannot flare up
overnight 'cause it darn sure could. They would be the ones bringing the violence
and starting the crap, be assured of that. But what happens if you wake up tomorrow
morning and this is happening in every state and in multiple cities across the
United States with all these bad actors from other countries, not to mention the
domestic enemies here. What are you gonna do? Well you better start getting a plan
together. That's the best advice I can give you. And you stay in contact with your
reps and you stay armed up. You stay trained up. You keep your head on a swivel
when you're outside of your home. And never forget, incoming rounds always have the
