You heard the man, he said, "Let's go, so let's go." We are locked, loaded and
loud on the Shooting Straight Radio podcast. This program is all about firearms with a
heavy emphasis on the Second Amendment. I am Royce, your host, a veritable super
-spreader of constitutional propriety. Boring it to you from both barrels with 100 %

communist day of rage fizzled in all of the primarily red states for sure.
And for the most part, the whole thing was mostly peaceful. I will grant them that
much. Several blue states saw some violence, which we definitely expected.
But I really do believe that President Trump's heavy response in LA had a chilling
effect on all the other states and the blue cities also. I think all the governors
and mayors and all of the Communist -occupied territories witnessed how Trump invoked
the 10th Amendment powers that are rightfully his. He federalized the state Guard in
California and then sent the Marines in and they shut that crap down real quick,
which is exactly what needs to happen to these kind of so -called protests.
Look, if you want to protest and walk and march with signs, I will fight for your
right to do that. I don't care how idiotic I find your message to be. Really,
I mean, there's some of the stupidity I saw flanking the sides of US one in Coco
in Brevard County, my home county, uh, were purely idiotic beyond measure.
But every one of those people remained calm. They remain stupid, but they did remain
calm and didn't try to start throwing things at anybody. Now that might've had a
lot to do with how Sheriff Ivy addressed any potential violence that they were
planning. I'm probably paraphrasing a lot of what he said, but he basically said,
"You start any violence, you're going to jail. If you resist my deputies, you're
going to jail. If you run from us, you're going to jail tired. If you spit on one
of us, you're going to the hospital and then you're going to jail. If you strike
one of us, you're going to the hospital and then you're going to jail. If you
throw a brick or take a shot at one of us, your next of kin will be notified as
to where they can claim your remains. If you mob a vehicle in Brevard County,
you'll probably be run over and dragged down the street. Yes, I appreciate that,
Sheriff. I'm happy to say that he's a friend of mine, and I tell you what, he is
a constitutional sheriff. Whenever I see him, he gives me a big hug, and he always
wraps his hand around to my right side to make sure I'm packing. Now seriously, he
does. Now, seriously, he does, but he let it be known and also Governor DeSantis
let it be known that if you try to mob vehicles the way you idiots do out there
in LA and other communist occupying territories, the people of Florida have every
right to run over you to escape the mob if they deem it necessary.
And that is Florida law, by the way. If you have to extract yourself from a
dangerous situation, you're not required to sit there in your freaking vehicle while
there's flinging bricks and rocks and heavy objects into your vehicle, possibly
incapacitating you and dragging you and your family out. And God only knows where it
goes from there. I think at a minimum, you're all going to be in the hospital
together, if not in the graveyard. So here in Florida, you mob a vehicle and
surround a vehicle with the intent on doing harm to the occupants. They have every
right to run you slap over. And that's the way it should be. And that's what the
governor reinforced also before Saturday's protest,
the No Kings protest. Well, that No Kings crap is kind of silly because everybody
that was out there talking about we shouldn't have Kings gladly subjugated themselves
to mask mandates and other COVID criteria when the orders came down from on high.
They gladly subjugated themselves to the will of Obama and to Biden and everybody
else and everything they wanted to do. They were totally happy with King Biden and
King Obama
arresting thousands of people for a demonstration in Washington, DC,
called the January 6th thing. They were okay with people there not receiving their
due process, but for some reason, non -citizens not receiving due process whipped them
into a frenzy. Well, we know good and well it had nothing to do with their
constitutional sensibilities. It had everything to do with agitators, ginning them up
and getting them all pissed off at Donald Trump. And all of them share one common
thread, and that is they hate Donald Trump. When you ask him to articulate that,
now it gets different. I actually posted something on social media that essentially
challenged anybody to show me you claim, if you claim that Trump is violating the
constitution, you need to articulate that. Well one person got on there and a person
who I'm actually friends with and he violated the emoluments clause. He violated
this, this, this, this, this, and I went down there and said, okay, show me and
articulate exactly how he did that. Crickets. Nothing.
Yeah, shocking that the leftist would have no constitutional sensibility at all. But
that's the problem here. They're constitutionally ignorant, but yet they think they're
out there defending it. I tell you what, lies have divided this country something
awful. It really has. Worse yet, stupid gullible people who take everything at face
value and let everybody else do their thinking for them are pretty dangerous people
also.
So for all of you leftists out there exercising your right to protest,
no matter how stupid you may seem or your cause may seem to me, I will never
fault you for the exercising that right. I think you should probably rethink what
you're protesting so you don't look stupid, But if you're as long as you're not
trying to become violent and impose your will by force, we get along just fine.
But when you start to wage unrestrained violence against me, my family, my city,
my neighborhood, whatever, well, you're going to find me in contrary array against
you very quickly. Now, in other states, there was the expected violence. There was
some unrest in Portland, Oregon. There was,
of course, Los Angeles and Austin, Texas and other places like that. But for the
most part, the country did not ignite. And I'm very grateful for that. That doesn't
mean it can't happen down the road because it darn sure could. We have had
communists infiltrate our government Since the early 1930s.
I don't know if you understand that or not. If you if you realize that Shortly
after the Bolshevik Revolution, they began planting their agents over here Many of
our elected officials these days are communists We have people in our cia who were
flaming communists. John Brennan is one of them There are so many communists within
our government within our federal government within every agency within our military
even and they do need to be taken out of there. Say what you want.
They don't need to be in our military and causing the underhandedness and undermining
the constitution and undermining the commander -in -chief and everything else that
they're doing right now. And we've seen instances of this. Military people actively
trying to commit subterfuge and undermine Donald Trump and his directives for the
military, flat -out ignoring the fact that he is the commander in chief.
So if I said to say it fizzled, it didn't do anything major.
I mean, if nothing else, the Snow King's nonsense should exhibit plainly that there
are millions of Americans who hate their own country. They've had their little hungry
ears pumped full of communist propaganda and it has done its what should I say
insidious work within them with the help of the so -called education system and the
inculcation of Marxist dogma in our schools and they're literally being groomed to
turn against their own people in their own country, in their own government. And
this is why I say just because it fizzled Friday or Saturday,
doesn't mean they're gonna stop. They're not gonna lose heart.
The agitators are strategically placed, many of them in the halls of Congress,
many of them in state legislatures. And they're constantly going to be Jenning up
these useful idiots for lack of a better term and Jenning them up into violence,
it's going to continue. And the more, that's what I say,
the more we, the closer we come to being disarmed, you watch this is going to
happen. The more bold they're going to be, the more violent they're going to become
and it's going to get bloody in this country. I promise you that right now.
Communists like to make lists. You know that, right? I'm sure I'm on at least one
of them. I bet you right now, they've already got their hit list lined up for the
day that they feel that they're finally going to overthrow this country. They have
lists a mile long of people who are going to be shipped off to camps or killed
outright in their own home. Because you know what happened Saturday?
One successful assassination attempt of a Democrat lawmaker and her husband and a
second failed attempt, but it did result in a wounding of another couple. Simply
because they sided with Republicans against the illegal aliens.
My, my, my. If they'll kill their own, you think they're going to blink an eye
about killing you and me? No, no, no, no. They won't think twice about it and
they'll do it with relish and gusto.
Again, remember, I said it a few minutes ago, all of this happened in the Communist
occupied territories where there's heavy gun control is where all this violence takes
place. This was a microcosm of the violence that will be carried out if and when
we are ever disarmed.
The communists have stated their goals. They want to disarm us, they want to destroy
us, and they want to destroy the Constitution, and they want to literally annihilate
conservatives from the face of the earth, people who stand for freedom, people who
stand for God, country, family. Yeah, we are their enemies. They have declared it
so. And now these desperate little socialists are going to be regrouping, I assure
you, they're going to be replanning, they're going to be bolstering their front in
order to take this country down and we the people should be doing the same thing.
Now we need to start preparing now too because we're stupid if we know that their
aims are to start this crap up again and we do nothing about preparing for it. So
how many of you, first let me throw this out there, how many of you truly felt
you were ready for any political violence that came your way? Not that I can see
your hands, but a lot of you are out there nodding. Yep, I was ready. Yeah, I
will tell you, I'm very grateful That I have plenty of body armor that I have
plenty of ammo plenty of arms and plenty of trauma supplies Including Narcan.
I've even added that to my trauma kit Yeah, I felt pretty good, but I started
thinking how many of my neighbors are prepared. I Think there might be one or two
within my neighborhood. I think there should be a lot We're going to have to form
small groups if this thing ever comes to fruition like they want it to. Did you
have a plan? Were you planning on bugging in or bugging out? Which one's more
practical? Well, for me, I'm a bug in kind of person because there ain't no sense
in leaving a veritable fortress that I've got here, bristling with armament surrounded
by solid poured concrete walls that will turn any known small arms round.
I have no desire to try to pack up as much crap as I can into our vehicles and
then head out into the unknown with nowhere to really go. And what if you get up
on the highway and everything's shut down? What if there had to be a mass
evacuation?
Because of violence. These are all things to start considering right now. Not only
that, I know there, there was probably, I probably got 10 different messages sent to
me and I'm not gonna say via what platform, saying hey we're ready over here and
we're ready over here and we're ready over here and we're ready over here and we
established comms and we knew what we were going to do in the event that things
got violent. Now, did I really feel things were going to be violent? No,
no, I didn't really feel it, but something felt off and different about this one.
And so I made some extra preparation. So what about you? Are you prepared? What
about your family? What about your neighborhood? What about your city, your state?
Let's start thinking about these things now. Let's start coming up with some plans
or we can muster, have different There's different zones even,
literally, just create and establish zones. It's easier to cover things then if we
have to. I'm not going to go too -- I wanted to say a bunch more stuff there,
but I don't want to go too deep because I don't like exposing plans. I like to
maintain operational security. But I am going to be talking with some people who are
definitely experts in urban warfare, And I'll be getting their perspective on how to
handle such things in the event of chaos and violence like LA Witness.
Now, frankly, I think that the fact that there are so many armed conservatives,
I think that kept a lot of the nonsense at bay. I really do, especially in the
red states. Again, where was the heaviest concentration of violence in all the blue
areas. Well, not at all the blue, but it was all in blue areas. That's where,
well, what do they all have in common besides they're all stupid Democrats? That's
right. Heavy gun control, heavy gun control, soft targets are always the best.
But I think they realized that said, you know what, a lot of these people and they
read the chat or online. The people were saying, go on, wear your Huckleberry, bring
that violence to us, watch what happens. You're going to get a much different
response than your comrades out there in LA got. I think that went very far in
keeping them at bay and keeping them quasi sane on Saturday.
So I think that they really need to have us disarmed completely before they try
anything super heavy -handed. This may have even been a dry run for all we know to
see how many different areas would actually participate and get violent. Who knows?
But if you think they're done, you don't know your enemy. They're not done. They're
gonna regroup, they're gonna re -plan, they're gonna re -strategize. This is what they
do, and they are your enemy, sadly. They,
even recently, even the domestic enemies in this country,
they purposely incited and assisted in a foreign government attacking our constitution.
And all the people in the Brady, Kami Kamimamis and Giffords groups were very
complicit in all this. And by the way, that's an active rank treason because they're
waging war against our supreme law and the security of a free state. And I've got
something to say about that for sure. I don't know if some of y 'all followed, and
I know I'm segwaying into something else now. I'm not going to stay on the rioting
crap, but
uh, being goaded by American operatives in the,
in the civilian disarmament cartels brought suit against American gun makers here in
the United States and SCOTUS shot it down. Supreme Court shot it down and said,
nope, there is an established law in place that forbids this And it's called the
Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act. So that law was put in place so that
the arms industry could not be sued into financial destruction with junk lawsuits
because that was the attempt made upon it under the Clinton administration.
Now, I want you to remember,
Anybody trying to disarm you is your enemy and has your demise in mind. And all of
these civilian disarmament cartels are doing exactly that. They have your demise in
mind. Not just your disarmament, but your demise. Just like all the other socialists,
just like the ones that were rioting on all last week and in Saturday, they all
have our demise in mind. They would think nothing if they could get away with it,
with killing us all out in the middle of the street. They are that unhinged, they
are that violent. And all those people in the commie mummies and the Giffords and
Brady, they are all cut from the same fabric. They would gladly sit by and watch
you and your entire family slaughtered in the street. Don't you think they wouldn't?
These are not decent people. They are not morally minded people I'm telling you
don't don't think any differently, but the Mexico was shot down by the Supreme Court
and
Now that is trying to be Exploited by the left also and of course there's they've
had they've had their catarwaling moments about that But I want to give huge brownie
points for our apparently second amendment clueless DOJ because they're actually
defending the second amendment, maybe not to its instant degree, but it is a start.
And so I'm happy to say that the DOJ has done some very pro second amendment
things over the last couple of days, and they've gotten involved in basically doing
the Supreme courts work for them because they issued a friend of the court,
I'm not a friend of the court, but an amicus brief for a litigant in a second
amendment case. And here's the article by Ken Edwards. It says DOJ says Illinois Gun
and Magazine Band violates second amendment. And basically what they're doing is they
are doing what the Supreme Court should have already done. And that is send notice
to those lower courts that have continually upheld assault weapons bans and tell them
you're not allowed to do that. Have you noticed also,
since that inaction by the Supreme Court, have you noticed how many states have
suddenly put forth and proposed assault weapons bans and Rhode Island is one of
them. There's been like four or five of them. I don't have them all at my
fingertips right now where I named them, but they become emboldened by the Supreme
Court's inaction on that case. And by that case,
I'm talking about the one in Maryland that challenged their assault weapons ban.
So This is quite a historic step because I don't know any other president that has
done something like this or any other president's department of justice, but they are
making their own declaration that the Illinois ban on semi -automatic rifles,
you know, assault weapons and high capacity magazines, they are saying and telling
them this violates the Second Amendment. Good. I'm glad they at least understand that
much, even though they don't get machine guns and silencers down pat. But anyway,
they are saying, and they're sending this as a friend to the litigant. It's an
amicus brief. An amicus brief is basically a legal document. It's filed in court
cases by people who are not a party in the suit, but they do have a strong
interest in the case's outcome, because it will affect them and other litigation they
might be bringing about. The purpose of such briefs is to provide the court with
additional insights, arguments, information that might help them make the right
decision. They are typically submitted by individuals and other organizations,
civil rights organizations that may not be directly involved in the case but they
want to have an influence in the courts ruling and I can understand what to do
that especially how many courts in this country have no sensibility at all when it
comes to the Second Amendment. I know it's kind of shocking isn't? Well we're gonna

We've been discussing right before the break how the Trump DOJ has submitted an
amicus brief in a case about the second amendment. And it's a second amendment case
regarding Illinois' ban on assault weapons and so -called large capacity magazines,
that is to them, any magazine that holds more than 10 rounds. Don't you just love
when these people who don't know crap about firearms and don't know crap about using
firearms or shooting firearms or the Constitution and the Second Amendment for that
matter, think that they're qualified to make laws regarding firearms and the Second
Amendment. Isn't that something most of them are dumber in the bag of hammers when
it comes to those things? But anyway, this amicus brief, it was filed Friday,
I think was the 13th. Yeah, Friday the 13th. How wonderful. And they filed it with
the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. And as the article says, it marks the first time
that the Department of Justice has formally opposed a ban on so -called assault
weapons. And comes as part of Donald Trump's executive order directing all federal
agencies to take the appropriate steps to safeguard the right to keep and bear arms.
In the brief, the DOJ argues that there are three very good reasons why the
appellate court should reverse course and affirm the district court's permitted
injunction. It is despite overturning U .S. District Judge Stephen McGlynn's earlier
decision granting a preliminary injunction against a gun and magazine ban.
The DOJ brief declares that the Seventh Circuit simply got it wrong in a previous
case dealing with an assault weapons ban and that is Robert Beavis versus Naperville
and his challenge against Illinois assault weapons ban in which the court declared
that AR -15s and other semi -automatic long guns are militaristic firearms that fall
beyond the scope of the Second Amendment's protection. How in the world do you get
that. I mean, goodnight. I know we talk about this all the time on this program,
but this is willful ignorance for any court to come to these conclusions,
especially when you do have the very plain text and the history regarding the Second
Amendment. You have those at your fingertips, but yet you ignore it.
Now I mean you people, I'm going to talk about too many courts ignore it. They
willfully ignore it. They literally ignore the plain wording of the Second Amendment
and they have to in order to come to some of the rulings that they do. So the
article continues, "This position fails when the text history and precedent is applied
there too." That Oh, absolutely.
You apply text and history to any of this stuff and it blows it out of the water.
The article continues, "The Second Amendment's Prefatory Clause," and if you don't
know what that is, that is the first part where it says, it basically lays out the
reason for the amendment, "A well -regulated militia being necessary to the security
of a free state." Okay, a well -regulated militia means a well -armed,
well -coordinated, well -trained militia. And whether that arming is personal and the
training is personal doesn't matter. It's them being, it's us being trained and able
to, if necessary, pick up our arms and fight against any enemies of the
Constitution, both foreign and domestic. So the Second Amendment's preparatory clause
certainly does not limit the scope of its operative clause, which is, of course,
the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, as the
Supreme Court made clear in Heller. Now, you know me, I've already said before,
Heller is not my favorite Second Amendment decision because of certain, What should I
say, fallacious standards that came out of it, but we'll get back into that another
time. I said, but the Supreme Court was just as clear that the Prefatory Clause's
text nevertheless announces one of the Second Amendment's purposes, and that is,
it says, "And logic demands that there be a link between the stated purpose and the
directive therein. Well, that's right out of the first chapter of the book of Daw.
If the purpose is that a well -regulated, well -regulated militia is necessary to the
security of our free state, then by logic, it,
it, it states the purpose where it says the right of the people to keep and bear
arms shall not be not be infringed. That means by anybody, anytime, anywhere,
especially under color of law and /or authority. That includes gun control,
bills, and laws. Again, I really do think we'd have a chance if we all pulled our
money together and sued the entire federal government into oblivion for all of the
gun control laws that they have enacted and enforced in spite of there being clear
directives against it. So it says the Second Amendment's militia -related text as
interpreted by the Supreme Court, suggests that the government may not prohibit
weapons simply because it considers them, quote, "militaristic," end quote.
Well, shoot, for that matter, the federal government has no rightful authority to
prohibit the people from owning any weapons of war as far as I am concerned, as
far as the founders were concerned and as far as the text of the Second Amendment
and the history thereof is concerned. This false claim that military style weapons
fall outside of Second Amendment protections, as too many people in black robes with
gavels have stated, that literally to issue such an order.
You would have to literally remove the prefatory clause entirely from the Second
Amendment in order to establish that as true in the least. Even in the United
States versus Miller. Remember when he had a short barreled shotgun and the judge
says that's not suited for militia service. Basically what the judge said is he
stated that only those firearms that are best suited to the militia or military
application are protected under the Second Amendment. That's really what that said.
And the Seventh Circuit Court basically ignored that and other appellate courts have
simply ignored that in order to uphold all of these bans against these assault
weapons in Maryland and in Illinois, Chicago, and soon to be in all the other
states that are any challenges have arisen against, and of course the Supreme Court's
inaction in ruling against Maryland has emboldened them all.
So, This is what we're dealing with, unfortunately, but I am happy to see that the
Department of Justice has issued an amicus brief and showing its solidarity with
Beavis there in this challenge, Robert Beavis, in this challenge to Illinois Assault
Weapons Band, and I hope it goes a long way. The only problem is When are they
going to take it up? When are they going to take it up? Now I know the amicus
brief was filed with the Seventh Circuit, which is going to be deciding this, but
what happens if the Seventh Circuit drops the ball?
And believe me, if there's a bunch of liberals on that thing, it's going to drop.
What then? What do we do then? Well, then hopefully
they'll also file an amicus brief with the Supreme Court, but well, wait a minute
though, they might not take that up for another year or two, or even more, as per
Justice Kavanaugh. What are you going to do then? What are we going to do then? By
the way, what are we going to do when finally they have passed every law that they
need to in order to disarm us all of the laws banning our arms and ammo passed
all these laws keeping us from owning anything probably but a little single shot 22
if that and when they've taken all of our edged weapons and our blunt weapons from
our hands like they've done in the UK now and they've completely made us helpless
what do you think is going to happen. Well, let's put it this way. If we comply,
we're gonna die. If we comply with their directives, if we comply with their gun
control laws, we're going to die.
I don't know how else to put that to you. Our demise is their goal. Disarmament is
only another step there too. Yeah, they're not gonna be happy with disarmament.
Disarmament is just the next step to our destruction. I hope you understand this
because it's absolutely true. So when they've passed all the laws, when they've
passed all the last gun control laws that say well you have to comply with these
or you're violating the law, well the only logical step at that point is to take
up our arms to resist the enforcement of those laws. And don't be surprised if they
would love to see that. What happened over last week in Los Angeles and Saturday,
that is just a drop in the bucket compared to what they really would have loved to
have seen. I think they would love to plunge this country into another civil war.
I really do. Yeah, there's plenty of stupid ones out there, but I'm going to tell
you right now, don't you think for a second that they're not training some of these
Antifa pukes? There's plenty of communists in our military who have taken the
training that we have paid to give them, and they are passing it on to their
little mugwumps. The very real threat of Islamophascist violence against us is still
here. I'm trying to get Sarah Adams. I'm going to try to call her and get her on
the program again and have her tell you what they're planning. They're planning
another very big event here in the United States. So like I said in the last
episode, it's not just the communists, it's the Islamofascist. I guess they're going
to band together and call it Islamism. I don't know. But believe me, they'll beat
each other's throat shortly thereafter. Anyway, they are going to ally themselves.
They already have in order to attack this country, to bring it to its knees, to
undermine it, to undermine President Trump and everything else. They're not going to
stop until they have attained their goal or until they've all been either stuffed
into prisons or wiped out during the violence they tried to initiate. That's really
what it boils down to. I'd love to tell you that all these actions by the court
and this filing of amicus briefs to the seventh circuit and all this other stuff
has some bearing, but I'm going to tell you, I'm telling you what I'm seeing right
now. They're going to keep going and keep going and keep going and keep going until
they are doing exactly what the military and the law enforcement were doing after
Hurricane Katrina, and that is rounding people up and taking their firearms. That's
what they were doing. And it was for the express purpose of keeping the rape gangs
safe. Do your own research on that if you think I'm making that crap up. Again,
I'm going to remind you, there were plenty of people in law enforcement involved in
those rape gangs. How do you like that. If you think the government is filled with
high, what should I say, highly moral people, if you think that they really have
America's best interest at heart, again, I say, I don't think you know our enemy
very well. They don't. They have their own best interests at heart.
And they're, well, what Did I say not the brightest of the bunch?
They're not our best. A lot of them are absolute criminals themselves. I don't see
how anybody making a senator salary can become a multi -millionaire in just a few
terms. I don't get that. There's something bad going on. And again, I say,
I think the more that President Trump uncovers of the deep state and everything
that's going on up there, I think the more of this violence is going to show
itself. I think a lot of this violence was a diversion from things.
I really do. I think a lot of this, again, I think a lot of this remains to be
seen. Whatever we're going to find out and what whoever's going to go to jail and,
but these people are not going to go quietly. They're going to raise hell. They're
going to try to cause violence and strife in this country to cover their own
backsides, and people we need to start can will not start. We need to continue to
plan and be ready for this violence. So I'm going to be calling some of you over
the next few months. And first time, like I said, I'm going to sit down with some
people who know how to deal with these kinds of situations. And we're going to
start creating some videos or some handouts or something or some emails that explains
how to, how we could all bend together to augment any of the security forces,
whether that be law enforcement or military forces in a high violence zone like Los
Angeles. So we've got some planning to do. They are not gonna stop planning. We
should not stop planning either. We should stay very hyper aware of who they are
and what they are and what they plan to do to us and we can't lose sight of
that. Our enemies are not just at the gates people, they walk among us and do not
ever forget that. They want us disarmed, they want us destroyed, they want us
annihilated. Stay in contact with your reps, stay armed up,
stay loaded up, make sure you got plenty of magazines on your person when you leave
your house. Make sure you got trauma supplies and never forget, incoming rounds
