ATF Criminality Against Rockin' Rod Row

Royce Season 11 Episode 736

Send us a text

If you'd like a first-hand look at what tyranny looks like, simply listen to this episode and you'll understand just how outlandishly despotic ATF agents are. They really do believe they can break any law, ordinance, and even their own oh-so-vaunted "rules" that somehow have the force of law against everyone but them.

Only the facts about the Second Amendment. And never, ever forget that all gun
control laws are nothing less than an overt acts of aggression against the American
people and their rights. Exercise your rights in a safe way. Stupidity to think that
someone hell -bent on violating the law against murder will magically be stopped by a
gun control.
Shootin' Straight show.
Let's go! Let's go!
Well, you heard the man, he said, let's go, so let's go. We are locked,
loaded, and we are loud on the Shooting Straight Radio podcast. This is the program
all about firearms, the Second Amendment, and all things pertaining there too. I I
am Royce, you're also cute, cuddly, huggable, lovable, squeezable, magnanimous host,
still saturated with gunshot residue, toxic masculinity, and a faint yet,
oh so wildly tantalizing whiff of the cologne of my people. That would be hops
number nine. You'd better believe it, baby. Hey, don't forget to follow the program
on social media. On Farsebook, You can check out the page there, and it looks just
like the facing page of the websites. He is no missing it. Also on Instagram, and
you can follow there. Give it a like, give it a share, and a follow, and I sure
will appreciate that. And I have a special guest waiting on you. I'll reintroduce
him to you in just a moment, and I say reintroduce because he was once a staple
on this program, and we'll be again soon. I want to give you a reminder that there
is, there are, boy, my grammar is really great today. There is no sales tax on
guns and ammo until the end of the year, until end of 2025, December 31st.
So get down to your local gun store, especially the ones that sponsor this program,
which is most of them in Brevard County. But anyway, Yeah, check them out. They've
got all kinds of great deals going on. Get your guns, get your ammo. Let me put
it in perspective for you. You buy a thousand dollar AR -15. The state says you owe
them 70 bucks just for the privilege and the honor of purchasing that at your gun
store. That's the kind of savings I'm talking about. Get down to your local gun
store and take care of your Second Amendment business, if you know what I mean.
All righty. many
And so I really don't hate the ATF like you do. Well, I've been an FFL.
Worse than that, I've got a dear friend who was an FFL and recently had his FFL
license taken from him. He had to surrender it, I'm sorry. And he's gone through
the ringer with these people. I'm going to tell you right now, you and I and
everybody else out there, if you have a good friend who's going through something
bad, you feel it too.
I have my good friend Rock and Rod Rao, the godfather of the Dirty Hippie Mafia on
the program. He was a regular staple when I was on WM &B and IHeart Radio for
seven years. And he has been on this podcast many times before, and we were having
a go at the ATF about how they had been handling him during an audit.
Now, again, you may ask, Why should I even care? Well, because it can easily happen
to you. Even if you're not an FFL dealer, all you need is some unscrupulous agent
deciding he can make a name for himself by prosecuting you for contrived crimes,
and they'll do it. These people have no principles. They have no morals.
The ones that actually do have morals end up leaving the agency and writing books
about it and being whistleblowers like Peter Forcelli. So I am honored to have here
on the program today, Mr. Rockin Rod Rao, as I said before, he is the godfather of
the dirty hippie mafia. Rod Rao, welcome back to the program, brother. It is really
great to be here and I truly,
I have pretty good vocabulary, not all of which is profane, but the majority is,
but to have the opportunity that you're going to give me today when we talk about
this ahead of time, to give people insight into what I went through and continue to
go through and to hopefully get people to understand, well, why don't you do this?
Well, I've done a lot of it. Why don't you get an attorney for that? Nobody wants
to touch it. How can they do that? That's not right. You don't understand. and
hopefully I can get people to get this is
legally anyway yeah we're going to stay away from that okay um that's for other
people to decide if
you need no no go ahead you have idea how hard this is to walk away from it's
it's like it's it's the uncomfortable truth behind it everybody just walks away
shaking there they can't do that well they can and they do But they, no, you don't
understand. And it's,
like I said, it's really, you can't understand really how much I appreciate the
opportunity just to disseminate the information. Pretty good phrase, right?
Because this could happen to you. This is happening to me under these circumstances.
The federal government's bureaucracies all operate under this they know they nobody
can do anything to them they can do whatever they want to someone um
one of the first things i established when i was going when all of this started
was so you can lie to me but if i lie to you it's felony right correct i said
okay i understand that and he kind of looked to me and went well how would you
know that i said well you grow up in south florida you understand that. I mean,
it's just, that's how criminals operate. Now, what he did not understand was I was
talking about him. Not me. You know, and it continues on to where if I've ever run
into him or if I know someone's an ATF agent and I say something that isn't
truthful, do you realize I'm committing perjury? You do now, slick. Just on a casual
conversation. Casual conversation. Even though that doesn't fit the statutory definition
of perjury. Nope. I have willfully and deliberately given false statement to a
federal agent that I knew as a federal agent. Yeah. Now here's where it gets hicky.
You run into somebody. You think they're a fed. You go, hey, you're a fed? No.
Okay. What if they lied? They're allowed to lie. Oh, of course they are. So now I
treat them like they're not a Fed. Say whatever I say. Boom, all of a sudden I'm
in trouble. It's just,
it's incessant. It's,
part of it's debilitating because after a while you realize you're probably not going
to win. You know, I mean, this all centers around my personal collection that I
owned before I had my license. Yes, let's go there for a second. Because people
don't understand, this was back in 23, I believe, right? 23 is when I turned my
license in. You surrendered the license after an audit because they were planning on
making your life hell. As I recall, they would have been threatening you with all
kinds of things. Essentially, the way it went down was after 11 years, they finally
did an audit. I failed it miserably. Now, the kicker is you look at what they're
supposed to do. They're supposed to come in with new dealers within six months or a
year and make sure they're doing everything right. Well, they dragged their feet for
11 years. which the
You know, if I catch, if I see anything here that makes me think that you're
trafficking, which they looked for to no end and came up bone dry because I didn't
do it. But, you know, I mean, considering that each mistake on each form is a
fine, and I think I still hold the record for Southern Florida. No,
dude, I got tagged for dotting eyes and crossing
Yeah, a smir -a little thing, yeah. I mean, it's just when it was all pretty much
done, I was talking to the agent that did it all. And he goes, get up for us to
give you a license back at suicide. I said, why? He goes, all somebody has to do
is look up, because this is all public record. He was the number of violations you
have. They might actually come to us and go, what are you doing doing this? I'm
like, well, how come when I'm asking you questions about what you're doing you don't
care. Mm -hmm. Well, that's a different time for a different day. Oh, they're above
you. Didn't you know that? You're supposed to grovel before them. I figure I'm
dealing with an agency that assassinated a woman holding her baby.
Once I understood that, and I understood that the day I read the Ruby Ridge book,
I went, man, this is not going to be fun having to deal with these people. Nope.
This is bad. Yeah. Well, especially under the Biden administration when he had issued
a dictate that they were to go forth under a zero tolerance policy.
And a lot of people, including yourself, unfortunately, got knocked out of business
for it, had their livelihoods taken from them and upended. And some of these were
family stores with multiple generations working in them. Most of them are probably.
Yeah, and they had no compunction at all about going in and just following orders.
And this is one of the reasons, another reason, that I hate, loathe, and despise
and abominate those people. They have no morals. They don't have any conscience.
They don't have a sensibility. And they definitely don't give half a crap in an
east wind about the Constitution, the Supreme Law, the land. They don't care about
any federal laws. They break them with impunity. And they can do that and get away
with it, but not you. And they also violate their own rules that they create for
us, but they'll violate them. So tell me they're not lawless. They rule because of
rules and interpretations, not because the law. Right. I ain't got shit to do with
the law. It has to do Um,
I've got a nice old collection of revolvers. I've had them for 25, 30 years. I
want to sell them. I'm done with guns. I need the four that I need for my house,
two that are going to my grandkids, and I'm done. I don't want to be involved in
the business. I don't want the hassle having to take care of it. You know, I'm
getting older. I don't want to take care of them. I don't want to have to worry
about where I'm, if I move, I have to take them with me. You know, I'm just, I'm
done with all of that. I want to move them on. I want to put them in the hands
of people that see it and go, oh, my God, where did you find that?
And they won't allow me to do that. And so why are they claiming to not allow you
to even sell your own personal firearms? Because they are interpreting engaged in the
business of. And that's what this whole thing comes down to. They get to interpret,
oh, well, there's no way you sold that for less than you paid for it. And it's an
individual interpretation at that. It's not an agency -wide interpretation. Every single
one is different. And good luck defending yourself with what he said if she said
something different. And it's, it's, there's no winning. I know. When I was in NFL.
This is the thing that really, sorry to interrupt you. No, that's okay. My train of
thought is running. Roll it. Roll it. I forgot what I was going to say. And I'm
not kidding. It's just on. These sons of, seniors get under my ski. Well,
me too. And my brain just goes, you perfect. When I, when I was in FFL and dealt
with them, I could, I would call one agent and say, well, I needed clarification on
X rule, B, C, or X, Y, Z Oh, well, I think it means da -da -da.
Well, I'll tell you what, here's a number called this guy or this gal and got
passed around to literally five different people, and each one gave me a different
explanation as to what they thought it. Well, actually, one of them said, well, I'm
just, he said, I'm not going to interpret that for you. You're going to have to
call somebody else. I'm like, but you're an ATF agent. You're supposed to know. This
is stuff that you guys wrote. Read the back of the form. My favorite aide. The guy
said it a thousand times. Just read that. Yeah. But it doesn't.
So that's what - It doesn't say anything. So imagine now they have orders from on
high and they have to shut down a certain amount of FFLs or as many as they can.
And I guarantee -blip -de -blank and Tia we're going to find out later they were
getting bonuses for these. I promise you, mark my word. There was something in it
for them. There was something in it for them or It would have been so zealous to
do it. Something else that they really wanted to do. I'm an explosive expert and
I'm doing audits. I think it's going to come out. I'd like to audit a bunch of
those agents involved. But anyway, this is a monster you're dealing with. And when
they came and basically told you you need to surrender your license and everything,
you thought that was just going to be it, huh? So you would think, but that's not
actually how it went down. It went down with, well you really have four choices
here
i can rest you for bad books i can find a crime here i can do it and i can
forcibly take your license away from i can revoke it so it doesn't really say this
but i do that you can never get it again my response was do i look like i just
whizzed on an electric fence and no longer have a brain that functions i never want
to see you people again. Why would I get a license again? So everybody asked me,
well, you know, they're going to have this grace period. Screw you. You never had
to deal with them in the first place. It's not that easy. They're not being nice.
Quit thinking these are nice people. Yeah. Quit thinking they're giving you a break.
Quit thinking that they're coming to help you out. No. No, they're not.
They have no interest in that. And it's just, you know, And like I said, when I
was going through, I'm like, I've got all these guns. When this is all said and
done, I want to sell them. I want to be done with it. Not a problem. Just be
aware that there's a big mark on your back. I'm like, okay, fine. I mean, I've
been dealing with undercovers with them for a while. Well,
what started it was apparently somebody complained that I was acting as a dealer
without a license because I sold some of the later model guns that I had that I
took had to have signed out to myself when I took the path of here's the license
I'm not going to get charged and this was not a deal take the license and we
won't charge you criminally there was nothing criminal to charge me with trust me
this pricks would have done it can I say pricks what's that can I say pricks yeah
okay um they would have done it Their thing was,
you know, with the number of violations and the cost per violation, the fines will
basically make you homeless. Yeah. And there's... And they don't care. There's nothing
you can do about. And it's kind of up to me what I want to do. But I'm not
going to do that. Just, you know, you can either turn it in. You can turn it in
under duress. Or we can take it. And I said,
well, You can have it got no problem with that I'm done I'm done with you guys
I'm done with all of this now as I'm going through this I want to make sure that
I can do a few things such as such as sell off my collection I said you know
I've got I got some cool guns mm -hmm I've seen them I mean some of those model
41s and 46 as I have um some of those old Smiths yep couple Smiths,
a couple old Colts. So I go to, I start, you know, I'm doing the Melbourne show
and the West Palm Show. I got family down on West Palm Beach. I get to stay for
free, see my sister, see my nephew, who's as tall as me now and he's 14.
But, well, that to them means you're obviously doing business. You're repeating an
activity for the purpose of selling guns. So what? I'm not doing it as a business.
these are the venues
involved, thankfully. But every gun that I left had left in the inventory,
I signed over to me. Yeah. And that's totally legal. And I, any personal gun I
own, I can sell to anybody I want. Well, bet. Yeah. Yeah. If they have your
number, you can. That's not a rhetorical question. No, I'm looking to take your
money. You're going to be a superstar for years. Oh, well, I know what you're
saying. What I'm bringing out here is the rule says one thing, but they don't care.
Okay, go ahead and to the listening audience, I say this. Go ahead and put yourself
in Rod's shoes or anybody else's shoes. You're acting what you believe to be within
the confines of the law, and yet there's somebody standing before you allegedly
representing the law telling you, if you do that, I'll arrest you. Tell me.
So I do a couple of shows, blah, blah, blah. About a year after I turn my license
in, I get a phone call. Well, I get a text from the guy that did my audit,
saying to call him. So I call him, he says, we need to meet. I said, okay, where.
So we met at a gas station. I'm making this up. A gas station. A gas station near
where I live. And I pull into the park line, there's four cars backed up. So you
can't see the license plates. And I'm like,
good. I'm thinking, all right, who do I call first? Because I got the, you got to
be kidding me list, which is you, Sarge, a couple of people that actually can get
things done quickly. I know a couple of them. So I get out, you know, what's going
on? Well, you need to sign for this piece of paper. So what's a piece of paper?
Well, it's our belief, being the ATF, that you're engaged in business firearms
without a said well you're full of shit okay one more time it's our belief blah
blah blah blah that's what this piece of paper says we're ordering you to cease and
desist doing this no guns in no guns out i'm like okay but according to your rules
if i wanted to trade five thousand dollars worth of my collection for a gun that
would enhance that collection That's allowed.
I'm allowed to dispose of a personal collection. It's in your rules. I can do this.
I said, so who's saying that I acted as a business? Well, we can't tell you. Of
course not. I said, so in other words, I got red flagged or you guys did and
you're just not going to say it because you don't have to because, you know, you're
short to my mom i've never well i can't they're on their concept of omnipotence oh
yes is a god complex it is unflippin believable oh yeah and the thing that one of
the things that really frost my ass the lady i originally met through all through
atop before i had my license and i had the application filled out at home it was
just a matter of time i wasn't an unlicensed dealer but i was building an inventory
up for when i was licensed put it way. I had a sign on my table said, I buy and
sell, but I love to trade. That's what a business says. That's how a business
works. Blah, blah, blah. So I met her. She has since retired.
She was the most polite professional. It's the only apology I've ever gotten.
And her next stop was district. She went up the food chain before she retired.
If I can help, let me, let me help. She did. She did everything that you would
expect an agency trying to help in the regulation of something to do.
And every person I met after her is a dirt dive in POS. They will,
they, dude.
And I really hope your audience grasped us and shares this with other people. What
they will do is mind -numbing.
You know, I mean, seriously, I've got all these target pistols. I've got a
collection of probably 20 rifles pre -1910, but all 22s. Falling blocks rolling.
That's just neat old stuff. I'm trafficking in that shit. Are you kidding me? But
they're relentless. Last gunshot, took six guns with me. Didn't even take them out
of the packages. Just set the boxes in there with a piece of paper on top saying
what they were. Just to see.
At two of them take a run at me. And it's really hard for me to
not look them dead in the eye and go, oh, you're an undercover ATF agent or a
snitch for them.
So you can lie to me and to make a scene. Because I'm not,
if you know me and you've ever seen me, I don't get to walk in anywhere and blend
into the crowd. Nope. It's just, I'm just, it's, he's five foot 17,
just so you know. Waste 280 pounds and has a ponytail. He's a big dude. Yeah, I'm,
I'm large. And it's just,
Royce, what they're getting away with. And I really, really hope today I can get
people to tell
their friends that this has happened to. To get people that are on the fence about,
yeah, well, you know. What they're capable of is like KGB shit.
Oh, absolutely, brother. Absolutely. And I come to find out because they waited 11
years to do my audit I had a lot of leverage a lot mm -hmm the fact that they
took my records we're talking over 9 ,000 transactions worth of records mm -hmm and
the agent took them with him mm -hmm just against law yep they have to be mailed
and you know what he's doing with them and you know what they're being used for
yes they're going through him page but somebody
This is what y 'all are capable of. So I can't trade a gun.
Just ask Mrs. Malinowski. Oh, yeah. Hey, look, I ain't dead yet. You know, I want
to trade five of my guns for one that I never thought I would see. I've got a
prototype United States Navy SEAL, high standard shotgun.
Ooh, nice. You know somebody that has one of them. That makes two that I know of.
I can't sell it to them if I wanted to. So just to draw the picture in bold and
glaring color,
they are basically creating and enforcing their opinions against you.
And they are telling you, we don't care what the law says. We're going to do evil
things to you if you don't do what we tell you to do. In other words, our
dictations, not one of our rules, not a federal law, what we tell you,
Mr. Rod Rao, you are going to obey and you are going to grovel before us or we're
going to do mean things to you and they're going to never see your family again.
You'll probably rot in federal prison. You'll feel the weight of the federal
government on you. Exactly. And what's really ironic about all this.
It's one of the greatest forms of comedy, and it's just entertaining. This isn't
ironic. This is terrifying.
This is the kind of crap they write movies about. This is the kind of stuff that
there was a video years and years and years ago from Van Halen.
They did a song called Right Now. And there was a video for it and we're on
vacation with my kids in the keys. I know, right? I forgot we're normal. I can't
find my way home half the time. But one of the things in it was right now your
government is doing things you never thought they were capable of. And it shows an
agent walking up to an old guy and a guy gets on his hands and knees behind the
old guy and he pushes him over the old guy. Right. We used to do this when we
were in kids because it's funny when you're a kid. Imagine the entire population is
viewed like that by the ATF, and they are. Well, we are viewed like that. That's
how they see us. We're viewed as subservient to them. We're viewed by them as less
than them. They look at us with such condescension and arrogance and just they think
they're royal blue bloods of some sorts, and their violence is perfectly justifiable,
and none of yours is. And you have to let us do whatever.
considered until one day I did. What they're doing to me is a violation of my
civil rights. Yes, sir. And if there's any FBI agent out there that would like to
contact Mr. Bartlett here and help me file charges against the ATF for violation of
my civil rights, I have authorized Mr. Bartlett to Give them my phone number. Okay.
And you better believe we'll do exactly that. Because this is, I knew it,
but I didn't realize it. You know what I'm saying? Until it happened to you. And
then it kept going and it wouldn't quit. Because I got off in their faces. Like,
oh, yeah, you know, somebody said,
I've been going to gun shows for 30 years. There's private collectors that have got
guns that aren't on the open hit yet and you leave them alone so why is that well
unless somebody complains is somebody complain about me i can't tell you that well
why not well there's the only way to find out is to get charged criminally you
know that federal attorneys defense attorneys cost oh about two grand an hour yeah i
don't even want to know so i'm homeless by the end of the year oh yeah you know
i mean and this is this is the power play they have And the attorneys aren't going
to get hoot about taking your money any more than the ATF, so. Nope, it just
doesn't matter who gets it. Yep. Oh, I'll tell you what. We'll discuss more of this
with Rock and Rod Rao, the godfather of the Dirty Hippie Mafia, as we have another
go at the ATF, my favorite agency, of course. So don't go anywhere because the
listener retention squads are all on standby, and you know what that means. Be right
back with more shooting straight.

Anyway, that's what we're discussing and Rod's personal interaction with these people.
And the reason I'm bringing this out more than anything is not just to raise
awareness of the lawlessness of the Alphatango Foxtrot is to make this personal.
Many of you know Rock and Rod Rowl. You've met him out of the gun shows. You've
interacted with him. Many of you have bought guns from him. And now this man is
being persecuted, for lack of a better term, by a federal agency that has no qualms
not only about falsely accusing him and falsely charging him and committing perjury
themselves in the process to throw him in federal prison and take him away from his
family for the rest of his life. And if you don't think they're capable of that, I
want to refer you to the episode about Patrick Adamiak, go back and listen to it.
I'm not sure which number it is, but in the search bar on my website, just type
in Patrick Adamiak or just simply Adamiak, A -D -A -M -A -M -I -A -K,
I believe it is. Just Google that, pull up his case and what they have done to
him and the absolute perjury and evidence manufacturing that they committed against
him. And when I start thinking about things like that, Rod, I'm just grateful to
God that you didn't end up 10 toes up on a slab like Brian Malinowski or stuffed
into a federal prison yet. And I'm going to pray that doesn't happen, brother.
But keep doing with your story. I appreciate that because, well, I just do. I'm not
ready to die. I don't want you to die. And I'm really not. That whole blaze of
glory thing is, you all can have that crap.
You don't have a right to tell me to do that. It's my personal property. It's a
violation of my rights. This is my personal property. Yes. Well, be that as it may,
what we want you to do and what's acceptable to us. And after about five rounds of
this and being reminded that if you commit perjury, you go to prison, and being
reminded that you can be fined for pretty much anything, being reminded that,
you know, they don't say it, but they imply the only reason you're breathing air
outside of walls is because I allowed it to happen. Well, that's what they imply,
absolutely. There's, I don't like being bullied. No, sir, me neither.
I had, I grew up with it, you know, I mean, I did too. I was very late maturing,
but I was, I mean, I was five foot six when I was 12 years old. Tragically, I
had the coordination of a seven minute old gazelle i mean i just i did not mature
till later in life so i got picked on beat up a lot you're like all right right
it doesn't matter it's three of them coming at you i mean i got thrown for bridge
once it's okay i survived it it's you know i'm that's life that's how it goes but
to have this going on at At the level they run it, because everything I went
through in here that says, what do I need a license for? I'm not doing any of it.
Well, we don't care. We think you are. How? We think you are. How?
Yeah, prove it. We don't have to. We can make the assumption and you have to abide
by our assumptions. And therein you have gotten to the point that I would have
forgotten about. They run this thing based off of what they want.
You know, we have to, well, if you're going to gun shows every month in Melbourne
and you're selling guns, what other conclusion can we reach other than you're dealing
in firearms? I mean, and then you turned around and you bought a gun from somebody.
Yeah, I was a dealer. I did paperwork on it and everything. But if I had traded
my guns to that dealer for it, technically I could have gotten in trouble and so
could they, which is why I've left all my dealer friends alone on this. You know a
number of them. There's a few more you don't know. One of them made me an
incredibly generous offer.
And I just looked at him. I said, bro, you're probably right. But if you're wrong
and we proceed along this path, The blowback on you, I could not live with.
Yeah. So now these sons of bitches are screwing my friendships. Yes. And your
business relationships. Yeah. You know, I mean, you know me? I like pistol caliber
carbons. I like them. You think I wouldn't like to trade a couple of my handgun,
collectible handguns for, I mean, Ruger made a 44 Magnum Patrol rifle.
Yes. Yes, they did. They made the camp gun. I'm sorry.
These are 22 semi -automatic target pistols, my 41 and 46 collection. I know where
there is a five inch, five and a half inch model 46 with U .S. property markings U
.S. Navy. Dude, that's the holy grail. You would know nothing about it, but I know
where there is one. I mean, it's almost a matter of, you know,
name your price. The guy won't sell it because it was his dad's gun, but, you
know, I get caught trading for that gun, took my happy fat ass off to jail. It
doesn't matter if I broke the rule, broke the law because I didn't. I broke a
rule. I broke an interpretation of someone's rule.
Well, you know what I want to say. I tell you what's worse. It doesn't matter if
you, if they can prove statutorily that you violate anything, they will contrive
whatever evidence necessary to convict you. That's what's really scary about this.
That's what they did to Pad Adamiak. That's what they did to Brian Malinowski.
Here's what they've done. That's what they've done. Yes. We'll go ahead and just
assume an infraction and we will create the evidence necessary. And this is why this
agency needs to be flushed down the commode of history yeah they need to go away i
am i wish oh come on now and one of our mutual dear friends who also is a radio
host uh has defended them and i've said brother you have there's nothing you can
defend uh them to me with i mean i cannot accept any defense of them uh just to
be one of their agents You have to be willing to walk all over the constitutional
rights of your fellow citizens. And you will face no retribution for it. And
therefore, what do you think that's going to engender in these weak -minded people
who become agents? Oh, a God complex. That's what we're dealing with. This is,
there's no other way to put it. It's a deity complex. They think they are gods and
had the power of life and death over you and your livelihood. This is what needs
to be addressed. This is what needs to be stopped. And that's something we can get
together on maybe in another episode, like how we're going to go after these people.
But what's in your future now? What's going to be happening? Are they still embedded
in your life? Or what's going on? Yes, they are. What's going on with that um as
i have continued to try to resolve this crap i don't know another way of putting
it um i'm getting nowhere with it you cannot get anyone on the telephone you can't
get closure on it i cannot if there's any group on this planet short of terrorists
and pedophiles that I don't want to cut a deal with, it's the ATF. I'm at a
situation right now to where I'm willing to go, look, what do you want?
I want to sell all these guns. You want me to keep records? I'll keep records. But
here's the problem with that. If you keep records, that's acting like a business. So
you guys have managed to have all these rules that no matter what I do,
you can go, No, you can't do that. You know, I mean, to their, to his credit,
he asked me not to be a snitch. He had the good sense. Because I asked him when
it was wrapping up, I'm like, why have you never asked me to snitch? He goes, what
would be the point? Says, first off, you hate us. I said, that's true. Yep. He
said, secondly, you're not really afraid of us. So, no, I'm not. Nope. Nor should I
be. I said, and I could only snitch on someone in true sense of snitching. I care
about her than I know. Let's stop for a second. They said to you, you're not
really afraid of us. Hold on to that comment right there. Why would they say
something like that unless they know that the average person is deathly afraid of
them? And they feed on that, brother. I don't care who says what. they feed on
that fear, it turns them on, it makes them feel empowered, and that's what's been
happening since their inception as an agency. They love the fear that they produce
in people. It gets them off. They're perverts. They really are. I don't care who
said. Absolute power corrupts absolutely, and they are absolutely corrupt to the
agree. You're not afraid of us. In other words, everybody else is. Why aren't you?
Because I have no reason to fear you. I'm a peaceable law -abiding citizen and I
have the right to defend myself against scumbags like you. And I ain't afraid to do
it neither. I'm kidding. Listen, I'm at the point now, Rod, where attack me and put
hands on me without justifiable cause and we're going to fight to the death.
Anywhere, anytime, anyhow, I don't care who you are. I don't care how many badges
you're wearing. If you attack me unwarranted, I'm going to hurt you.
As best as I can, you'll probably take me out. I don't care. That you're going to
die. Yeah. And you brought up, you said something really interesting in that. If you
touch me unwarranted, don't give a shit, doesn't make a warrant. This is,
see, this, this, you're one of the smarter people I know in this biz. You know how
to think. And even
you fall back a little bit with if it's unwarranted. It has nothing to do with it.
They don't care. And these pricks took an oath to uphold the Constitution.
And had they kept it? And they committed perjure when they said they did. Because
they don't. They willfully and voluntarily, and with great zeal, go out and trample
it every day they show up for work. Yes, sir. That's what they do. And it's just,
again, Roy, I can't thank you enough for letting me talk to a large group of
people that may have happened to. They're relentless. They get to burrup their ass.
They will run into the dirt. Don't forget what their budget
They don't want money and they know what to do with. Yep. For them, prosecuting and
bratt, they don't care. Doesn't come out of their pocket. They could care less.
They'll never suffer a loss of a paycheck. Their enforcement agency is the flipping
DOJ. Not many people beat the DOJ. Nope. Regular citizens cave every time.
Well, when faced with that kind of overwhelming power, what kind of a choice do you
have? You have no choice. You're at their mercy. And that is one thing that fries
me and tells me that our present government has been for a long time an instrument
of tyranny. No, I'm not picking on President Trump. I know everybody says he's a
king and a tyrant, but y 'all sure didn't mind Biden or Obama.
We are at a dangerous point in this country when federal agents can do things like
this and never, ever face the music. I'm not talking about the theatrical goings on
in Washington where you summon these guys to Capitol Hill to face a farcical
grilling by somebody running for your election and who come out there and they talk
a bad game and they denounce the ATF and blah, blah, blah, and they walk out of
there and hey, how they go, you guys want to get a sandwich? They're all buddies
and nothing happens to them and nothing ever will happen to them. Okay, we need to
make more rules to apply to the ATF. Just more rules for them to break. Oh,
we need to have a kinder, gentler IRS. Well, how about we just not have no IRS?
How about that?
That's the average American broad, oh my goodness, the average American is so
polluted with this sense that, well, the government says it, we have to do it. And
they forget that we're the government. We are the government. We the people are the
final authority in all matters in this country. And we have seeded it to this large
tyranny machine. The general population has become dependent on the government.
Yep. And once you have that, your society is screwed. Yes, sir. And I kind of,
first time I saw FAA, FO, I was like,
that are like this shit's got to end yes i'm one of them this this is this there
is no having a conversation because they're not interested in the conversation there
is no reasoning because when you can do whatever you want without you know the fear
of retaliation why would you this will eventually blow up.
And I don't want to see it. I mean, I've had the conversation with you a couple
of times. I never want to see American blood being spilled by other Americans. But
we're getting to the point where we're going to have to stand on that Lexington
Green. These sons of bitches don't back off.
They're going to piss off the wrong person. And they're not going to see it coming.
It's going to be somebody's grandma whose grandson gets run over by them.
And and.
that would really suck. My family doesn't deserve this. Nope, they don't. But you
know what? Wrong person gets wind of what happened. All of a sudden,
things get a little weird. Yes, sir. And then somebody overreacts and somebody
overreacts.
And this is not good. No, sir. This is not because there's a lot of just regular
law -abiding, run -of -the -mill people. I mean, some of the people I've talked to
about this, like, you're talking about it. I can't do that shit to you.
That's a registry. I mean, that's a registry. Come on.
Nobody says or does a damn thing about it because you're powerless to fight back.
You really are. I mean, the line you have to draw is so deep. And it's not in
the sand. It's in the mud.
And once you cross it, it's all over. Yes, sir. I mean, everything changes.
Everything has changed at that point. I'm afraid we're heading there.
were one bozo government agent or one pissed off citizen away from the whole thing
blowing up. I believe that too, because like you, I hate a bully. And I tell you,
I was bullied as a kid and I got to the point where I said next person puts
their hands on me, they're getting the living devil beat out of them. And that
began to happen. And suddenly, oh, well, Royce is such a jerk. No, you pushed Royce
into a corner to where Royce had to come out and teach you that Royce doesn't like
being bothered. And I learned how to defend myself and I am able to do so handily
still at age 63. I don't put up with that crap from anybody. I can't stand
watching somebody being bullied. And that definitely includes being bullied by their
own government. That's what pisses me off more about anything. That's why your
situation is personal to me now because it has affected you, someone I care about
and love and I love your family. And when people do that to you, that pisses me
off. And so as far as I'm concerned, they didn't just harm Rod Rao. They harmed
Roy Spartan. They harmed a producer, Norm Maynard, and they harmed everybody that
cares about you, people that you've built business relationships with, and they have
come in and treated you with utmost contempt and treat it. They might as well be
the big guy in the restroom. He's slapping the little you know, learning disabled
kid around. That's exactly what this is it. And this is why this infuriates me.
And I know I bitch about the ATF on this program a lot. I still don't think it's
enough. I do want to instill in people a loathing for that agency.
There's nothing redeemable about any of them as far as I'm concerned. You all need
to leave. Even the little kindly people that call where I work and say, we need a
firearm strace on such and such. Okay, we take care of it. We comply with
everything. But something within me says every one of them need to go. Most of the
agents need to be arrested and charged, and at a minimum, imprisoned at hard labor
for 20 years, at a minimum, all of them, because that is the level, that is the
egregious level of crimes that they have committed against the people. When you have
a criminal agency like that, it is protected by your government, you know you're
living under tyranny, whether it's just in one area or not, it's not acceptable.
And that's what pisses me off about this. I think the more people that are angry
and enraged at them, and believe me, I follow them on social media, and I
constantly remind them, what about Pat Adamiak? What about Brian Malinowski? What
about Agent Jeffrey Bodell that contrived evidence against Mr. Adamiak?
You guys crafted false evidence to go after people. What about that? And,
of course, they never respond. The response Lawrence Royces, what about it? Yeah,
exactly. I mean, I'm telling you, this is. The government didn't hurt us. You're not
going to hurt us. So there, yeah, yeah, yeah. And the government's like, what are
you going to do about it? That's right. This is, this agency, that's their view. So
what are you going to do about it? Well, they don't want to know what we can do
about it. If we really, if we were able to marshal the general conscience of this,
of this land, all of the pro -constitution people. And if they started getting
bombarded with, next time you try to get tough with somebody, we're going to smoke
you for all intents. When they start saying flat out, we're going to start defending
our rights with deadly force against you because you have placed us in this
position. I bet you it'll back them off a little bit. If they know their next
encounter at a gas station might end up with some of them in bags. Does that sound
like I'm wanting to wage war against the federal government? No, I do not. I don't
want to be pointing my gun at another American simply because he's a scumbag and
has decided to be a tyrant. But I'm at the point where I'm tired of my friends
being hurt by these people. I'm tired of fellow peaceable, innocent Americans being
hurt by these people, being killed by these people and we have a right to defend
ourselves against that
Nope. It is if you're an ATF agent. No, it's not. They ignore it. Yeah.
They don't follow it. This is really it. It's,
there's going to be a cartoon eventually that's going to say nobody puts a baby in
the corner. Because there's going to be a 14 -year -old girl whose dad was killed by
an ATF agent. And she'll be sitting over there behind a Ma Deuce as the ATF comes
through her front door. Because This is what's occurring. Yes. They have reached a
point.
Say something smart because I've got a brain fog. They don't have the public support
that they think they do. That's for sure. And that's why that girl, if she does
smoke them. That's a really good point. And puts rounds through multiple agents with
150 Cal from Ma Deuce or from a Barrett. general sentiment is not going to be for
those agents. It's going to be for that girl. And people are going to be calling
for the arrest of those agents for than anything because they don't have a good
track record. They have a history of perjury,
evidence manufacturing, murder. They don't have our support like they may think they
do. They're living off their support that they get from the federal government. there
are people of
that. And they either, they're faced with a choice. Okay, we're going to just have
to live under this tyranny or be, uh -uh, we put up with this crap no more.
Here's the line. Don't cross it. And that's why I constantly reference to Lexington
Green. Yeah. There comes the time where we're going to have to stand there and say,
you are not doing this crap any bleep -de -blank and more. Now,
as we close this episode, let me just say, GOA is very active in going after the
NFA, and if you take that down, the GCA crumbles too. Worse than that for the ATF,
their mission goes out the window. And what do they have then? They got nothing.
They're not needed anymore. Would I love to see that happen? Yeah, but more than
that, what I'd love to see happen is many of those agents spend the rest of their
lives in federal penitentiary, thinking about all the crimes they committed by
violating the Supreme Law, violating federal law, and violating their own blip -de
-blanking rules, for that matter. I would love to see that. Are we going to see
that ever? I think it would take decades for it to come to play. Even if we had
a succession of Donald Trump types in there, it would take a long time to clean
that agency up. That's why we need to tell them we're not putting up with your
crap anymore.
many of them, and they're really hard. You know what I'm saying? Getting rid of
that is very difficult, and it will hit a point, and they will just,
my lack of fear of them, never really thought about this a heck of a lot.
I'm almost to the point of nothing left to lose. Well, that's where they don't want
us to be, I assure you. They have not yet found that line, they have not pushed
far enough into that corner yet,
but they're going to take out a group of innocent people. Like they did at Waco?
Yeah. Yeah. And when they do,
this time,
I mean, you and I have discussed Timothy McVeigh in private. And I get
misinterpreted for this so much.
I'm really reticent to bring it up. And I'll let this go if you want, because this
is your show. And I don't want this to blow back. And this is something else
pisses me off. All my friends are exposed. I'll tell you what. How about I say it?
And you can say amen. I can work with that. Because I think I understand your
sentiment here. Let's see how it goes. I don't like what happened at Oklahoma
Oklahoma City. I don't think you do either. I don't like the fact that children
died. I think there was a whole lot more people involved with that than just one
disgruntled veteran driving a U -Haul truck full of explosive because there's a lot
of evidence that show there were actually two explosions that day. And there's a lot
of witnesses coming out saying they saw guys dressed in what appeared to be all,
worked kind of coveralls, wrapping some kind of cord around some of the foundational
bearing, the load -bearing pillars of the Alpha P. Murrah Federal Building. And it's
really shocking to me that there were no ATF agents there that day at all,
even though they had an office there. Am I saying that the government made this
happen? I think they had a big hand in orchestrating it. That being said, even if
McVeigh was the lone wolf, and he wasn't because the FBI tortured a man of death
trying to make him talk about it, even if he was, I wouldn't appreciate one bit
what he did. No, there's no excuse me. But I would totally understand what pushed
him to that point, and that is a rogue government. So I hope I express that
adequately as far as your sentiments go. That'll work. Okay. No,
again, don't anybody go out there and slander me and say Royce was happy that the
federal building in Oklahoma City bloke. No, I'm not. Don't you dare say that about
me? I will sue you for slander. Absolutely, if I find out if anybody said that
that about me. If you don't know my heart by now, after listening to this program
for what, almost 12 years now, you know that I'm against that, I'm against wanton
violence at all. I've experienced too much of it. It is mass murder. Who the hell
condones that? Exactly. I'm against mass murder. I am not, I would never cheer even
for a man on our quote unquote side to do something that heinous.
So, but.
allegedly used, could have done that kind of destruction in that place. The direction
of the explosion. Yes, the direction of the explosion and the direction of the
debris being thrown across the street in the direction of the alleged bomb.
That is absolutely, according to physics, impossible. There were two explosions
recorded that day and that got shoved under the rug, but you can find it out
there. It's still on the web. You can still find there were two explosions
registered that day. And those were registered on seismographs. Yeah, those were
echoes. Don't make mistakes like that. Those weren't echoes. Yeah, those were not
echoes. So, yeah, do your homework on that, people. You might see then what we're
talking about here today In dealing with rogue federal agents in a rogue federal
agency, having way too much power over you, over me, and over the gun industry,
it is unconscionable to me that such evil people govern our industry and then try
to demand perfect righteousness from us. That just fries my bacon really bad. Rock
and Rod, always a pleasure to have you, man. Good to see you again. Good to have
you back on another episode, and it won't be the last one. It better not be. I
hope not, because I ain't intended on dying. I don't want to see it happen to you.
Well, you better not. The listener retention squad will come out for you, too, if
you're not careful. Yeah, I know, and I know those people. And we don't follow the
rules either. And I know those people. It's a, before,
before, not sure, you can do the hell you want, but
your kind words and your sentiment towards me mean more than you realize. This has
been a
Um,
they all have lives. They don't deserve any crap because of me.
But I know full well the agency I'm dealing with is got no problem using that for
whatever they want. And I don't like that. I don't, I don't know how to respond to
it and it's been a few people that truly give a damn about me in a couple of
cases that have kept me going and this is one of them and for that I say thank
you you're absolutely welcome brother just as we as we as we go out I just want
to tell you about a funny story I need one I know I'm on their radar have been
for some time If not, I'm really pissed. It's not without question. And I remember
probably about two years ago where I work now. And I remember my boss come in and
says, ATF are here. And I said, okay, I don't care. And as they walk in,
one of them I recognize, and I know you know him too. And he walks in and they're
just looking around, looking around, and they're walking up looking at the pistol
braces on some of the things and stuff and somebody said hey royce blah blah blah
blah blah and as soon as my name came out his head flipped around and was looking
for who he was talking to and as soon as i began talking he zoned in on me and
i blew him a kiss just just for fun i I know who you are,
too, son. Yep. Make no mistake about it. I know who a lot of those guys are. They
don't know that I know who they are. I know exactly who he was. He knew who I
was, too. They need to be on America's Most Wanted with pictures. You know what?
Put me on there. All of our founders were wanted men by their corrupt government,
too. So, hey, let's be one too. All right. I say we put these ATF agents on that
poster. Mm, I think that's a lot better idea. Out of them. How about better yet?
Let's meet on the Lexington Green. That would be all right with me. All right. All
right. Have gone to travel. Rock and Rod Rao and Royce, we're out of here.
Don't forget to stay in contact with your reps. Don't forget to stay locked and
loaded at all time. Stay trained up to get some good training. We may need it
soon. And also, never forget. Incoming rounds always have the right of way.
Royce out and Rod out. Yes, sir. We're gone.
If...
