This next story, man, did I ever call this? I hate being right.
As a matter of fact, I think it was this the last episode? I don't remember where
I predicted the Democrat communists in Virginia would leap to the opportunity,
leap at the opportunity to begin shoving gun control laws through immediately.
And doggone it, man. That's exactly what they did. They're in a massive hurry to
disarm Virginians. Gee, I wonder why that could be. Probably because there is a
large concentration of special warfare vets living in Virginia. I know a few of them
personally. And they don't want those guys armed. Stupidly, what they don't understand
is those guys will always be able to find weapons. They could actually build their
own if they wanted to. Not to mention they have some very nasty little guerrilla
warfare skills that y 'all don't really want to mess with. And when I say y 'all,
I'm talking about those Marxist Muslims that were elected to the governor and the
lieutenant governor's office in the recent election. But here's an article I'm
referencing by Sarah Allen from November 7th, Virginia legislators to push for
stronger gun laws with new state administration. I told you, as soon as those two
were elected, all the other Democrat communists and the state legislature would begin
trying to shove more civilian disarmament laws through. By the way
and tell them flat out, no, those laws are designed to disarm innocent people and
no one else. Why? Well, because only the lawful people obey those laws.
The bad guys don't seem to give half a crap in an east wind one way or the
other. Laws do not affect them. Here's the article from Sarah Allen writing for CBS
19 News. Virginia Democrats are wasting no time and are getting things ready for
next year's General Assembly after Tuesday's sweeping win into state elections.
One of the big pushes expected to come with the next year's session is gun control
legislation. Again, civilian disarmament. After many bills have faced vetoes from the
current administration, they're going to leap at the chance, I told you.
but will also be effective for Virginians. It will not be effective for any
Virginian. It's going to decrease public safety very rapidly, and soon y 'all are
going to be on the same par as New York City. Mark my words.
I said it today, November 13, 2025.
Deeds made this comment. It has intensified in the last few days.
Honestly, on this day, I have already had to by the middle of the day,
four meetings already on different bills and ideas we are working on.
Okay, that ought to tell you how earnest they are to disarm you people in Virginia.
Yes, they are jumping on this quick. Usually when they do something like this,
They have a bunch of other bills waiting in the wings to try to shove through on
the heels of this one if it's successful. Watch, and you watch them closely,
that's exactly what they're doing. Deeds said there is a common misconception when it
comes to how they are addressing gun legislation. Deeds said,
we want to respect people's constitutional rights. I am so blipity blank and tired
of hearing that come out of the mouth of these civilian disarmament scumbags. You
don't give half a flaming damn about anybody's constitutional rights. He said,
we want to respect people's constitutional rights, but, oh, there it is, we want to
keep our communities as safe as we can. Well, you can't. It's impossible for any
legislator to keep any community safe in any way, shape, or form. You have no power
to keep a community safe. You let the community keep itself safe by getting out of
the way of the free exercise of their right to keep and bear. That's really what
it boils down to. And feel free, Mr. Deeds, or is it Mrs. Deeds? I don't know.
Cray Deed, I don't know if that's a male or a female you just don't know these
days feel free it deeds to explain how infringing the rights of peaceable citizens
of virginia is going to keep them safe go ahead and explain that to me go ahead
and point to any working model anywhere in the united states we'll wait not for
very long though because you're not going to find anything now Executive Director of
Mommy Mommy's Demand Action, a woman named Angela,
listen to this, Farrell Zabala. What's that sound like to you?
Sounds to me like the filthy Muslim maggots have also infiltrated the civilian

there are solutions that don't impede on Virginians Second Amendment rights to own
firearm. You are full of crap. You have eaten a huge steaming pile of it,
as a matter of fact. There is not one single gun control law that you could square
with the Second Amendment. I challenge anybody out there to do so. Anytime, anywhere.

intellectually qualified to be the arbiters or the definers of what is or isn't
responsibility. Y 'all are very irresponsible. And I'm going to prove that here in a
little bit. When I point out, one of the candidates that you guys endorsed and then
pulled your endorsement and then after he got elected, you put it back in there and
said, oh yeah, we always endorsed him. We'll get to that in a minute.
She also said we want to make sure that there are policies put in place that
protect our community. Our civilians across the Commonwealth.
We want them protected. The only policy that will protect your community is the
Second Amendment. You're welcome. Deeds says there is still a lot of work to be
done to continue to find this balance. Okay, you cannot balance the free exercise of
the people to keep and bear arms with infringement. You cannot,
you don't, this pisses me off. This is like, I want to be balanced in everything I
say and do. Well, you know what? Speak the truth and you don't have to balance
anything. Truth doesn't need to be balanced. The free exercise of our rights does
not need to be balanced with infringement. That is the height of stupidity. Along
with cracking down on people leaving guns unlocked in cars. Okay, give me stats on
that. Any of you out there listening, give me the stats on just how many actually
do that, okay? And extending waiting periods when purchasing a gun,
there's no proof ever anywhere that a waiting period has ever saved a life or
stopped a crime. Deeds says
son because he was asked by one of his teachers once about go if he wanted to
attend college and he said why and they said well so you can get a degree he said
no because so i can get uh they can turn me into a gay communist so i stole that
term from him and that saying it says among the bills will be the legislation that
delegate uh that delegate katrina colson and i have carried to address the shootings
at University of Virginia to give police the ability to investigate those cases.
They already have that ability, you flaming moron? Where do you get the stupid
notion that they don't have the ability to investigate shootings? You guys propagate
this as if it's gospel fact that they're somehow, they've got their hands tied and
can't do a dead -gum thing about these shootings. They're not even allowed to
investigate them somehow because they're not a law that says they can.
I'm not sure that there is a yardstick to measure your excruciating stupidity,
okay?
And that's by making possession of a firearm on a university campus a class one
misdemeanor. In other words, we're going to criminalize the free exercise of the
Second Amendment.
it's up to the university boards to decide how guns are regulated on campuses.
All of you in Virginia, if you want my help on this, let me know. I've crafted
several such resolutions, but y 'all need to craft right now a resolution of
noncompliance. As a matter of fact, I'm going to make one peculiar to each state
and send it to all the GOA heads of each
and it did like we did down here in Florida when I crafted one that was adopted
by the Republican Liberty Caucus, and they went to Tallahassee and handed one to
every one of those legislators and told them flat out, you can pass this if you
want, we're not complying. Now what's you going to do? But y 'all in Virginia need
to do the same thing. You need to send these notices, these of non -compliance to
your state legislators and then to every law enforcement agency within your states.
You hear me? This is what you need to do. You need to let them know that your
compliance with their bull fertilizer is at an end, and it stops yesterday.
And you tell the police, if you try to enforce these, we are going to land on you
with both feet, and we're going to start the legal way first, and if that doesn't
work, we're going to have to start defending our rights with whatever force we deem
necessary. Oh, Royce, man, you're talking about shooting cops. Shut up for a minute
and listen. I said, try the legal way first, and then I didn't say anything about
going after police officers. I said simply defending yourselves and your rights with
whatever force is necessary. I guarantee you, you send a warning to every one of
them and let them know, look, we're ready to fight to defend these rights. So y
'all might want to take stock of your situation. I bet you they're going to start
rethinking things. Yeah. So y 'all need to do that yesterday.
Now, a few minutes ago, I talked about how one of the civilian disarmament cartels,
and if you would forgive me, my condition sometimes makes me say words very funny.
I listened to the last episode, and I cracked up a few times. One time, I actually
had to say the same word three times before it came out of my mouth right, and
that's because when I'm getting zapped with all these electrical impulses around my
jaw and around my right orbital, it does funny things to the words that come out
of my mouth because it kind of hangs my tongue up for a second. So forgive me in
advance for any speech impediment you might notice, okay?
But the anti -gun, of course, anti -Second Amendment,
the Brady Political Action Committee, they endorsed J. Jones.
Now, you remember?
but they somehow saw fit to elect them. That is, if he really was elected,
fair, and square. I'm to the point now, I trust very few elections. But anyway,
Brady,
quietly, after those damning texts came out, they quietly,
very quietly, no fanfare, nothing. They pulled their endorsement of J.
Jones. But now after he got elected, now they're saying, we proudly supported Jay
Jones. Yep. We already knew that. We knew that a public pulling of your endorsement
probably means about as much as your word on anything else. That's right.
Very little. Little to none. Here's an article by Chuck Ross from November 7 that
I'm going to be referencing heavily, a gun control group that rescinded its
endorsement of Jay Jones, a Democrat communist from Virginia, he's going to be the
state attorney now. Last month, over his text messages,
fantasizing about shooting a Republican colleague and his children, is now claiming to
have, quote, proudly, unquote, supported the Virginia attorney general elect
show that quote gun extremism is rejected soundly i don't think so i think once we
get all the true votes tally you're probably going to lose the election but i'm not
going to go there right now i'm not going to talk about election irregularities but
they're saying that this is a win for them and they take this or they're claiming
they're taking this As the people of Virginia say, we don't want any more gun
extremism. What is gun extremism anyway? Besides when you Democrats get your hands on
guns. Yes, you extremist Democrats. And by the way, if you filthy Democrats and your
little trans people would stop shooting people, well, violent crime would probably dry
up overnight. But yeah, we'll just leave that right there. Jones defeated Republican
incumbent Jason Mayores by six points in the race, a narrower margin than Governor
-elect Abigail Spanberger, a 14 -point victory, and by a 14 -point victory,
and Lieutenant Governor -elect Gazala Hashby's 11 -point win. Brady P .AC said in a
statement, they added that it had proudly endorsed Jones. They said, these successes
forcefully reject extremism. Mark a historic win for safety,
progress, and accountability. Safety? No. Progress?
Well, that's like termites calling what they do progress. And accountability? Y 'all
flee accountability. and the chart of course
the pattern that these communists follow. This is the pattern that these maggot
Muslims follow. They're identical. By the way, just to throw this out here,
do a quick study or maybe a deep study on exactly where Muslim or Islam and
communism were spawned. It came from the same institution.
Maybe I'll do a program about that sometime.
But Brady Political Action Committee was far from proud of Jones just a month ago.
Brady P .A .C., which touts its determination to build a safer America, blasted Jones
following revelations that he sent text messages in 2022, wishing to put two bullets
in the head of Virginia House Speaker Todd Gilbert, a Republican, and Jones also
wished death upon Gilbert's children, calling them quote unquote, little fascists.
It's amazing, you guys call us fascists, and you are the epitome of such. You
really are. If you look up fascist in the dictionary, it perfectly describes you
filthy violent communist.
The Brady P .A .C. said violent rhetoric has no place in our political process ever
and uh there by the way the brady p a c brady is named after the former uh
ronald regan press secretary james brady of course who was shot during an
assassination attempt back in i think of 1981 or nineteen eighty two nineteen eighty
one i believe and um and from that day forth He and his equally deceitful wife
decided to use his injury, which eventually led to his death. And no, I'm not happy
about that one bit. But they used him as the poster child for gun violence,
gun violence legislation. Yes, that laws needed to be put in place to strip
Americans of their arms Simply because he suffered a bad injury at the hands of a
filthy assassin. Yeah.
By the way, you notice that, Brady, Giffords? Yeah,
both of them heavily exploited by the communist as poster children for gun violence
legislation.
But Brady had removed their endorsement of Mr. Jay Jones from their website.
It took a little while after those text message revelations came to light, but they
did do it, and the Washington Free Beacon reported on that. And the article
continues, as of Friday, Jones is not listed on the Brady -PAC endorsement site,
which features 28 endorsed candidates, including Spanberger and Hosh me.
Brady P .A .C. did not respond to questions about its multiple flip -flops on Jones.
Because remember, they now say, oh, we always endorsed him.
Because he's probably, probably because he's attorney general now and they're afraid
of him. You know why they're afraid of him? Because they think he's going to do to
them what they would do to us if they were in that position. You're welcome. Every
town for gun safety, the gun can't.

That speaks volumes. It really does. That, again, I say this,
birds of a feather flocked together, and they also think alike, okay?
You're talking about a man, Jay Jones, who has the same temperament as the would -be
assassin of Gabby Giffords. That's some serious moral dyslexia.
And speaking of Giffords, we're going to get into this probably in the second half
of the program. I'm going to be, yeah, the second half of the program, I'm looking
at the time right now. I'm going to read you a very eye -opening letter from
Senator Mark Kelly, who is Gabby Gifford's hideously deceitful husband,
and we're going to see what he has to say in some of the things in his letter to
a constituent or to multiple constituents, and you're going to see just how

You have stated so multiple times. As a matter of fact, he is going to talk about
some legislation he was part of and we read this letter. So let's get into this

following their inquiry about his support for civilian disarmament. Here it is.

Second Amendment. Hmm. I guess you know where this is already going, huh? Yeah,
gun safety is a euphemism for civilian disarmament. As a former Navy pilot,
combat veteran and retired NASA astronaut, it is an honor to continue my service to
our country representing Arizona in the United States Senate. I appreciate you taking
the time to share your thoughts on the issues facing our state and our country.
Hearing from Arizonans helps me better serve our state. No, it doesn't. And I hope
you will continue to share your perspectives and suggestions. It won't do any good,
but keep sharing them. Anyway, when I took office, I promised I would work across
the aisle to deliver results for Arizona's. As a gun owner,
yeah, of course, yeah, we know you're a gun owner. We caught you buying them,
jackass. As a gun owner, combat veteran and spouse of a gun violent survivor,
I understand the importance of our Second Amendment rights, bull crap, and the urgent

Finally, after decades of congressional inaction on this issue, in other words,
they didn't pass the civilian disarmament laws that we wanted, the Senate came
together to pass the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act in 2022 with a bipartisan vote
of 65 to 33. Okay, please explain to me how that's done anything to curb gun
violence, you know, your pet boogeyman. I am proud to be one of the 20 Republicans
and Democrats. You're not a Republican idiot. You're a Democrat. So put Democrat
before Republican, okay? Let me read that correctly. I'm proud to be one of the 20
Democrats and Republicans who helped shape the bill in negotiations leading up to its
introduction and passage. In other words, he's proud to have been one of the many
criminals that willfully violated the Supreme Law by crafting and passing
constitutionally repugnant laws. Yeah. One that,

How? When these laws are only obeyed by lawful citizens, how do these laws keep
communities safe and make schools safer from gun violence? Huh? You really are a
special kind of stupid. He said, and protects the Second Amendment rights of law
-abiding Americans. No, it doesn't. How? And this is what he said, let me finish the
sentence, and protects the Second Amendment rights of law -abiding Americans through
supporting state crisis intervention orders. You know what he's referencing there,
right?
ERPO's, you know, red flag laws. Yeah, he's saying red flag laws square with the
Second Amendment. Mr. Kelly, red flag laws not only violate the Second Amendment,
they violate the Fourth amendment and the fifth. Matter of fact, they violate the
14th also on the state level. But you're saying that somehow those things square
with the second amendment and uphold the second amendment. This proves something I've
said way too many times here. People like you, Mr. Kelly, are constitutionally
illiterate. You're constitutionally dyslexic actually you do the opposite of what the
constitution actually prescribes you sir have stepped outside the boundaries set around
you by that same supreme law you think it doesn't apply to you and you think that
when we come along and challenge you you simply say well oh it it supports the
second amendment how so well because i said so yeah making it harder for domestic
abusers to get a gun let me translate that for you it also makes it harder for
the average citizens to get guns too okay and enhancing the background check process
for individuals under age 21 why why Why are 18 to 20 year olds less peaceable
than all the other adults? Is that what you're saying here? Is that what you're
implying? You know how many service members are 18 to 20 years old?
Jackass? You call yourself a veteran, and you are. You're a veteran,
but you want to infringe the rights of 18 to 20 year olds.
it also strengthens accountability what do y 'all know about accountability you shun
accountability yes you want to apply to us but you don't want to be accountable
yourself it also strengthens accountability by clarifying what constitutes a federally
licensed firearms dealer creating or it creates federal penalties for gun trafficking.
There were already federal penalties for gun trafficking, but apparently you can't
exact them against ATF agents. Too bad. And by the way,
that portion of the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act crap, that portion of that
unconstitutional pile of bovine biscuits has not only cost hundreds,
if not thousands, of FFLs, that is firearm dealers, their livelihoods. They're live.
We throw money at it, that'll fix it. Provides $250 million for community -based
violence prevention initiatives. How are those working out for you? How are those
working out for the people? In addition, this bill expands outpatient and school
-based mental health services. Yeah, because y 'all are the ones making the kids
mental in the first place teaching your commonest doctrine and your woke crap and
your DEI crap yeah increases access to telehealth what is that what exactly is that
going to do to keep anybody safe hmm and it invests in the pediatric mental health
workforce let me translate that last portion for you That basically is training
doctors to indoctrinate families and their children with anti -Second Amendment
messages. That's what that's talking about. Okay?
He says to continue building on this treasonous progress, I joined Senators Martin
Heinrich, Democrat Communist from New Mexico, Angus King, an alleged independent from
Maine, and Michael Bennett, a Democrat communist from Colorado, to introduce Senate
Bill 1370, the Gas Operated Semi Automatic Firearm Exclusion Act,
or colloquially known as GoSafe on April 9th of 2025.
But that's actually an assault weapons band wrapped up in Sanctimony.

and accessories that have been used repeatedly in mass shootings and are the focus
of growing concern from law enforcement. No, they're not. No, no,
accessories are not a concern from law enforcement. No law enforcement agency to my
knowledge has ever come out and said, you know what, we don't like these red dots.
They give criminals the ability to rapidly acquire a target. Nope, nothing like that.
Oh, we don't want nobody having a flight attached to their gun. None of them have
said that. So what are you talking about accessories that have been used repeatedly
in mass shooting? What are you talking about? What do you mean they're a growing
concern of law enforcement? By the way, AR -15s are not a growing concern for law
enforcement, much less they're accessories. You know, there's more people killed with
feet and fists annually than AR -15s. Not to mention this other little fun fact that
more people
your assault weapon. If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. And we know
how those promises work out, right? Yes, you get to grandfather your AR -15 in.
