recently, especially after the last election, how the state of Virginia was overtaken
in the governor's office and lieutenant governor's office and the state attorney
general, state attorney General's office, I'm sorry, and I warned you then,
and probably most of you already had an inclination what was going to happen, but
we warned you that this was going to lead to them immediately beginning to proffer
a plethora of gun control laws, and they have done exactly that. They're wasting no
time trying to completely subjugate the citizens of Virginia to their communist will.
They want them disarmed and they want them compliant when and they know they're not
going to be compliant if they're armed. And so they are setting the stage to use
the law and lawfare and legislative warfare against the people and they are in full
swing. If you want proof of their intentions of total totalitarianism over the
people,
let me just put this as politely as I can. Yeah. Not only do those ambulatory bags
of communist pus there in Virginia, the governor and the lieutenant governor and the
state attorney general and all the Democrat Communist Party legislators. Not only do
they want to disarm Virginians, they're already setting up other totalitarian actions
against the citizens of their state. They're already setting up their war machine,
so to speak, so that they can totally run roughshod over the rights of the people
there in Virginia. And this proves to me that they're confident in achieving their
goal of disarmament there in Virginia. And here's an article by Joe Hofft from the
Gateway Pundit. And the title of the article is, proposed Virginia bill prevents
teachers from telling the truth about Jan 6. Now, Jan 6 is one of their most
favorite narratives. It's one they crafted carefully. It's one they propagated
relentlessly in the media and beyond. And they want everybody to think that that was
some sort of an armed insurrection. No, an armed insurrection is what's going on in
Minneapolis right now. But we'll get to more of that later. Excuse me.
This is a bill that is very insidious. Basically, this is a proof that the Second
Amendment does indeed protect the First Amendment. And of course, the First Amendment
can also and does protect the second, and that's what I'm doing here. But primarily,
once they have taken your guns and tell you to shut up, you'd better shut up
because you've got nothing to punctuate your voice with. The government does.
The government has all the guns at that point, and you have no choice but to
comply and to shut up when they tell you. And this is a new Virginia bill,
and they wanted to become state law. And basically, what this is, is any program
that instructs students about the a 6, 2021 incident, which they're calling an
insurrection, which we call a protest, because that's how it started out until they
goaded the people there to charge into the building.
These are the stipulations on any teaching about Jan 6.
Number one, it shall not portray the actions as a peaceful protest.
They're telling people how to think, not just how to think, but what to teach.
Let that, just grasp that for just a second. Not only are you going to tow the
state line and you're going to propagate the state's propaganda line,
you are also going to say things the way we tell you to say them or you're going
to shut your pie hole. That's essentially the gist of this. Second, they shall not
suggest as credible any statement that there was election fraud in 2020.
Stevie Wonder could see all the election fraud of 2020. I mean,
it couldn't be any more obvious. There's no way that such a wide deficit of votes
could be overcome in a mere couple of hours overnight without some sort of
skullduggery going on. And there's been all kinds of things exposed since then.
Not only that, you must describe the January 6th,
2020, 2021 insurrection as an unprecedented violent attack on United States democratic
institutions and representatives for the purpose of overturning the results of the
2020 election. So not only will we tell you to shut up if you try to say anything
against our narrative, you are going to spout our narrative and you will say it the
way we tell you to say it. Why? Because we said so. You got something to say
about that, peon? Little unarmed peon citizen? Yeah.
The article I'm reading by Jim Hofft says the state of Virginia is promoting, and I
dare say, wants to enforce, lies. And this is right out of the communist handbook.
Those pushing the law should be removed from the legislature. Well, I tell you what,
Mr. Hofft, they should also be removed from the country. Deport them with all the
other haters of America and the Constitution. That's where they belong. They hate
this country. They're here to destroy this country. Even the citizens who have been
transformed into communist by the incessant rhetoric and propaganda from the media and
the communist. Even they should be deported. I don't care if they have citizenship.
I don't care if they were natural born here. As far as I'm concerned, once you
enter public office,
Cuba? Go to Cuba. Go to China. You want communism? Go to a communist country.
Don't you try to make this country a communist country? We live her for a reason,
and the reason is freedom. All right? Now, right beside Virginia,
they are doing different things. West Virginia, they now have a bill that offers a
preemptive strike on federal gun control laws. So while Virginia is busy about the
business of totalitarianism, West Virginia is in the business of freedom.
And there's an article by Cam Edwards I'll be referencing heavily here. And basically
what this West Virginia bill does, number one, It says it protects gun owners,
individuals and businesses would not face prosecution, fines, or penalties for
possessing firearms or accessories that would no longer be federally restricted.
In other words, what they're saying, they're going to strike down and nullify federal
gun control laws in their state and say, we don't recognize these as constitutional
and we're not going to enforce them for you any longer federal government, but
they're saying flat out that if you're caught with these things in our state,
you will not face any prosecution at all. It also says federal firearms license
holders and manufacturers would retain full rights to produce and sell items that the
state of West Virginia deems to be no longer restricted. Well, good. You can't show
me one constitutional gun control law anyway in the first place, so this is a good
step. Also, it restricts law enforcement, that is, state and local police,
from assisting federal agencies in enforcing any repealed or deemed institutional
firearm restriction. Violations could result in administrative fines,
discipline, and a loss of state funding. Okay, how about we throw in mandatory jail
time and you've got a deal? Matter of fact, make it a felony so the person charged
therewith can no longer own a firearm. Also, private lawsuits against authorities are
definitely allowed. I might even dare say encouraged here.

communists and those states would resurrect them on a state level. And they're
anticipating that they're in West Virginia and saying, okay, if you try to do this,
you can be sued, you can be fined. I think they need to add jailed.
The bill declares that, quote, the right to keep and bear arms is a natural God
-given right recognized, not granted by the Constitution. Of course, it wasn't granted
by the Constitution. It was granted by God. And it states that West Virginia stands
as a bulwark against any future federal or state infringement.
Good. Now, I realize that this bill presently is more symbolic than substantive,
but it makes a very bold declaration, and it expresses the true will of the people
to be free in their exercise of their Second Amendment rights, so that if or when
the communists do succeed in winning the legislative war, and they begin to attempt
to disarm their citizens in each state, they can't say they weren't warned when the
people fight back. This is declarative.
what court says differently, then the state cannot say, well, you guys just just all
of a sudden rose up and started becoming violent with us and trying to fight back
against these what you're supposed to be Second Amendment infringements. No, you have
no excuse at that point. You've already been warned. So that's how I'm seeing that
going on there in West Virginia. Now, just yesterday,
which was January 19th, our nation celebrated the life and the legacy of Dr.
Martin Luther King, Jr. And of course, leftists love to champion him as one of
theirs and one of their champions. And they're way off base in doing that.
But an article by Jeff Charles here, I was noticing some things already in some of
the social media things I follow. I follow.
all right. But they, uh, this article by Jeff Charles, anti -gunner hacks use Martin
Luther King Jr. to push for gun control. But there's a problem. Yeah,
there is a problem. There's a big problem with them trying to use him to, you
know, as a poster child for gun control. So Giffords, part of the article reads,

quote, taught us that every person has the right to live free from fear. No,
no, no, no, there's no such freedom out there. There's no such right. You don't

say, well, I have a fear of spiders and have a right to not have spiders and we
have to kill all spiders in the world.
and it steals that freedom from our families every day. Well, here's just a few
things that you may not know about Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. He had an arsenal
in his home. That's right. He had M1 carbines, shotguns,
semi -automatic cult 1911 pistols, and 38 special revolvers.
Yes, a lot of the people around him were packing heat all the time because they
were getting all manner of threats. Matter of fact, in 1956, Mr. King's home was
firebombed by the local clan and he applied for a carry permit and tried to do
things legally, but of course was denied because all of the local law enforcement
officials were filthy flaming Democrats and did not want black people own to own
firearms, just like today. Back then, the police were the ones responsible for
issuing the permits. And they did that by determining whether they thought they were
of sound moral character or not. And back then, the Democrat sentiment was a lot
like it is today. And they didn't think that black people had good moral character
or anything like that. They basically denied all black applicants.
All right? All I wanted to do was carry a firearm to protect himself and his
family from the KKK, but the sheriff said, no, you're unsuitable.
In a 1966 essay on nonviolence, the only road to freedom,
King wrote, It goes without saying that people will protect their homes.
This is a right guaranteed by the Constitution and respected even in the worst areas
of the South. Excuse me, but the mere protection of one's home and person against
assault by lawless Knight Riders does not provide any positive approach to the fears
and conditions which produce the violence. And what he was referring to there was
the constant denigration of black Americans and the constant violence against them by
the KKK and the Democrats of the South, but they're the same ones in the North,
by the way. He said, this is not being addressed, you know, being able to defend
ourselves is one thing, but what he was, what he was talking about was we need to
address this the underlying reason for all of this the fears and the conditions
which produce the violence well what were the fears and conditions oh we're afraid
of black people having guns we can't trust them black people with guns why they
just might want retribution for all the evil crap we've done done to them over the
years yeah we can't do that. And they set about to attack them. They attacked them
repeatedly. They drive through their neighborhoods, shooting the places up. And the
only thing that put a stop to those drive -by shootings by those clansmen was when
a bunch of black people in those neighborhoods said, you know what? We're not
required to take this abuse and this crap. And we're going to arm ourselves. And
they did. And then one fateful night, there was another drive -by attempted,
and the reports said that the men who drove down that street that night did not
expect the literal fuselade of shots coming back at them from those homes they were
attempting to shoot up. And from that night on, there was never another drive -by
attempt in that neighborhood. there were others but when the word got out and those
people began to arm up against those clansmen that's what put a stop to that
violence that's what put a stop to all of the uh garbage that was aimed to black
americans back then who simply wanted to live in freedom and peace under the under
the constitution of the united states it says in a letter at a 1960 I'm sorry,
in a 1961 letter to Robert F. Williams, Martin Luther King wrote,
the principle of self -defense, even involving weapons and bloodshed, has never been
condemned, not even by Gandhi. Very true, absolutely. We have the right to defend
ourselves. If we are honorable, if we are morally minded people,
if we have no ill will or murderous desire to harm another human being and we
simply want to live in peace, excuse me, we have every right to be armed in
defense against people who would come and try to impose their will on us and
disturb our peace and inhibit the free exercise of our rights. And in that,
Mr. Martin Luther King, Jr. is absolutely 100 % correct. We're going to take a brief

We have been witnessing a lot of violence in this country recently, and you should
expect more. You really should. The violence we're seeing in Minnesota and beyond is
essentially a reaction by all the leftists who've been discovered defrauding the
American taxpayers of staggering sums of money. and the more fraud that is uncovered
in these things, the more violent they're going to become. I think this fraud goes
much deeper than Minneapolis. I think this is a nationwide issue. I think one of
the largest money laundering schemes in America is about to be over, what should I
say,
uncovered, and the more graft we see, the more violent they're going to become
trying to protect it. So this virus
are rightfully accusing them of fraud and theft and everything on a very large scale
on such a scale that if Tim Walts and Mr. Fry were convicted of it,
they'd probably spend the rest of their lives in prison, which is where they need
to be anyway as domestic enemies of the Constitution.
Just some of the violence that's been flaring up around the country. You got a man
assaulted in Minneapolis by these anti -ice agitators.
He got assaulted in a parking garage simply because he was wearing an American flag.
Yeah, they beat him with a flagpole. You also have another incident where a man in
New York man was indicted over making some very nasty threats against federal agents.
And here's a story by Maria Hernandez, says the New York man is facing federal
charges after allegedly taking to social media to threaten the execution of a
Department of Homeland Security DHS agent and the agent's children.
U .S. Attorney Michael de Giacomo announced Thursday that a federal grand jury had
returned an indictment charging Matthew White, age 43 of Jamestown, with threatening
to assault and murder a federal law enforcement officer and transmitting threats
through interstate communication. If convicted, White faces a maximum penalty of 10
years in federal prison. You know what? The people that riled him up with the lies
they told.
Posts were linked to an account identified as belonging to White. Court documents
alleged that on April 30th, White responded to a thread featuring an image of a
federal immigration agent involved in an arrest operation at a courthouse in Virginia.
Investigators say White Post, I'm sorry, posted a comment regarding the agent stating,
I can't wait to put a bullet into this guy's brain, but first, his children.
Wow. Have you noticed that communists like the threaten people's children? Oh,
listen to me. How many times have I told you here on this program about all the
states that have passed assault weapons bans and immediately on the heels of that,
past laws that gave the state total authority to take people's kids from them if
they so much as misgendered them or called them by the wrong pronoun.

the light. This is how these people think. They would think nothing about killing

preacher there in Tampa who was assaulted repeatedly by a bunch of Islamofascists
when he was simply out there doing what they do and preaching the gospel of Jesus

take over streets and prey in the middle of streets as a sign of dominance and
conquering. But this one man standing on a street corner on a sidewalk where he had
a right to be suddenly is beset upon and assaulted by a bunch of wackos.

get out of hand and law enforcement is overwhelmed. If law enforcement is
overwhelmed, you are definitely on your.

is and what the Bill of Rights is, I don't think he can see daylight. But this

camera. And he's got the nerve to stand there in that church where he,
those people just interrupted a church service for their own political gain,
I guess, or reasons. And tells that minister,
well, these people have a First Amendment right. Hey, jackass, so do the parishioners
there in that church. They have a right to worship God through Jesus Christ all
they want. But you, idiot, impeded that right.
You brought a bunch of scumbags into that church to try to make some sort of news.
I don't know. When you were crafting your own story, basically, and you want to
lecture the pastor about First Amendment rights for the disruptors? They have no
First Amendment right to disrupt a First Amendment service. Yes,
your rights end where mine begin. If there are people in there worshiping God,
you don't get to walk in there and disrupt them and say, well, I'm just exercising
my First Amendment. you don't get that kind of luxury, okay?

white supremacy. California Governor Gavin Newsom told reporters, as Democrats escalate
their rhetoric to prevent the enforcement of federal law in Democrat -controlled
Minnesota. He said, he's trying to stoke a civil war in this country,
said the man who's actually trying to stoke a civil war. Don't you love how they
gaslight and project their own stuff onto us? Yeah. Trump is trying to stoke a
civil war. Oh, why? Oh, because he wants to promote white supremacy.
Yes, that's one of their rallying cries now. Yeah, we're all white supremacists if
we don't go along with their agenda.
He said, it's a disgrace what he's doing in Minneapolis. What, upholding federal law?

They claim other people, like me and you and Donald Trump, are trying to stoke.

I mean, how many times we've got to say this? These guys, anytime there's an
accusation coming from their mouth, count on the fact that it's actually a
confession, because that's what it is. It's what they're doing. And they're following
Sol Olensky's tactics where they accuse their opponent of what they are actually
doing in order to create confusion. Then I'm I'm Ilion Omar, and I don't know if
you've heard. Her love life is in shambles, and her brother said they're going to
have to start seeing other siblings now, excuse me, but she recently,
in front of a crowd of supporters, referred to America as the USGD states.
What that tells me, it exhibits to me is her hatred and contempt for this country.
You know, the same kind of contempt and hatred and enemy would have for this
country, which tells me she is an enemy of this country. She doesn't belong here,
kick her butt back across the pond, and I believe President Trump, when he was
recently talking about revoking citizenship for immigrants who come here and begin to
wage war against America. Hopefully she's one of them. But listen to me,
when I tell you, adversaries like these can never be placated with mere words,
okay? You can't, they're implacable. They're, you can't change their mind with reason.
You can't change their mind with facts. Reason and facts are ineffectual.
They are in fight mode. They're in attack mode. They're in hate mode.
And nothing is going to stop them. And listen to me, nothing's going to stop them
except armed people. I don't mean taking the fight to them. I'm talking about when
they bring the fight to us, then we take the fight to them. But we're going to
have to take the fight to them because they are bringing it to us. Yeah. Sadly,
we have to wait for them to just start all the festivities,
if you would.
Because other than that, we're going to be painted as the aggressors. But this is
what we're dealing with here. They're not going to be happy until they have
literally a street full of bodies that have been laid down there after they tried
to do stupid things. And then they can weep and wail and say, oh, look at all
these poor martyrs for our cause. That's what they're, that's what they're all about.
They've renounced the use of reason. They've cast away their sensibility. And they
are running on pure murderous hatred. She also told this crowd,
we need to make
and to inflame people against America, against conservatives,
against President Trump, against the enforcement of the rule of law here in the
United States. That's what this is designed to do. And their rhetoric is bearing
fruit. Here in my home state, one such Islamophascist has already been influenced by
this rhetoric, apparently.
In Kissimmee, which is about 40 minutes from me, probably 30 as the crow flies,
there was a triple shooting. It was allegedly random, and I do believe, I don't
believe that the guy knew his victims. I believe he was just attacking them because
they were white. I really do believe that. And he probably assumed there were
conservatives. But here's the article from Osceola County News.
Authorities have released the name of a third victim in a triple murder in
Kissimmee, Florida, identifying him as 68 -year -old James John Puchin of Ohio.
The other victims have been identified as Robert Lewis Kraft, age 70 of Michigan,
and his brother, Douglas Joseph Kraft, age 68, also of Ohio.

targets. We're the ones that are assumed to be the enemy because we,
most of us, are conservative and we don't like communist and we don't jihadis. No,

He was enraged, obviously, by a lot of the rhetoric out there. But it says three
adult men were found shot and killed outside of home in Osceola County on Saturday
afternoon, according to Osceola County Sheriff's Office. According to officials,
deputies were notified of a shooting at 12 .14 p .m. on Saturday,
January 17th, at the Indian Point subdivision near Kissimmee. When deputies arrived at
296 Indian Point Circle, they found three adult males deceased in front of the
residence. Authorities say all three victims suffered gunshot wounds. Now, here's the

there is no threat to the community, as a suspect of these horrific and senseless
murders has been caught and arrested by Osceola County deputies. Well, sir,
you're wrong. The perpetrator you arrested may not be a threat any longer, but there
are untold more of them out there, getting ready to attack the citizenry, sir,
and that's what you need to start getting yourself and your deputies prepared for.
You better believe that. You need to get your deputies ready to fight these guys en
masse. More than that, you need to enlist the help of all the people in your
county to bolster that defense. Because waves of violence are coming.
They're already starting in New York City, along with Minneapolis, of course, and all
of the other communist strongholds across the country. Yeah, I know they're using
battle cries like white supremacy. That's just one of their battle cries. And then
there's all of the other lies where they purport that we're out to get them.
And they're painting themselves as the defenders and us as the aggressors.
Yeah, because we simply say, we don't like you. We don't like what you stand for.
Therefore, we must be hateful and want to kill them, because that's the way they
think. But they're going to draw whatever necessary caricature of us and of President
Trump in their mind to grant themselves total permission to be as violent as they
like. And then they're going to claim that they're acting in self -defense against
all the white supremacists, and this is how they're going to justify it. I'm going
to tell you Right now, you had better be getting ready to shoot people. No, I'm
not talking about murder people. I'm talking about justifiable defensive use of force.
You had better ready yourself in your mind and your heart to shoot other human
beings in self -defense only because they are coming.
When they threaten us, we had better believe them. and they had been threatening and
entire country into a civil war, a very real one,
because that's exactly what they're doing. So my fellow Americans, the real ones.
And by the way, just having citizenship in my mind doesn't necessarily mean that
you're an American. Being an American means upholding and defending the Constitution.
And if you take an oath to do that and violate that, as far as I'm concerned,
you've renounced your citizenship, but that's just me.
But my fellow Americans, get ready to fight. Royce,

warning. We're getting down to the wire. These people ain't going to be happy.
The more of this fraud that gets discovered, the more violent they're going to

high -capacity handgun. Glock 17, that'd be a good start.
There's plenty of other handguns on the market that hold 15 and 17. Make sure
