that over an act of aggression against the American people and their rights. Exercise
your rights in a safe way. Stupidity to think that someone hell bent on violating
the law against murder will magically be stopped by a gun control law. Politicians
that infringe on our God given rights, he calls them out,
he's not here to play.
So turn it on to the end.
This is all about the Second Amendment and firearms and all things pertaining there
too, and I am Royce, your host, still reeking of gunshot residue,
toxic masculinity, and a faint yet oh so wildly tantalizing whiff of the cologne of
my people, and that would be hops number nine. I want to remind you,
you can reach out to the program here at shooting straight radio podcast at gmail

whenever you reach out to me there maybe on your particular podcast platform you'll
see a little note up in the left hand corner of the description box that says send
us a text doesn't work on all platforms but it does work on many If you reach out
to me there, thank you, but I'm not able to respond to you via that venue there.
So hit me up at Shooting Straight Radio podcast at gmail .com. That would be the
quickest and best way to get a response. Again, thank you all that reach out to me
across the nation with articles and encouragement and comments and questions.
I really appreciate that. It means a lot to me. Really, I thank you all,
listening, literally, all 50 states now this program is in. This thing has gone
farther in just a few years, and it did when it was live on WM &B and IHeart
Radio for seven years. And it's all thanks to all of you out there, all of my
fellow keepers and bearers out there, as Rush would say, across the fruited plane.
Okay, without further ado, I'm going to dive into a case here that the more I read
it, the more infuriated I get.
This one has me flabbergasted. I tell you what, it's amazing to me some of the
things that have gone on in this case, it involves a man in Florida who had a gun
parts business here and sold them all over the country. Now,
first, by way of preface, I might first point out what people think about ghost
guns, so -called. That is a media contrived, what should I say,
nickname? I don't know for homemade guns and the impetus behind it is to cast
homemade guns in a nefarious evil light so there were any time they use the word
ghost guns the meaning behind that is someone is making homemade guns breaking the
law and selling them to criminals. Because that's really what they're trying to do.
They're trying to say, if you build your own gun, and I have built my own ARs,
many of you out there listening to this, you built your own AR -15s, and if you
want proof of that, just vacuum your floor. You'll find all those little Deaton
Springs.
But we've built our own firearms. There is nothing at all illegal about that.
And matter of fact, any law that says it is illegal, well, that law is illegal.
Americans have been building their own firearms for a couple of centuries now,
at least. So there's nothing wrong morally or anything with building our own arms.
And I thank you in advance for your patience. I'm still fighting this freaking
infection in my chest and my lungs and in my sinuses and in my ears now.
So it makes, the way I hear myself talking is really funny right now.
I wish you could hear it. But anyway, back to this story. New York Attorney General
Letitia James, whom everybody with the brain of a boiled cabbage knows as a filthy
godless communist.
idiot. She's an activist. She is an America hating communist, and she has no
business being in this country. She needs to be deported right along with all the
other scumbags that we're throwing out of this country. So I'm going to give you
most of the articles I'm referencing here by Lee Williams, and you've heard him on
the program before. He is the gun writer. I recommend that you follow him on
Substack, and you'll learn a lot from this guy. And I tell you what, if you are
ever in legal trouble over a gun issue, Lee Williams is the one you want on your
side. He is a bulldog. He's the one that has championed the bogus case against
Patrick Hadamiak and others. So he is bringing this thing to light here for us.
Mr. Lawrence Michael Dostofano is 65 years old. He was an Orlando Florida resident
here. Literally, I mean, like 30 minutes from where I live, is where he lived. And
he has a very high regard for the Second Amendment, as all of us do. He had a
website, still does. It's still active, as I understand, called Indy Guns.
I -N -D -I -E, Guns. but he's not allowed to fill in the orders right now because of
the legal crap that Letitia James has him embroiled in. It has,
he has a business motto on the site, and I checked it out, and it says guns are
normal and normal people build guns. Amen. But he was recently held without bond in
the Orange County Jail here in Florida for almost 90 days, waiting to be extradited
to New York, to be stuffed into Rikers Island, a very,
as Lee Williams put it, a violent 400 -acre prison island in the East River near
the Bronx, and as he said, from which he may never return. And Mr.
Dostophano said last week via phone, he said, I'm in jail for telling the truth. I
was one of the largest dealers of self -built arms. I hate the term ghost guns,
me too. And his firm was one of 10 self -built firearm dealers that were targeted
recently by this filthy bucket of communist pus,
Leticia James, because they shipped guns, or gun kits,
I'm sorry, not guns, shipped gun kits to New York. In other words, there were some
people there that wanted to still be able to defend themselves and protect
themselves, and they ordered kits from Mr. Dostofano. And he said,
Dostofano said, she made a deal with the other companies. they turned over all their
customer data, which, by the way, that's really what she really wanted. Yeah,
she wanted the data, excuse me, of all the customers in New York who bought things
from them because she was going to go after them, all right?
So he said, I have more than 50 ,000 customers just in New York.
Well, I'm glad to hear that. All right, you New Yorkers out there, glad to see
you're arming up. You're going to need it soon. He said, my attorney even told me
to turn over all my customer data, but I thought, well, this isn't about me, and
I'm going to fight this. The Staphano, I'm reading from the article, posted one of
James's letters on social media, which demanded that he comply and turn over his
customer's names and addresses. His reply was also posted.
I did not get a chance to read that, but he admitted, he said, I addressed Letitia
James and the mayor. I was very vulgar and extremely angry. I'm liking this guy
more and more. How about you? But he sold these gun parts kits to people in
literally all 50 states, and he's never had a problem with any of the other 50
states, he has violated no federal laws in so doing. So the only issue is with the
state of New York. And he makes a comment that I swear,
he must listen to this program, and he said, I promise you, this is very true.
Every government wants registration, then confiscation, then genocide.
Amen, Mr. Dostaphano. Amen. Well, he's been charged with,
because people in New York purchased items from him. Now, he was arrested October
10th of last year. So I guess you could tell now that some of the articles I'm
reading were written before then. But he was arrested by a dozen Florida Highway
Patrol troopers, and in his own words, they were ready for a fight. They were
looking for a fight. His arrest report stated that he had, quote, an outstanding
warrant out of New York. You see how they made that sound, right? Yes.
They made it sound like he was some sort of an escaped fugitive from New York. And
boy, wouldn't you know, our governor here even jumped in on this. And we'll talk
about him in just a moment. I am less than happy with him, and he's going to be
hearing from me about it. But he complied fully during the traffic stop,
and the troopers didn't get any excuse they might have been looking for to rough
him up. And the arrest report raises some questions because it states that DeStefano
had made terroristic threats in New York, you know, state offenses and that firearms
were involved. Okay, that was a false warrant.
That's a false arrest report, not warrant. So the arrest report made by our Florida
Highway Patrol here, whom I am getting very disenchanted with by the month and not
just because of this incident, but they said that this man made terroristic threats
in New York, in New, he was never there, and that firearms were involved in the
threat. And he, of course, denies making any threats and was never in New York.
But regardless Of that flagrant error, and I can't help but wonder if that was
purposely crafted like that, even though they knew it was false.
The Florida State Troopers took him to the Orange County Sheriff's Department in
jail, and recently he was taken from there onto New York.
We'll talk more about that in just a minute, but while he was in custody,
the Midlittalibus Circuit Court Judge Letitia Marquez shot down two of his motions
for more information about the charges he's facing. I want to know why they wouldn't
turn over that information. Who are you to, we're accusing you of this statute.
Okay, I want more information about that statute. No. Okay, how do you feel?
How would you feel if that was you in his shoes right now. That's unlawful,
by the way. They are required to tell him what they're charging him with and
explain the charges against him. But then again,
you're dealing with the New York judicial system. I should tell you everything you
need to know right now. The same New York judicial system that gladly prosecutes
innocent people for defending themselves in their home with an unregistered firearm
while turning back out on the street repeatedly violent offenders to where they keep
doing it over and over and over again. Okay? Now,
on November 11th, she issued an order striking his demand for discovery.
How can you not grant discovery to someone you are arresting and charging with 71
freaking felonies? Then she denied his motion for a free attorney.
You want to know why?
She said the motion to appoint a conflict -free attorney is hereby denied.
Why? Why would you deny it? Oh, she explains, as this is a civil matter,
there is no legal right to counsel. No, it is not a civil matter when you are
charging somebody with 71 blippity -blanking felonies, lady. That's not a civil matter.
It may have begun as a civil matter in a civil suit that Middle Miss James brought
against Mr. Dostofano. But no, 71 felonies is not a freaking civil matter,
you idiot. How is it that I have more judicial sense than you do? She said there
is no legal right to counsel. Then she said, but counsel was appointed in this case
as a courtesy. Aw, you're so nice. Since he was sitting in jail,
it is now known why the judge viewed his charges as a civil matter rather than a
criminal case. There were search warrants, and the ATF was involved, why?
He violated no federal laws. Other federal agents come along with other police,
including to New York, stuff.
from him, and many of them were polymer 80 kits. Many of you are familiar with
those. I don't have time to go into the weeds on what those are. Do a little
research on that. It said the federal agents seized far more than just his guns.
They also took tools, electronics, repair items, toolboxes,
gun oil, computers, phones, $500 ,000 worth of gold bars,
$110 ,000 in cash.
don't get that. This next part enrages me toward our governor here in Florida.
Because on November 12th of 2025, New York governor, the filthy godless communist
Kathy Hockel, signed a letter and sent it to Florida governor Ron DeSantis,
charging to Staphano with 71 New York State crimes.
71 they included one count of conspiracy in the fourth degree conspiracy to what two
counts of sale of a criminal firearm in the first degree 39 counts of a criminal
sale of a firearm in the third degree 28 counts of manufacture those were done in
florida transport he didn't transport him, he shipped them.
Disposition, well, he disposed of them when he put them in the mailbox. And
defacement of weapons and dangerous appliances, defacement of weapons.
Who invented that charge? Unless they're referring to serial numbers being filed off
for something. He's not doing that. The parts he made were un -serialized.
I think he's going to beat this, really. I hope he does, but he's not going to
get a fair trial in New York, that's for sure. But it says also disposition of
dangerous appliances. What do you got a leaky microwave? What is that?
One count of criminal sale of a frame or receiver in the second degree.
December 5th, 2025, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis responded with a letter to all
Florida sheriffs and all other police officers across the state, commanding them to
go and find an arrest Mr. Dostofano, even though he was party in custody.
Wow. Governor, you're pissing me off. Here are you to simply take a letter at face
value from such a filthy America hating godless communist as Governor Hokel.
You took it at face value as if it had, well, the governor signed it, it must
have merit. Bull crap. That is not true. And you just gleefully went right along
with it. You immediately you set out to use your power now against Mr.
Dostofano. By the way, who the blipity blanker are you to issue such a warrant?
You don't even have that kind of authority, jerk? What does it matter with you? You
think just because you're the governor, You have the right to command all law
enforcement officers across the state to go arrest somebody because of something he's
charged with by the Attorney General from New York? What is wrong with you?
My goodness, man. You are, yeah, I'm going to just bite through my tongue right
now. But I want you to understand some. Out of these 71 felonies he's being charged
with, he could receive up to 521 years in prison. How do you like that?
For simply selling gun parts.
Yeah.
All this started with that civil lawsuit, because that's where these criminal charges
came, was after the civil suit was filed by Attorney General Letitia James,
and it was brought against him and all nine other national ghost gun dealers,
and James' attorney general's office released a massive press release,
oh, just lauding her victory against the Staphano and his firm Indy Guns,
and the press release said, New York Attorney General Letitia James secured a $7 .8
million judgment. Well, I think she got like a $93 million judgment against Trump,
didn't she? Yeah. And permanent injunction against gun retailer Indy Guns LLC for
illegally selling ghost gun components in New York. He didn't sell them in New York.
He sold them in Florida. People in New York purchased them.
It says the Florida based company specializing in selling the parts used to make
ghost guns will be permanently banned from selling unfinished frames and receivers in
New York. Of course, she didn't mention that the reason she secured this $7 .8
million judgment was because he was because he was

We've been talking about a case here in Florida that migrated to New York recently
when Mr. Dostofano, who was selling gun parts here in Florida and they were
purchased by people in New York. Suddenly that morphed into 71 felony count against
him and an extradition to New York because of an absolutely stupid governor here on
our part and our state. And not to mention a bunch of state troopers who blindly
followed unlawful orders. I mean, really, they had no business going after Mr.
Dostofano in the first place. But now Mr. Dostofano is in New York,
and all because he was selling ghost gun parts, or rather,
should I say, because he wouldn't turn over his customer information.
He had over 50 ,000 customers in New York, and he said, I'm not turning him over.
I don't want them to get arrested. I don't want their life.
because he swore to them he would never turn over their data. He would never give
over their information so that whatever they purchased from him was absolutely
incognito, all right? Well, Royce, you know, bad people could buy that stuff too.
Yeah, they could, couldn't they? But you know what? They're already getting their
hands on guns and they can buy their crap anywhere they want any time they want,
and he wasn't selling Glock switches or anything else like that. He was selling gun
parts to people in New York and all over the country, all 50 states, and it hasn't
lent to any kind of a major uptick in violence, so what the heck?
But this one of Dostofano's customers, a man named Bill, he said he purchased dozens
of gun parts kits from Dostofano. He asked, of course, that his last name not be
given, but he has known Mr. Dostofano well. They've been friends for like 10 years,
and he said, Lawrence is the most truly patriotic person I know, and that involves
the Second Amendment and our right to keep and bear arms. Am I happy with his
products? A million percent. When you buy from Lawrence, he has the best quality
parts available, or at least he did, have them until the ATF took them all. They're
far better than Millspec. His RMR cuts, if you know what that is, that's a cut on
the top of the slide for an RMR optic, are fantastic.
He builds out your slide for you, even putting the sights on. He makes sure
everything is perfect. Everything I've gotten from him is perfect, far above what
even Glock has. His commitment to privacy is one of the main reasons why Bill
bought Dostophano's pistols. He said his prices were fair, but a little bit higher
than your average Joe, but this comes with you knowing your customer data would not
be given out to anyone who asked for it. See,
it was privacy what brought people to his company. Bill said,
if Leticia James wants to know what I bought from Lawrence, I know he's not going
to give her the data because he has no, she has no right to know what my business
or what I do in my home is. As for the possible 71 or 500 and some odd year
prison sentence, Bill said this. He said, that's a hard bill to swallow 521 years.
In fact, it's ridiculous. A law -abiding citizen of Florida facing 500 plus years
imprisonment because he doesn't want to turn over his customer data is proof positive
there's an overreach from government. You're right, there is. Since when can a New
York State Attorney General charge somebody in Florida who has never been to New
York doesn't live in New York charge one of us and our governor comes along and
sends our cops here in Florida to come arrest you and send you to New York.
You tell me how this makes any judicial sense at all.
How does it make any constitutional sense? Yeah.
Florida attorney Matthew La Rocierre has experienced defending,
I'm reading from Lee Williams' article, defending those accused of violating
nonsensical gun laws, and is known as a fighter within the country's tight Second
Amendment legal community. He is a true gun lawyer, after all. La Rocierre does not
believe Attorney General James as a provable case against Dostophano.
She didn't have one against Trump either, but that didn't stop her. He said, New
York does not get to say that your actions in Florida violated New York law and
get to drag you in. That's settled. In other words, that's settled law. In any
event, he should, under no circumstances, have been extradited out of the state.
Amen. This is what I'm talking about. Who in the world do these people in this
state that I live in? Who are they to come take one of our Florida residents,
one of our Florida citizens, and arrange the handoff to New York authorities?
Well,
after Kathy Hokel, Governor Hockel sent a letter to Florida DeSantis charging
Dostafano with 71 New York State crimes, he sent a letter,
like I said, to all the peace officers and go pick them up. To me, again, that's
unacceptable. I mean, why didn't you, Governor DeSantis, inquire into the charges.
Why didn't you say, okay, what's this really all about? You didn't check anything.
You didn't do your due diligence, and now one of your citizens and your state is
sitting in a hellhole in New York. You leaped to do the bidding of a communist
governor, and you gladly sold out a Florida resident to those communist pigs up
there in New York. Never broke a Florida law. Unserialized pistol kits are perfectly
legal down here in the gunshined state. I mean, like Lee Williams says, he says,
I have several myself. Some of my rifles are home -built.
What is clear is that he will not receive a fair trial there in New York any more
than Donald Trump did, especially with Letitia James overseeing the whole thing.
and if I lived in New York, which I never will, I wouldn't care about them then
either because as far as I'm concerned, the Second Amendment covers the right to
keep and bear arms no matter what. And that's what Mr. Dostophano was governed by,
but unfortunately the Second Amendment does not exist in New York City and New York
State, apparently. And we've had judges, we've heard about judges saying that from
the bench in New York. If I flat out said to Dexter Taylor's attorney, don't you
bring that Second Amendment crap into my courtroom. That doesn't exist here.
I almost said something I probably would have regretted later. But I like what Lee
Williams says. He says true heroism has, for me, always been somewhat difficult to
define. However, Anyone who foregoes their right to remain free so 50 ,000 New
Yorkers can have the ability to protect themselves and also remain free, I might
add, and their families inside their homes truly qualifies. And I will tell you
this, I'm going to add to that. Mr. Dostofano is a better American and more of a
constitutional hero than Ron DeSantis or any of the feckless Florida State Troopers
that happily handed him over to the New York authorities. Yeah, that's a hero, far
more than any of those guys. So he's prepping for court. He's been picked up.
He was picked up at the airport in New York aboard a private jet.
What does that tell you? No, Mr. Dostofino didn't pay for the private jet. They
sent a private jet to go pick him up. Think of all the implications involving that.
The officers that picked him up, wanted to take a group photo with him, and then
they booked him in the NYPD precinct, and then they gave him a court hearing in
Queens, and then he was taking to Rikers Island. Not a fun place, not a good place
at all. The New York State prosecutor tried to portray him as an evil gun runner
and a gun trafficker, but the judge cut her off when she tried that and looked at
her plainly and said, I have a 65 -year -old man with no criminal record, and you're
saying all these bad things about him. You've got some real serious charges against
you when he turned to Dostaphano after that. He said, you've got some serious
charges against you. If you've got somewhere to stay, I'll let you out on bail. And
he said, this is going to be a fight, and the gloves are off, and I'm going balls
to the wall on this, it's going to get ugly. And that's what Dostofino said via
the jail phone Friday morning. Now, he does have a court -appointed defense attorney,
and absolutely has been no help thus far apparently before the hearing she showed up
like a few seconds before it began was not coherently cognizant of everything
involved you know with his case and she had no idea what was going on even but
he's going to be he's going for a bail hearing in a couple of weeks and let's see
when was this this This was from yesterday, the 20th. So at a couple of weeks,
he's got another bail hearing. And he said, I need to figure out how to get a
message to the gun community. If I'm out on bail, I can win this. I know what I
need to do to win this. I need to do research, but they're seizing it for
evidence. In other words, I guess it's computer. They already deleted my telegram
account after they got my password. How about that? Throughout the trip, the
detectives, the article says, were talking furiously with the New York State Attorney
General's office about whether to issue a press release, and he said it was chaos.
Everybody was on their phones. They decided to issue a big press release, and you
guys really think you're doing a press release, you're helping me. He said, the gun
culture is a tight -knit family. Amen, brother, amen. Amen. Hey, you establish a
GoFund me. I will post the link on every episode page of my podcast.
And Mr. Williams, if you want to send me the information for that, please do. And
yes, you know what, if we just simply started giving that guy $20 a month until he
gets through with his legal woes, I think that would be a huge help. I want you
to put yourself in his shoes right now. What would you like from the gun community
for us to do for you? That's right. Open up a GoFundMe account or whatever they
call you, crowdfunding and start paying for these legal bills and get some real
attorneys up there to handle his case. So Letitia James issued a massive press
release Wednesday, last Wednesday. Attorney General James and NYPD Commissioner Tish
announced indictment of Florida man for illegally shipping firearms and ghost guns to
New York. Yep, he's quite a trophy for this little communist political harlot, is he
not? A 42 -page indictment with 71 felonies,
which could see him jailed for a total of 521 years. She also said,
Lawrence Dostofano and his company in the arms are a...
Walling Communist blibbib -de -black -and -blip blip blip. I hate the insolent arrogance
on her face. I've seen her picture. She is not an attractive person. The filth of
communism oozes out of her pores. Despite the allegation in the centuries behind bars
that Dostofano faces, the article continues, the press release indicates that only a
dozen actual firearms were recovered. I thought there was excuse me, I thought he
was flooding New York, but you only got a dozen? Excuse me,
a dozen such firearms. Oh, but wait, there's more, as Ron Pulpil used to say.
There were also two ghost gun kits, two, a dozen actual firearms,
and two ghost gun kits. Oh, but wait, 28 high -capacity magazines,
and over 1 ,400 rounds of ammunition. That's a lot.
And someone helped me here. I mean, most of the people that I know, not, you know,
also including myself, 1400 is, you know, that's a small number.
That's hardly enough for a couple of months of good, hard training, really. You need
to get them numbers up. And those were mailed to locations in Brooklyn,
Queens, and Nassau County. Ooh,
I bet you really shut down the ghost gun line here, sister. I tell you what.
The takeaways from this are infuriating to me, and I'm going to say this again,
Governor DeSantis, you're a scumbag, you really are, that you would pull something
like this against one of your own residents here in Florida. A Florida resident,
United States citizen, you didn't do your due diligence, you didn't look into the
facts of the case.
It's sad to me that in his waning days as governor here,
because he is term limited out, he's starting to show some colors that I'm not real
happy about, and I don't like what I see. This especially. Tell us,
governor, how would you like having one of your family members being sent to the
hellhole state and a hellhole jail in that state for allegedly breaking that state's
laws?
with, again, you didn't do your due diligence either. You just blindly followed
orders. Yeah. You didn't even have a warrant. You blindly followed orders from the
governor. You go arrest this guy or that guy. Like you were the king's man or
something. You were essentially aiding and abetting the tyrannical communist government
of New York. And that is beyond unacceptable, okay?
You're acting as de facto New York law enforcement. Yeah, that's what you did. You
gladly and gleefully turned over a Florida citizen to that voracious totalitarian
machine known as the New York justice system. Yeah, lots of justice there.
That's the same system that, as I said before, prosecuted President Donald J.
Trump with 91 felonies, all while turning real criminals back out on the streets
repeatedly.
You worthless troopers are obviously okay with that. We were just following orders.
Gee, why do people hate us? You scumbags know that New York laws are flagrantly
constitutional, not to mention that you should know that all federal gun laws are in
the same category. You also know of the horrific conditions on Rikers Island. You
didn't think twice about stuffing one of your fellow citizens into a cage there.
That's essentially what you did. And all you NYPD detectives and officers that picked
up Mr. Dostofano and put on a big press release and a big show about, what is
also evil man that you caught? All of you are serial violators of the Supreme Law
of the Land. You are all worthy of lengthy prison time at hard labor because you
of all willingly subjugated your worthless selves as agents of tyranny.
You need to be held accountable. You gladly enforce constitutionally repugnant laws
that glaringly assault the rights of the people not only in your state but in every
state and that makes you complicit that makes you criminals people like you are all
gutless cowards you're unworthy of the sacrifices that bought your freedom that you
enjoy while you so readily take away that same freedom from other people in your
state and now in other states, their freedom to keep and bear arms as well as
their personal freedom, and you do it by enforcing constitutionally dyslexic gun laws.
You're all unfit to hold citizenship in this country if you're doing crap like that.
You should all be deported right along all the others who've been praying upon the
general public. Go to Venezuela. Go to Cuba. I'm sure they got lots of positions
open for willingly ignorant thugs like you that just follow orders. And I'll tell
you something right now. You're the same kind of scumbags who wouldn't think twice
about herding your fellow citizens into camps and gas chambers. Because you follow
orders so well.
And a bright ray of hope, I'm going to point again to 50 ,000 people in New York
who are thumbing their nose at New York state's totally illegal gun laws.
If there is a silver lining, it is that. As soon as I have information about any
kind of crowdfunding sources and things like that, to help Mr. Dostafano, I hope
that you will avail yourself of that. I'm going to put the link on every single
episode and you'll be able to click on him. I don't care if it's just a $10
donation, something. You think about it. If one million of us in this country gave
simply $10, what a war chest this man is going to have to fight this crap.
So we got work to do because we have a fellow brother in Rikers Island,
New York, who's really done nothing illegal. So we need to do something by getting
his butt back home. So as soon as I have more information, we can take care of
that, I will put it up, and God bless you for doing anything about it if you're
able to, all right? All right, stay in contact with your reps. Stay armed up,
stay trained up, and never forget. Incoming rounds always have the right of way.
Voice out.
