It seems the leftists in NJ are in a state of panic and extreme deprivation over their loss of power since the 3rd Circuit Court slapped down their "assault weapons" ban, and now they're trying desperately to get the court to allow the ban to stay in place while they challenge it, but the court said "No", so they're resurrecting an old scheme to render the citizens of their state helpless once again with a "safe storage" law that will require the relinquishing of fourth Amendment protections to fully enforce it.

Their contempt for the Constitution and the People of NJ is now glaring like a neon sign. Totalitarians just got'ta totalitate!

That's right. You heard the man. He said, let's go. So let's go. We are locked, loaded and loud on
the shooting straight radio podcast. This is all about firearms with the heavy emphasis on the
second amendment and all things pertaining thereto. I am Royce. You're also gracious,
cute, cuddly, huggable, lovable, squeezable host. Yep. Still polluted with gunshot residue,
toxic masculinity and a faint yet. Oh, so wildly tantalizing whiff of the cologne of my people,
hops number nine. Absolutely. There's a lot going on in this country today.
All matter of... violence and the threats of violence.
We're seeing it from the Islamo-fascists and the Marxists. So that's not the direction we're going
with this particular episode, but I want to remind everybody that you better be ready.
You better stock up. You better have plenty of firepower and you better know how to plug wounds
because bad things are coming. I'm just going to leave that right there, but not just.
in places like Dearborn, Michigan, and all the other Islamofascist strongholds,
not to mention all the communist strongholds. There's a lot going on in our parallel court systems,
which we referenced a couple of episodes back, and we explained and exhibited that there are two
parallel... judicial systems in the United States today. And boy,
let me tell you, there is some serious battles coming up, especially one big one in the Supreme
Court. And we'll be referencing that here in just a little bit. We're not going to focus on it,
but it is going to be a point of reference. We are going to do a little nod towards New Jersey and
then a little look at... those two have been very prominent in Second Amendment news recently.
And they are in utter lamentation right now because the mean old courts said that they can't have
the gun bans that they want. And they are just wringing their hands and clutching their little Timu
pearls. But the fight in New... Let's start with New Jersey. New Jersey!
They are really pissed off because they had disarmed their people of these assault weapons for
almost 40 years. And suddenly one court decision and bang, they don't know what to do with it.
They've enjoyed feeling superior over the people. They've enjoyed feeling more powerful than the
people because they have basically stripped from them the right to own battle-capable weapons,
which is their God-given right by birth. But the fight is not over there.
The communists in charge are probably getting a lot of pressure and ire from their president.
going to guess that's Xi Jinping over in China. And he wants the people of New Jersey to stay
unarmed also. Otherwise, his little communist puppets lose ground. Now,
Royce, come on. You really think they're working under the orders of Xi Jinping? Well,
it is kind of telling that a lot of these Democrat communists in the media have been in contact
with him. almost like they're getting marching orders. But anyway,
I don't want to go off too far to those weeds, but there is an article I'm going to be referencing
by one Nikita Beryakov from July 31st. And New Jersey,
they don't like that the court just struck the band down and now there's gun stores selling these
high capacity magazines again and these awful. also evil assault weapons.
And they're actually claiming that reversing the ban could now put New Jersey gun owners in legal
jeopardy as if they want to try to get them on their side too, as if the state actually gives half
a crap about gun owners there in their state. They don't. They just want them disarmed and...
They want them to kind of come to their aid now and say, well, you know, we don't want to be in
legal jeopardy, so let's just keep the man in place until the Supreme Court decision.
And that's kind of what's going on here. So they've asked the Third Circuit Court of Appeals that
slapped them down a couple of weeks ago to pause their order that struck down the state's ban.

before the supreme court well there's already a case going before the Supreme Court that will
affect New Jersey, too, I assure you. We'll be talking about that in a minute. You're probably
already aware of it. But the attorneys for the state filed Friday,
last Friday, arguing and almost demanding that the Third Circuit keep the ban in place until...
The Supreme Court looks at it as if to say, go ahead and just sweep aside your decision and let us
keep our power in place for just a little bit longer. And the attorneys argued that the appeals
courts have routinely stayed various orders while litigants sought certification before the Supreme
Court.
Contrary rulings from six other circuit courts that have upheld similar bans as theirs.
And remember what I've said about unconstitutional court precedents? Yeah,
they love to promote them as settled law that trumps the supreme law.
Oh, we don't care what the Second Amendment says. All these other courts have said this, as if they
somehow enjoy primacy over the supreme law. But they actually said that nearly 30 appellate judges
across the ideological spectrum agree with the state's arguments,
and therefore that suggests at least a reasonable possibility that five justices would...
ultimately do the same thing, and that's what they said when they filed that on Friday.
Well, first of all, that's a steaming crock of bull fertilizer.
They're claiming that all these 30 appellate judges come from various ideological spectrums.
No, they don't. know that they're all communists and they're all constitutionally illiterate,
just like the government of New Jersey. Yeah. And they say,
well, they agree with our argument. Well, they don't agree with the Supreme law.
They don't agree with the Bruin test of text and history. And therefore,
those presidents and those 30 judges can grab themselves some hammers and head down to the beach
and pound themselves a bunch of sand. Because they actually believe that, well, because those 30
appellate judges ruled the way we wanted them to, then five of the justices on the Supreme Court
would do the same. No, let's hope not. But still,
you notice there's no mention. of the actual text and history of the Second Amendment for some
reason. Oh, well, those judges, they might agree with us, but the text of the Second Amendment
doesn't. Nor the text of the Fourteenth Amendment, which tells you boys and girls,
you're not allowed to make laws like that. It's pretty plain. I don't know how y'all miss that.
Yes, I do. You miss it on purpose. You're willfully ignorant. Anyway. The appeals court,
as we know, didn't just strike down the assault weapons ban. They struck down the ban on high
-capacity magazines, and that scares the powers that be in New Jersey,
not just those in the legislature, but also in the governor's office and the lieutenant governor's
office and the New Jersey state police and probably a lot of the local municipality police,
too.
the panic filing they did on Friday, they actually cited a three-pronged test to back up their
request. And here's their argument. They argued that various courts have historically allowed such
laws that have been struck down to persist. And here, I'm going to letter these A,
B, and C. If there was a reasonable probability that the Supreme Court would take up the case,
you notice it said take up the case, not rule in their favor. Okay. There is a reasonable
probability, and they already know that because there is such a case already before the Supreme
Court. So this is kind of like, you know, jumping on those coattails there. B,
that five justices would reverse the lower court's ruling.
good probabilities. No, they're not. They might be possibilities,
but that doesn't mean they're probabilities. Now, of course, we know letter A,
they already took up the case of Connecticut's ban and Illinois' ban,
but they can't rely on five Supreme Court justices reversing that Third Circuit's ruling.
Then they said that The state of New Jersey would face irreparable harm if the law was totally
struck down for good. Really, huh? Well, as I said,
letter A is already done away with because the Supreme Court has already taken up that case out of
Cook County. That's Viramontas versus Cook County. And that's a case that is,
they're asking. whether the Second and the Fourteenth Amendments permit the ownership of AR-15s
and similar semi-automatic rifles. And so they said it would likely take up New Jersey's case too,
and that was their argument. Well, what they should be asking is whether or not the state of New
Jersey had any constitutional authority to enact and enforce They're treasonous bans in the first
place because they dadgum sure didn't. The second and 14th amendment don't confer rights.
And I know my listening audience already knows this because you're all intelligent and you're
constitutionally sensible, unlike people in high places across this nation. So you know that those
two amendments do not confer rights. They simply tell the government you're not allowed to violate
them. They speak as if they were pre-existing, because they are and were,
and they say, government, you may not defile, violate,
hinder, infringe these rights in any way, shape, or form. It really is easy to somebody who simply
reads it for what it says. So three of the justices,
as we know already in the Supreme Court, as Justice Alito and Gorsuch and Thomas,
They voted to take up the case challenging the magazine capacity limits last year.
So they're already on that. But rulings that have established false unconstitutional precedents
from the 1st and the 2nd and the 7th and the 9th and the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals have set
bad precedents by upholding semi-automatic bans. And capacity limits on magazines.
And New Jersey argued that the justices just might agree with those decisions.
rather than the one issued by the Third Circuit. So that's their argument here.
And they said that the state of New Jersey would be harmed if the law were to lapse.
Now, I want you to notice something here because they didn't say the state of New Jersey as in the
entirety of the populace. They are the plaintiff, as they're putting it, who made this filing to
keep the ban in place until it was heard by the Supreme Court. So who's the actual plaintiff?
Yeah, the government, not the people. And they're the ones claiming that they're going to be
harmed. They didn't say the state, the entire state. They said the plaintiff.
would be harmed if the law were to lapse, if the striking down of that law were to remain in place.
Because, listen to this, excuse me, they actually said this,
because states always face irreparable harm when a court blocks a law.
How? How's that? That makes zero sense.
They also said, It's also because even a temporary break to the nearly 40-year-old ban,
36 years to be exact, would have permanent consequences by allowing the sale of firearms that could
later be declared illegal again. And they're worried about the poor gun hunters.
Yeah. Like I said, that makes no sense at all. Number one, I say this to the plaintiffs,
the state of New Jersey.

It doesn't happen. Prove that New Jersey will and prove how they will and what harm will befall the
government of New Jersey if that ban stays in place. Do you understand? They're approaching this
from an us versus them attitude. That's what they're doing. They are literally saying,
Let me boil it down to you, for you, not to you. Let me boil it down for you. They're literally
complaining because they know they have lost political power if the people can take those arms up
again. I've said it before. I'll keep saying it. This is the only thing I ever agree with Mao
Zedong on, and that is all political power grows from the barrel of a gun. Being armed.
is having political power. Let me give one more point of reference again. I'm sorry if I'm drumming
up some of my old illustrations, and I beg your pardon for the repetition.
Do the people of Cuba have any political power? No. Do the people of China have any political
power? Do the people of California have any political power?
Do the people of New York City have any political power?
the people of New Jersey have any political power prior to the Third Circuit striking their ban on
tactical weapons down. No, they didn't, and New Jersey is now apoplectic over this,
and they're wringing their hands, and they don't know what to do, and they're begging a court,
please keep our law in place, please. Irreparable harm will befall us.
Yes, they're going to be... Permanent consequences, they're also saying. And these permanent
consequences are going to unfold if the peaceable citizens of New Jersey are once again free to
keep and bear the arms that the founders intended for them to keep and bear. We can't let this
happen.
That's how it's coming across to me. I don't know how you're hearing this, but correct me if I'm
wrong. I'm open to correction. They said also, quote, Law enforcement would not know who now
possesses such weapons in New Jersey. Okay. Whoever said they needed to know who owns those
weapons? It's none of their dadgum stinking business who owns those weapons.
Poor. Poor little law enforcement. They won't have information that's really none of their poor
little stinking business. Oh, my goodness. They want to be the only ones that carry such weapons,
and they don't like those little beyond citizens having equal firepower.
Let me reference again that video that was sent to me. I don't remember who sent it. It might have
been Henry in New Jersey. Was it you, Henry? I don't know. Of a New Jersey cop talking about the
opposite thinking of, say, Florida cops versus New Jersey cops. And he openly admitted,
hey, when we cops find a gun on somebody, we just go crazy. I bet you do. I bet this is causing y
'all some sleepless nights. that the peon citizens that you feel are beneath you are going to have
the same firepower again. Oh, my land's sake. They said thousands of individuals may be subject to
criminal exposure. Now, this, I think, is more of a threat against gun owners.
May be subject to criminal exposure for continuing to possess weaponry they understood to be lawful
when initially purchased.
Really? How's that going to happen? Unless y'all know what they've got. Are y'all going to start
kicking doors in and taking them? How are y'all going to do that if you don't know who owns them?
What is it to you who owns them anyway? And since when do any of you swine really care about the
impact of your laws upon the peaceable citizenry? How about let me remind you of Brian Aitken?
And Shanine Allen, Google those two people, and you'll see what the state of New Jersey did to
those two peaceable gun owners. Yeah. So one of the state's exhibits claimed to have shown at least
three instances where New Jersey dealers, gun dealers, had sold high-capacity magazines
immediately following the ruling. Oh, where's my pearls? I need to clutch them.
So what? So blippity-blanking what? It's totally legal.
The citizens of New Jersey can trust themselves and their neighbors far more readily than they can
trust the New Jersey State Police with their high-capacity magazines and their assault weapons.
Yeah, the state made this comment. Absent a stay of the mandate, thousands or more.
of such sales could take place in the state. A bell state and local law enforcement could not soon
unring. Are you hearing how they're saying these things? It's almost as if these peons are buying
these magazines again. That's how it's coming across. As if lowly citizens are a danger if they own
these things. And they cannot be trusted with them. They're speaking about them as if they're
freaking bums on skid row or something. My word.
Oh my, oh my. Lowly peon ordinate. might own arms that they're allowed to own by birthright,
but it scares us. Tyrants like you people there in New Jersey state government need to be afraid.
You should be afraid because as long as you're afraid,
you will not try to bring tyranny upon the citizenry there.
You don't like it because you've lost control. That's the bottom line.
How is this going to negatively impact public safety? That's what they're alleging.
Yeah. Remember I said in the last episode, this ban goes back to 1990,
same year that the gun-free zones, the Biden-inspired gun-free zones act was put into play.
And what was the end result of that? Well, 98.5% of all mass shootings happened in those very
zones. That was the end result. Yeah, free fire murder zones. And I think it was well over 60
different rifles and various shotguns that were banned in New Jersey back in 1990.
They also banned certain characteristics. like pistol grips and threaded barrels and flash hiders
and telescoping stocks and folding stocks and suppressors. Because,
you know, all those accessories, they do nothing but make those guns a lot shootier and more
dangerous. Yeah.
The high-capacity magazine band right now bars.
any magazine that can hold more than 10 rounds, or at least it did until the other day when it was
struck down, because the state feels that no one beneath them should have such firepower,
of course, while they are protected by men carrying those same rifles with 30-round magazines for
public safety, of course, yeah. From the article, it says the Association of New Jersey Pistol and
Rifle Clubs, which brought the suit, urged New Jersey gun owners on Friday not to take any action
based on the Third Circuit's ruling until the court decides whether to issue a stay as New Jersey
has requested. And that's prudent. That's wisdom. You don't want to kick the bear too early.
Yes, you do. But anyway, you know what I mean. Gun owners have also recently challenged not just
the... assault weapon and magazine ban they also have challenges going forth that ban firearms in
various locations and uh there's going to be some fireworks on that too i'm pretty sure but um it
let me say this going into the break if you think the creepy little communist in new jersey are
done Coming at this thing and trying to disarm the people of New Jersey,
I'm going to tell you what, they're already developing a new approach. Actually,
they're dusting off an old approach and they're revamping it to bring it forth again.
And they want civilian disarmament bad. And so they've got another plan for that.

We have been discussing the totalitarians in New Jersey. Just weeping and wailing and gnashing
their teeth and clutching their pearls and just cannot. I can't understand why the mean old Third
Circuit would take power from them that they had wrestled from the people by banning various semi
-automatic weapons and high-capacity magazines, too. Just real quick before we go back to New
Jersey, Virginia. Oh, my goodness. They're in quite a state.
And they're probably, you know. keeping smelling salts handled, handy,
not handled, but handy, so they can revive themselves when they swoon.
But the court has stayed. the NRA's assault weapon ban challenge.
And then they're basically keeping that statewide injunction in full effect, in spite of the fact
that Virginia wants to keep it in full effect and don't,
you know, let us go ahead and enforce this now. And if later you decide we can't,
then we'll back off then. And I said, no, we're going to keep it in place. You may not implement
it. You may not enforce it. Sit down and shut up. That's really what it comes down to.
But we're coming back to New Jersey, and there's some good things happening there.
And I'm glad because, like I said at the beginning of the program, violence is headed our way,
people. And I mean, it could literally be any day. I don't have any kind of date that I'm
prognosticating, but I will tell you this, right now is prep time, and if you're not prepping,
you are going to get caught flat-footed. New Jersey and Virginia are roughly about 300 miles from
each other as the crow flies, and that's a guesstimation on my part.
And New Jersey and New York are right next to each other, especially New York City. Where do you
think that violence is going to go once it flares up there in New York City? The violence caused by
the Islamofascists and the Marxists. Yes, the Marxist-Muslim coalition,
the M&Ms. When they flare their violence up and begin to take over the city, you think that can't
bleed down into Virginia? news for you it most certainly can it's also very close to washington dc
so i hope president trump has the national guard on standby and i mean with thousands and thousands
of troops ready to deal with any threat that comes that way because it dadgum sure is looking like
it's headed that way but excuse me so new jersey and the tyrants there lost power When the Third
Circuit slapped them down and said, you may not ban those tactical weapons, you will let the people
have them back. And oh my goodness, they started right away buying them again. Oh no!
But now, according to an article by Mark W. Smith writing for Ammo Land,
now they've got a workaround. Or so they think. It might be dead on arrival,
too. We'll see. But Mark Smith from the Four Boxes Diner, he's the host there.
You should follow him on YouTube. Yeah, the same panel that kicked me off.
He said this. New Jersey's answer to losing on semi-automatic rifles and magazines is a bill that
would render legal firearms inoperable at home. But the U.S. Supreme Court already told us that
turns constitutionally protected firearms into bricks. In other words, they're useless.
And the Third Circuit just quoted that ruling back to Trenton, New Jersey, in the same opinion that
struck down the state's AR-15 ban. And here's a bit of the article. New Jersey lawmakers,
having just lost badly at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, are casting
about for a way to keep regulating guns out of existence without technically banning them.
According to Politico's July 23 report, Assembly Majority Leader Lou Greenwald...
is reviving Assembly Bill A3560, a measure that has languished in Trenton since 2021 without ever
reaching the floor for a vote. It would apparently require gun owners to store every firearm in
their home unloaded and locked, and it carries stiff penalties for noncompliance.
Well, to truly enforce this, You are going to have to violate the Fourth Amendment protections of
every firearm owner out there.
Basically, every firearm owner in the state is going to be required to just hand over their Fourth
Amendment protections, and the police can simply come up to their door and knock on them without a
warrant and say, we're coming in to inspect your guns. Where are they at? Show us right now. That's
where it's going. Don't doubt me on this. I know I said this a couple of years ago, but that's
where it's headed. It's like they have a, it's almost like their gun owners are going to have to be
registered with the state, you know, like sex offenders. Yeah.
Excuse me. Greenwald told Politico the bill is, quote,
the next thing I'm looking to do on gun control. Well, what does that comment reveal to you?
To me? That reveals to me that these communists have a step-by-step plan and they have backup
plans for the disarmament of the people of New Jersey. That's what it tells me.
Well, their one plan got shot down. That's why they're reviving this now.
You see the connections? These people are evil as hell and the devil itself.
So the timing is not subtle. On July 17, 2026, the en banc Third Circuit ruled an association of
New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs Incorporated versus Attorney General New Jersey consolidated with
Cheeseman versus Davenport No. 24-2415 that New Jersey's ban on semi-automatic rifles,
including the AR-15 and on magazines holding more than 10 rounds, violates the Second Amendment.
The ruling dismantled a regulatory regime Governor Jim Florio signed in 1990,
as we discussed earlier. And, you know, that is a regulatory regime.
The state of New Jersey knows most of the gun owners there. Probably not the criminal ones,
but they know the lawful ones, the peaceable ones. Yes, they turned them into basically...
felons in waiting, this slight misstep of violation of any of their gun laws,
and boy, they'd be in prison real quick and real bad. With the assault weapons ban and magazine ban
effectively gone, Trenton Democrats are searching for a substitute that accomplishes the same
disarmament by different means. A Senate Democratic spokesperson told Politico,
only that the chamber is, quote, evaluating all legislative and legal options.
Legislative and legal options for what? They're being as bold as they can be,
really, if you think about it. They're flagrantly admitting that they want total civilian
disarmament. And they want other options now that they've lost that power to the Third Circuit
decision recently. Now they want to try at a different angle. They're admitting it.
Greenwald's answer appears to be, according to this article, lock every gun up,
unload it, and call it public safety. It's nothing of the sort.
A locked, unloaded firearm cannot be deployed against an intruder. And by the way, that includes
armed state enforcers kicking your door in to take your guns by force. That's really what they're
worried about.
Cannot be deployed against an intruder in the time a home invasion actually takes.
And he's not wrong. I'm going to tell you what. If you have the standard home lock on your front
door and the standard door jamb on your front door. and it's not reinforced,
I can kick your door in, literally probably with one good kick,
and then I'll be in your home and in your face with a gun in literally seconds,
long before you can get your safe open, long before you can get that gun lock out of the muzzle and
out of the barrel and everything else, however you locked it up. Long before you can get it loaded,
long before you can get around in the chamber and aimed in my direction, I will have you smoked.
New Jersey knows this is true. They know that. They want the people disarmed against them,
not against criminals. They don't care if they defend themselves against criminals. They just don't
want the people to be able to bring their guns to bear against the government. That is the bottom
line. I don't care how you read this. That's exactly what's going on here. They don't want the
people having that kind of political power that a good battle-capable weapon provides to the lowly
peon citizen. They don't like that. They said Heller already answered this back during that 2008
decision. The Supreme Court, I'm reading the article, confronted this exact scheme in District of
Columbia v. Heller, which struck down a D.C. law requiring that lawful firearms be kept...
unloaded and disassembled or bound by a trigger lock. Justice Scalia wrote for the court,
we must also address the district's requirement as applied to the respondent's handgun that
firearms in the home be rendered and kept inoperable at all times. This makes it impossible for
citizens to use them for the core lawful purpose of self-defense and is hence Unconstitutional.
The court also rejected the District of Columbia's argument that the statute contained an implicit
self-defense exception. Well, how do you have an exception when the gun's required to be
inoperable? Yeah. Noting that the D.C. Court of Appeals had already construed the statute in
McIntosh v. Washington to forbid residents from using stored firearms.
to stop intruders. A firearm that must be unloaded and locked before it can be fired is not a
firearm at all for purposes of the emergency it exists to answer. It becomes a hammer or a brick at
best. That's the bottom line. An empty gun is a club. That's all it's good for.
It's worthless. It has to be able to fire projectiles. Okay, one more time.
Who is this designed to protect? It sure ain't the people.
It's the government. This is government safety, not public safety.
They don't give half a flaming hoot in an east wind about your safety there in New Jersey.
Heller also forecloses the fallback argument that owners can keep one gun accessible so long as
some guns are locked up. The court held... It is no answer that a prohibition on one class of arms
is permissible so long as the possession of other firearms, like long guns, is allowed.
Because that's basically what the court said. You can keep a long gun ready to go,
but not a handgun. In your own home, of course.
Because Americans are entitled to choose the arm best suited to defending themselves,
not the one the government... deigns to leave operable. And that is the bottom line.
I couldn't put that any better myself. We're not required to let the government tell us what we're
going to need to defend ourselves against any particular situation. Because again,
we own arms to fight against tyranny, whether that's the tyranny of a single mugger or a rapist who
wants to impose their will upon us and tyrannize us and capture us,
however momentarily or permanent, or kill us. But they want to impose their will on us,
just like the government does. Doesn't matter what form tyranny takes, we have a right to defend
ourselves against it, whether it be on the street level or the legislative level. So the Third
Circuit already quoted that back to New Jersey, by the way. And they're saying New Jersey does not
even get the luxury of re-litigating this point regionally there in the regional courts.
The same en banc opinion, the article says, that killed its rifle and magazine bands quoted
Heller's inoperability holding directly, describing the now voided D.C.
law as requiring, quote, That any lawful firearm in the home be disassembled or bound by a trigger
lock at all times, rendering it inoperable. Yes, that's craziness.
Because those street cops there in New Jersey, they are locked and loaded and ready to go.
Round in the chamber, I absolutely assure you of that. That they're always ready to defend
themselves. How come the people can't have the same? Why is it that you,
the people in the government there, fear the citizens being armed? There's only one reason you
could possibly fear the people owning arms, and that's because you have bad plans in store for
them. You know, like more heavy taxation and anything else you want to do to them,
basically. Yeah, you've stacked up a lot of abuses on them over the last 36 years.
Yes, you have. I'm not going to go too far into that, but yes, you have. A safe storage mandate
modeled on the D.C. law that Heller invalidated is not a novel legal theory for New Jersey to
test. It's the losing argument restated. in the circuit that just ruled against the state on the
underlying weapons themselves. You've got to love this. I tell you what,
they're doing the court's work for them. You know,
the right to bear arms, the right to keep and bear arms, arms of war, battle weapons,
or personal weapons when you're out and about in your daily affairs.
It's not, as the article says, narrowly tailored to address only resisting government tyranny,
but also, as I said a few minutes ago, criminal tyranny on the streets. And I kind of got ahead of
myself when I went ahead of the article, but the article says, the right to keep and bear arms is
about protecting the ability to confront any. grave threat to life from a violent intruder to an
armed assailant to a terrorist to a rabid animal. And that's when I added my notes to a government
thug kicking your door in to disarm you by force. Because I will tell you,
government agents. I will tell you, local police officers. I will tell you,
local sheriffs. Do you understand that the day you start kicking doors in and confiscating weapons,
y'all might've got away with that crap in Louisiana after Katrina. Uh, I wouldn't push that too
far because at that point we will have every right in the world to shoot you.
Do you hear me? Listen to me closely. Get closer to the speaker. If necessary, crank the volume up.
We, the people. in that day will have every right to shoot law enforcement officials.
Want me to say it again? Just in case you're thinking about indicting me on a federal level or
state level, if you come to anyone's home to disarm them based on a law,
an unconstitutional law, the people have every right to shoot you.
and shoot you repeatedly until you are no longer a threat. You had better let that sink deep down
into your cranium and down into your vertebrae. You need to let it make you walk funny.
You better consider this. This is not a joke. We're not just speaking emptily into the air.
We are telling you, if you say we're coming to take your guns,
coming to your home in that day, We will have the right to shoot you.
You will have stepped across that invisible threshold, and you will become the perpetrators at that
point, in which case the people, the peaceable citizenry of your state, will have every right in
the world to point whatever weapons they've got in your direction and ventilate you like a
colander. Yes, Royce Bartlett said this on this. third day of August,

This. law that had been waiting in the wings for just such an emergency there in the state of New
Jersey in their legislature, if they get that dusted off and try to bring it into play,
I want you people of New Jersey to go ahead and stand up to these people and write a resolution of
noncompliance. If you want help with it, please feel free to reach out to me. And in that
resolution, you need to express to them, that you can pass all the laws you want,
but we're done complying, and we outnumber you, and we outgun you.
Royce, come on, man, you're talking about, no, I'm not. I don't want it. I don't want violence. I'm
not trying to stir up violence, but what I am trying to stir up is the spirit of righteous
resistance against... the assaults on the constitutional liberties of the people of these states
that are in reference here, particularly for this show, New Jersey. You,
the people there, have every right to resist your government with force of arms if they cross that
threshold, and you know it's time. And when that day comes, you will know. And you better start
organizing yourselves as a militia. I hope some of you military guys there in Virginia,
I know a few of you up there, that you will lend your skill in organizing companies and squads and
teaching them small unit tactics and such. Yeah, probably going to be small squads and not
companies.
Yeah. Organize those militias at that point. And you start letting them, everybody know, okay,
we're serious guys. You pushed us too far. And here it is because that's what the second amendment
is really all about. That's why the founders wanted us to have these battle capable weapons. And
that's why people of New Jersey, when you get them back into your hands, don't you ever let them go
again. I know a lot of you didn't and I'm good on you, but if it happens again,
You hang on to them. Don't relinquish them. You don't register them.
They don't need to know what you have. They don't even need to know why you have it.
You're not required to answer to your government and prove that you are innocent of any wrong
thoughts towards them simply because you own battle-capable weapons that the founders wanted you
to have. So people in New Jersey, You're kicking butt. Keep up the pressure.
And, you know, go ahead and open your wallets up and help out all the litigation going on.

So you make sure you do that. And you stock up on beans, bullets, and bandages. You stock up on
